Dr. Kuban is great and so are the staff. He looks out for your pets health and actually cares. When my Yorkie had to have his final dental procedure Dr. Kuban called me multiple times to let me know the lab work was normal, the teeth were out, and even called to say we should take a few more out and explained the risks and benefits. Small dogs are prone to teeth issues and he assured me he would live a long and healthy life and could prevent costly health issues up the road. Staff is very quick to return calls.

I have been taking my animals to Dr. Cohen since the 70€s back when he was at Harbourside on Davis Blvd. He has always been good. Only complaint is the front desk lady, Camille, is a little air-headed, which I base my visit on the impression of the front desk, with her air headed-mess makes me a little uneasy to go there. Now that Camille is gone, and I will say she was nice just disorganized etc. I will try again. Sad to learn Dr. Cohen is no longer there but based on reviews looks like his replacement is good. The prices are fair as well.

Dr. Kubin and staff are wonderful! We brought in our little Slinky, a feral cat we took in some 6 years ago. She was suffering with a tumor in her mammary glands. Dr. Kubin did a fantastic job on the surgery which took him a great amount of time. Slinky was up the next day and started to eat and drink. We can't thank Dr. Kubin and the staff at Marquesa enough for their extraordinary care of our little kitty. They truly care for our furry family members and go above and beyond! Thank You!!!

Just wanted to say how much I appreciate Marquesa Veterinary Clinic and Dr. Kubin. I have been to many vets in town over the last 15 years and that office has been phenomenal. You can tell they truly care and love animals and have always been honest and easy to deal with and I never felt getting my money was the priority. I came here when I first adopted my cat 3 years ago from Naples cat alliance. The veterinarian that was here before was great she truly took her time with all the animals. It was always a good visit giving the circumstances. I was disappointed when I found out she left. I continued to go but it's been a horrible experience since. I don't want to go in detail what happened but I'll never go back.

You lost a valuable employee when you let Camille Recanati Loge go. I chose Marquesa based on my first impression when I called the office, then came to the clinic to check it out. She was so friendly and knowledgeable and obviously loved her job working with animals. I based my first opinion of the clinic soley on the front office. She has always been kind and caring over the phone and In person. My dog Bogart adores her and she makes him feel comfortable when we come to the vet. I'm heartbroken that she is no longer with Marquesa. Camille has many many years of experience and in my humble opinion has been an asset to Marquesa over the years. I am extremely disappointed to hear she has been fired.

We are so very sad and disappointed that Camille Recanati Loge is no longer at Marquesa. She is the reason we chose Marquesa in the first place. I visited with my dog Bogart (when he was just 2 months old) and found her to be friendly, kind, and caring and that was very important to me in my decision to find a vet to take care of my pup. She is the first person you talk to and is a representative of the type care you can expect at the clinic. She knows Bogart by name and always makes us feel welcome when we come in or even call with a question. It is truly a loss to your clinic to lose such a valuable employee that has affected so many pets and their families.

When the going is good and normal, a few shots, nail clipping, etc. everything is fine.When you really need them, they can't squeeze you in, or they tell you if you want to come in as an emergency, it will be $100 more. So when we find another vet that will attend to my dog on a short notice and that vet's office calls Marquesa for info on my dog's latest shots, etc., cause the dog needs surgery, they say they have no records on file for my dog???I'm betting the doctors there don't know what is going on at the front desk! I looked up my files and found past receipts showing records of the shots my dog had taken at Marquesa..My pets are family and I cannot put up with unprofessional service. No longer are my dogs patients at Marquesa.

I love this vet!!! My 1st encounter was with a dog I was fostering for a rescue group. That they work with rescues alone is enough to love them. But since then I'm slowly moving all of my 7 pets there. They are always available to work you in, Dr. Joe Kubin is SO sweet, the techs are great, and Camille at the front desk texts cute pics of your animals to you with hearts all around them, giving you updates if you have to leave them there. They truly care and it's worth the 20 minute drive to know my babies are safe.

Since moving to Naples 3 1/2 years ago, Marquesa has been my veterinary clinic of choice. As I have a number of pets; I visit the clinic often, for both routine care and emergencies. With every visit, I am impressed and thankful. Impressed by the professionalism and unhurried manner of care. Thankful for the compassion and genuine interest in my pet's wellbeing. It is reassuring to walk into the clinic and know that your pet receives the same care that they give their own. Furthermore, to know that the charges are always fair and never inflated means a lot.

What a terrible doctor, rude, very short and has no compassion.
My dogs have patients there for years and it has been nothing but great experiences even when the dogs have been sick. It is so sad to see that this Dr. has taken over the practice. During hard times with our pets he had no sympathy terrible bedside manner and arrogant way of talking. All in all he is close to perfect and nothing he does is wrong. Another terrible this is that he has increased prices dramatically and that would not be a problem if services were amazing, but the combo of higher prices and a rude doctor don't make a great combination. I hope with time he matures and realizes- he isn't going to get too far with his negative unprofessional ways. - Dr. Coen wish you the best, but deep down I am so sad to see you go, and now the hunt begins for a good doc. If anyone has suggestions please let me know.

