I have used this Vet since I moved here for my dog and cat. But I was very upset to find out that my dog was due for shots 6 months ago & even though they said they sent a card, I didn't get one.  I have been there twice for my cat since August, spent a fortune, and yet at neither visit did they tell me that my dog was over due for his check up. I wouldn't have known if I didn't need a Vaccination statement to take him to a new groomer.  Now I can't get an appointment with the Vet in time to take him to the appointment, so I am stuck!   I love Dr. Frye, but I am EXTREMELY dissappointed in this. I'm afraid I will be looking for another Vet who will do a better job with this side of their business. They need to update their system. They can't even email files yet.  That's crazy.  They aren't cheap, so money needs to be invested in updating their system so this doesn't happen to other clients. Read Less

Attempted to call to schedule an initial appointment during weekday business hours. No answer. Called a later time and set up an appointment for 9:45 and cleared my morning for the appointment. Received a call at 9:05am about missing the appointment and whether I wanted to "reschedule". I reminded them that my appointment was at 9:45 (there was no question about proper time) and they told me that time now wasn't available. I wasted a half day and will find a different vet. Dr. Lehman is amazing. Our dog Tucker hapd been sick from birth. Another vet was not able to heal him. We decided to take Tucker to Dr. Lehman. He tried all the normal veterinary medicines, but Tucker was still sick. He called me at home one day, and said he was doing some research on Tuckers case and he wanted to try an unconventional method that has worked in some recent studies. It Worked!!! This is the best veterinary office in the area. The doctors are amazing and very patient. The staff is professional, polite and very efficient. We have a dog with alot of anxiety and Dr.Lehman and his staff have taken the time to work with him. I am very happy to report that 44 actually is starting to like going to the vet. This make me a very happy pet parent, such a relief to know that they are there to take care of him and they are so patient as well. I would never take my animals anywhere else. Dr Lehman and his staff are GREAT!!!!... I have two pitbull puppies. One of them is a 6mo old male that gets SUPER EXCITED and can be quite a handful at times. Dr. Fry is a huge animal lover. You can tell when she bear hugs your big dog and proceeds to use baby talk. My kind of vet! She is an excellent doctor, and my dog has received the best care from her and her vet techs. The ladies at the front desk are very sweet and they will greet you with, "Hi, Ginger's mommy!" (my dog's name is Ginger). Also, Ginger loves it there because she gets free treats :)If you need a vet in the area, North Naples Veterinary Hospital is a great choice. Read Less

Dr. Lehman is amazing - hands down my favorite vet in Naples. I used to work for a few different local veterinarians around this town for more than a few years and I still know a thing or two retained information you might say. That was before I was a dog mom myself... I used to make fun of "those moms" at work, the kind that act like the dog is really their kid and they're clingy and slightly crazy, yet now, I'm one, and I wouldn't trust anyone else in this town but Dr. Lehman. Not only does he humor me with all my "past experience and knowledge" but he actually knows that he is talking about, and most importantly, cares how my pets are doing after the appointment. Did his treatment work? Are they getting better?... He's great. He called at 7pm one night after an emergency with my furkid that day to ask how she was. Their prices are competitive to the rest of Naples, and they've worked with me when things got kind of crazy cost wise and charged me less than I know they should have. Being a working person I wish they had better hours for regular appointments, but lucky enough for me if it's an emergency they get me and my furkid right in no questions asked (not that I'm lucky to have an emergency). I love my pets and as long as I have them in Naples, we're going to Dr. Lehman.Read Less

I've taken my dogs to this vet for at least 4 years now and have always been pleased with the services. Dr. Lehman is great with the animals and people! Very knowledgeable and helpful. Dr. Aaron Fry does not allow the owners to stay with their  pet.  She puts a muzzle on my dog, pretending he would bite her.  She yelled at my dog, too.  Evidently, SHE DOES NOT LIKE ANIMALS. I did not want to return but Dr Fry forgot to vaccinate him against the rabies. Fortunately I noticed her error.  I had to return and my dog was so afraid of her. My dog loves the first vet I have, he even licked him. Stay away from this vet if you love your pet! Read Less
