Our pets are 11 and 12 year's old we always had Rabies vaccination which ARE the ONLY ones required by Florida State law .If I wanted to get these vaccinations I would go to the mobile pet clinic that we use at a fourth the costs .This is not THE groomers fault but YOU have to book appointments through the vet,and the reception office tells you you have to have vaccinations you do not want or YOU can't have YOUR pet groomed their. Think before you go

These ladies are the BEST! We went to another Vet for an emergency and they pretty much stood us up and wouldn't help the actual problem. We called Animal Hospital of NPR and they saw us ASAP, when we got there, these ladies couldn't believe what the other Vet had said and wanted to do (which was nothing!). My fur baby, Mickey was in need of some major help and they jumped right in and made sure he was being helped right then and there. Not only are they sweet and kind to my whole family 2 and 4 legged, but the prices you just can't beat. No more trying to figure out if I can afford help my fur baby- with Animal Hospital of NPR I know I can! I tell EVERYONE that these ladies are the BEST!

I have been using Dr. Presley since we moved to Florida, and I am so happy to have finally found a caring staff and extremely knowlegable vet! My dog enjoys all the attention he gets when he is in for a visit. Lisa did his dental cleaning and did a superb job seeing it was his first ever. There has been two occasions that Dr.Presely has called after hours to discuss issues, and at no time did I feel rushed or I was inconveniencing her when I had additional questions. She is very confident and I know my pup is getting the best care. Prices are very reasonable as well!

Extremely caring and thoughtful. We are going through a difficult period with 3/4 animals in our house and the attention and care they’ve shown has been second to none. We’ve had multiple phone call follow ups, and the dr herself has made outreach on multiple occasions. Dr. Presley is hands down, the best vet we’ve ever had (speaking to this as having pets over the course of 6 years and 4 different animals). She’s so kind and gentle with our babies, yet thorough and knowledgeable in the same token. Bonus is that they’re cost effective. Great place!

This place is great! Our grrrl, is a big part of our family. It's been hard to find a reputable Vet that's reasonably priced, but we struck gold here! The techs and Dr.'s explain everything they are doing and feel your pet needs, to keep them healthy. The front staff are very accommodating, as far as appointments go and nice to boot!

The meds were 30+ but it is worth it!! A few hrs after the meds, coughing was greatly reduced. 2 days after, they did a surprise check up call. Was nice to finally go to a place that actually DOES care. You know the difference between ppl who love their job & who don't..... These people do- I want to be apart of that family.

The front desk staff is wonderful as well. Very courteous, knowledgeable and patient. The prices I was quoted for my dog and cat yearly checkup, shots and preventative medication are very reasonable. I have been to a few different animal hospitals as well as clinics searching for a great and warming place to establish as my furry babies doctors, this animal hospital will be the one.

I am sorry to see that he has retired but the years have flown by. Can't believe that I have been going there for 27 years with Missy, Brandee and now Maggie. The owner of the daycare scooped her up and we saw the condition. I told her I would take her to the SPCA. they were closed today! I ssearch and searchEd to find a place for this poor baby. Only because I'm highly allergic. As I'm driving all over I pass this animal hospital I turned around and went back just to see if they could help. The office staff immediately got a tech to look at her. They started treatment right away. They said they don't know if she will make it. she's in really bad shape, but we will take good care of her. I called to check a few hours later. And she's stable But not out of the woods yet. test still need to be done. What a caring animal hospital.

I would give 5 stars if my review were based solely on the people that cared for my animal. They were lovely and I was very impressed with their care. I received a script for flea medication that they did not have at the clinic, but was able to find a reasonable price online (1800petmeds - I heard great things about them). Petmeds faxed the vet and all they had to do was check the approval box and fax it back (something that would take less than 2 minutes of this womans time) but when I pleaded with "Angela" from the front desk, she refused... saying that it would be too time consuming. She could have literally done it in the time she was on the phone and been done. Instead, she gave me a nasty attitude & rushed me off the phone. Now I have to physically mail it which wouldnt be a problem if i wasnt on a tight schedule to get this to them, wait for it to be prepped & shipped (I'm moving in a couple weeks & need her protected ASAP - which I explained but she could care less). I'm very disappointed with the front desk's customer service and lack of effort to help someone in need. I guess if you're not paying, they are not interested in going the extra mile. I recommend this clinic for their pet care in office but beware of the headache if you dont buy your meds from them directly.

From the moment that I spoke to the office staff on the phone, I knew that I had found our new veterinarian office! Puzzled for a few years now at the demeanor of our previous office staff, I was delighted with even a phone conversation! Dr. Curry is outstanding! Kind, compassionate, and most of all highly intelligent!! I'm just sad that it took us 7years in the area to figure this out! We have a current situation with one of our dogs and I feel confident that Dr. Curry is going to get to the bottom of it. Thinking of things that our past vet did not. Her love of animals is quite evident and her trustworthiness is key! So happy that we found Animal Hospital of New Port Richey! Thank you to Dr. Curry and her staff. I have been using Dr. Presley since we moved to Florida, and I am so happy to have finally found a caring staff and extremely knowlegable vet! My dog enjoys all the attention he gets when he is in for a visit. Lisa did his dental cleaning and did a superb job seeing it was his first ever. There has been two occasions that Dr.Presely has called after hours to discuss issues, and at no time did I feel rushed or I was inconveniencing her when I had additional questions. She is very confident and I know my pup is getting the best care. Prices are very reasonable as well!

