I haven't visited this vet. I didn't have to. When I called, the phone person asked me almost right away for my name and social security number- asked my pets name after. She asked me what type of dog I had. I told her a Chug, which is half Chihuahua and half Pug. Right away she says "oh my God, those are the meanest dogs!". The way to run a business isn't to bully unsatisfied customers and then try and drown their negative review with a bunch of fluff reviews. It's mean and dishonest. Read Less