I cannot stress enough how patently wrong that bad review by Carrie portrays this establishment. We drive an hour out of our way to come to Marquesa. The staff there (including the person who answers the phone) have helped us through some very difficult and emotional times with our furry family members. They have been so incredibly thoughtful and professional that I was absolutely shocked that someone could rate the business as a 1 star experience. You really have to physically go to a business before you can write a 1 star review. Common courtesy would probably compel someone to at least ask for one of the doctors or a supervisor so you could complain before smearing the reputation of an outstanding veterinary practice because of some apparent miscommunication.Reading some of the other reviews (there are hundreds) from that person and seeing so many trivial criticisms helped me understand. Heck, even a Starbucks that serves Chai tea in a very timely manner only warrants a 3-star review because they were apparently popular and had a long line. There's no pleasing some people. Especially when you're never given a fair chance. The Marquesa Doctors are the best I've ever seen, and I've lived in many states over the years, seen a lot of vets, and been a pet owner for 30 years. I know a sincere and compassionate doctor when I meet one, and they're lucky enough to have more than one of them at Marquesa.

I haven't visited this vet. I didn't have to. When I called, the phone person asked me almost right away for my name and social security number- asked my pets name after. She asked me what type of dog I had. I told her a Chug, which is half Chihuahua and half Pug. Right away she says "oh my God, those are the meanest dogs!". I said no, she's actually the sweetest dog I've ever known, and loves people. She then said "oh, well I have one, but it's a rescue dog- maybe that's why it's mean". Wow! You are going to tell me my dog is mean based on your abused rescue dog? She then says the doc is busy and I can drop my dog off and hopefully he will be able to get to her in between appointments and surgeries. No, I will not just drop my dog off at a strange place! Especially when secretary lady is giving me a bad vibe. My plan was to take her there because it was close by, but instead, I drove 5 extra miles and brought her to the Animal Oasis Veterinary Hospital- and they were AMAZING!!! :)P.s.....please note that all the other reviews on here are not by seasoned Yelpers. One review or 4 at most- not credible. Js... Also, I was severely blasted by the vet on here- sent private messages. I've never been treated that way before. Also, someone reviewing below- who doesn't have any other reviews, finds it necessary to bully me and critique my critique- so you be the judge if this is where you want to spend your money- those things alone tell me I do not care to do business here, and my friends will all be warned. The way to run a business isn't to bully unsatisfied customers and then try and drown their negative review with a bunch of fluff reviews. It's mean and dishonest.

I thought my dog had a tooth ache cause she was screaming in pain when her face was touched. I had a very limited amount of cash. I called and told The Marquesa Veterinary Clinic the situation and they told me to hurry in. They discovered it was her neck, NOT her teeth. One hour, a shot of cortisone, a nail trimming, and three bottles of meds later, she was wagging her tail like a mad man and I was on my way. I left with half my money still in my account. They are awesome. Highly recommended.

You can tell they truly care and love animals and have always been honest and easy to deal with and I never felt getting my money was the priority. My sweet boy is a fighter for sure and they've been with us all along the way.

I came here when I first adopted my cat 3 years ago from Naples cat alliance. The veterinarian that was here before was great she truly took her time with all the animals. It was always a good visit giving the circumstances. I was disappointed when I found out she left. I continued to go but it's been a horrible experience since. I don't want to go in detail what happened but I'll never go back.

You lost a valuable employee when you let Camille Recanati Loge go. I chose Marquesa based on my first impression when I called the office, then came to the clinic to check it out. She was so friendly and knowledgeable and obviously loved her job working with animals. I based my first opinion of the clinic soley on the front office. She has always been kind and caring over the phone and In person. My dog Bogart adores her and she makes him feel comfortable when we come to the vet. I'm heartbroken that she is no longer with Marquesa. Camille has many many years of experience and in my humble opinion has been an asset to Marquesa over the years. I am extremely disappointed to hear she has been fired.

We are so very sad and disappointed that Camille Recanati Loge is no longer at Marquesa. She is the reason we chose Marquesa in the first place. I visited with my dog Bogart (when he was just 2 months old) and found her to be friendly, kind, and caring and that was very important to me in my decision to find a vet to take care of my pup. She is the first person you talk to and is a representative of the type care you can expect at the clinic. She knows Bogart by name and always makes us feel welcome when we come in or even call with a question. It is truly a loss to your clinic to lose such a valuable employee that has affected so many pets and their families.

I love love this place. They are the most compassionate and knowledgeable staff and doctors. They never make you feel uncomfortable or feel like you are being ripped off. They actually listen and understand. My dogs arent the easiest and yet every single person treats them with love and respect. I have vetted elsewhere and i am so thankful to have come across this amazing team and place.