Extremely caring and thoughtful. We are going through a difficult period with 3/4 animals in our house and the attention and care they’ve shown has been second to none. We’ve had multiple phone call follow ups, and the dr herself has made outreach on multiple occasions. Dr. Presley is hands down, the best vet we’ve ever had (speaking to this as having pets over the course of 6 years and 4 different animals). She’s so kind and gentle with our babies, yet thorough and knowledgeable in the same token. Bonus is that they’re cost effective. Great place!

This place is great! Our grrrl, is a big part of our family. It's been hard to find a reputable Vet that's reasonably priced, but we struck gold here! The techs and Dr.'s explain everything they are doing and feel your pet needs, to keep them healthy. The front staff are very accommodating, as far as appointments go and nice to boot!
Looking for a Vet? I'd say give them a try, I don't think you'll be disappointed.

I came in the same day I called. BOTH women were nice & extremely knowledgeable! They looked over my Yoshi Ann & explained everything to me, they were gentle with her. The meds were 30+ but it is worth it!! A few hrs after the meds, coughing was greatly reduced. 2 days after, they did a surprise check up call. Was nice to finally go to a place that actually DOES care. You know the difference between ppl who love their job & who don't..... These people do- I want to be apart of that family.

Dr. Joe & Dr. Curry are 2 of the very best veterinarians I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Even though Dr. Joe sold the practice recently, I must give honorable mention. The front desk staff is wonderful as well. Very courteous, knowledgeable and patient. The prices I was quoted for my dog and cat yearly checkup, shots and preventative medication are very reasonable. I have been to a few different animal hospitals as well as clinics searching for a great and warming place to establish as my furry babies doctors, this animal hospital will be the one.

I started with Dr. Imburgia when the hospital was just a small one. He rebuilt and it is now a great place for both dogs and cats. He and his staff have always been very helpful and caring. I am sorry to see that he has retired but the years have flown by. Can't believe that I have been going there for 27 years with Missy, Brandee and now Maggie. Also can't believe that I am 86 years old. I look forward to using the Animal Hospital of NPR hopefully for a few more years.

My dog absolutely loves everyone here and hes always scared of new people... they instantly made him their new buddy. We always try to see Melissa Curry as she is just so good with my Brutus... she was also amazing with my almost 14 yr old grumpy Hamlet... he was awful to try and do any kind of exam. The owner of the daycare scooped her up and we saw the condition. I told her I would take her to the SPCA. they were closed today! I ssearch and searchEd to find a place for this poor baby. Only because I'm highly allergic. As I'm driving all over I pass this animal hospital I turned around and went back just to see if they could help. The office staff immediately got a tech to look at her. They started treatment right away. They said they don't know if she will make it. she's in really bad shape, but we will take good care of her. I called to check a few hours later. And she's stable But not out of the woods yet. test still need to be done. What a caring animal hospital.

I would give 5 stars if my review were based solely on the people that cared for my animal. They were lovely and I was very impressed with their care. I received a script for flea medication that they did not have at the clinic, but was able to find a reasonable price online (1800petmeds - I heard great things about them). Petmeds faxed the vet and all they had to do was check the approval box and fax it back (something that would take less than 2 minutes of this womans time) but when I pleaded with "Angela" from the front desk, she refused... saying that it would be too time consuming. She could have literally done it in the time she was on the phone and been done. Instead, she gave me a nasty attitude & rushed me off the phone. Now I have to physically mail it which wouldnt be a problem if i wasnt on a tight schedule to get this to them, wait for it to be prepped & shipped (I'm moving in a couple weeks & need her protected ASAP - which I explained but she could care less). I'm very disappointed with the front desk's customer service and lack of effort to help someone in need. I guess if you're not paying, they are not interested in going the extra mile. I recommend this clinic for their pet care in office but beware of the headache if you dont buy your meds from them directly.

From the moment that I spoke to the office staff on the phone, I knew that I had found our new veterinarian office! Puzzled for a few years now at the demeanor of our previous office staff, I was delighted with even a phone conversation! Dr. Curry is outstanding! Kind, compassionate, and most of all highly intelligent!! I'm just sad that it took us 7years in the area to figure this out! We have a current situation with one of our dogs and I feel confident that Dr. Curry is going to get to the bottom of it. Thinking of things that our past vet did not. Her love of animals is quite evident and her trustworthiness is key! So happy that we found Animal Hospital of New Port Richey! Thank you to Dr. Curry and her staff. (a follow up call was icing on the cake!)

I called this fat because I have a 17 year old cat that has got sick in the last 2 weeks and I know it's time to euthanize and the vet wants me to come in and run blood work run tests before they euthanize I know my cat it's time for her to go but after $200 they may euthanize her or they may not that is not a nice way to be an Animal Facility