When the going is good and normal, a few shots, nail clipping, etc. everything is fine.When you really need them, they can't squeeze you in, or they tell you if you want to come in as an emergency, it will be $100 more. So when we find another vet that will attend to my dog on a short notice and that vet's office calls Marquesa for info on my dog's latest shots, etc., cause the dog needs surgery, they say they have no records on file for my dog???I'm betting the doctors there don't know what is going on at the front desk! I looked up my files and found past receipts showing records of the shots my dog had taken at Marquesa..My pets are family and I cannot put up with unprofessional service. No longer are my dogs patients at Marquesa.

I love this vet!!! My 1st encounter was with a dog I was fostering for a rescue group. That they work with rescues alone is enough to love them. But since then I'm slowly moving all of my 7 pets there. They are always available to work you in, Dr. Joe Kubin is SO sweet, the techs are great, and Camille at the front desk texts cute pics of your animals to you with hearts all around them, giving you updates if you have to leave them there. They truly care and it's worth the 20 minute drive to know my babies are safe.

Since moving to Naples 3 1/2 years ago, Marquesa has been my veterinary clinic of choice. As I have a number of pets; I visit the clinic often, for both routine care and emergencies. With every visit, I am impressed and thankful. Impressed by the professionalism and unhurried manner of care. Thankful for the compassion and genuine interest in my pet's wellbeing. It is reassuring to walk into the clinic and know that your pet receives the same care that they give their own. Furthermore, to know that the charges are always fair and never inflated means a lot.

My dogs have patients there for years and it has been nothing but great experiences even when the dogs have been sick. It is so sad to see that this Dr. has taken over the practice. During hard times with our pets he had no sympathy terrible bedside manner and arrogant way of talking. All in all he is close to perfect and nothing he does is wrong. Another terrible this is that he has increased prices dramatically and that would not be a problem if services were amazing, but the combo of higher prices and a rude doctor don't make a great combination. I hope with time he matures and realizes- he isn't going to get too far with his negative unprofessional ways. - Dr. Coen wish you the best, but deep down I am so sad to see you go, and now the hunt begins for a good doc. If anyone has suggestions please let me know.

I cannot stress enough how patently wrong that bad review by Carrie portrays this establishment. We drive an hour out of our way to come to Marquesa. The staff there (including the person who answers the phone) have helped us through some very difficult and emotional times with our furry family members. They have been so incredibly thoughtful and professional that I was absolutely shocked that someone could rate the business as a 1 star experience. You really have to physically go to a business before you can write a 1 star review. Common courtesy would probably compel someone to at least ask for one of the doctors or a supervisor so you could complain before smearing the reputation of an outstanding veterinary practice because of some apparent miscommunication.Reading some of the other reviews (there are hundreds) from that person and seeing so many trivial criticisms helped me understand. Heck, even a Starbucks that serves Chai tea in a very timely manner only warrants a 3-star review because they were apparently popular and had a long line. There's no pleasing some people. Especially when you're never given a fair chance. The Marquesa Doctors are the best I've ever seen, and I've lived in many states over the years, seen a lot of vets, and been a pet owner for 30 years. I know a sincere and compassionate doctor when I meet one, and they're lucky enough to have more than one of them at Marquesa.

I haven't visited this vet. I didn't have to. When I called, the phone person asked me almost right away for my name and social security number- asked my pets name after. She asked me what type of dog I had. I told her a Chug, which is half Chihuahua and half Pug. Right away she says "oh my God, those are the meanest dogs!". I said no, she's actually the sweetest dog I've ever known, and loves people. She then said "oh, well I have one, but it's a rescue dog- maybe that's why it's mean". Wow! You are going to tell me my dog is mean based on your abused rescue dog? She then says the doc is busy and I can drop my dog off and hopefully he will be able to get to her in between appointments and surgeries. No, I will not just drop my dog off at a strange place! Especially when secretary lady is giving me a bad vibe. My plan was to take her there because it was close by, but instead, I drove 5 extra miles and brought her to the Animal Oasis Veterinary Hospital- and they were AMAZING!!! :)P.s.....please note that all the other reviews on here are not by seasoned Yelpers. One review or 4 at most- not credible. Js... Also, I was severely blasted by the vet on here- sent private messages. I've never been treated that way before. Also, someone reviewing below- who doesn't have any other reviews, finds it necessary to bully me and critique my critique- so you be the judge if this is where you want to spend your money- those things alone tell me I do not care to do business here, and my friends will all be warned. The way to run a business isn't to bully unsatisfied customers and then try and drown their negative review with a bunch of fluff reviews. It's mean and dishonest.

I have been taking my pets to Dr. Larry Coen for many years now with complete satisfaction. I appreciate his extensive knowledge and the time he takes to explain all the details of any diagnosis or procedure. His staff are also a dedicated group who greet you with friendly and caring attitudes.

I thought my dog had a tooth ache cause she was screaming in pain when her face was touched. I had a very limited amount of cash. I called and told The Marquesa Veterinary Clinic the situation and they told me to hurry in. They discovered it was her neck, NOT her teeth. One hour, a shot of cortisone, a nail trimming, and three bottles of meds later, she was wagging her tail like a mad man and I was on my way. I left with half my money still in my account. They are awesome. Highly recommended.
