Love Tracey. Not so much the old man veterinarian, he doesn’t listen and told me he didn’t see where my car was oozing I had to show him after he “examined” her. Yea if it wasn’t for Tracey I’d change my vet. I now only see the female veterinarian that works there.

Let me start my saying the girls in office are sweethearts. My complaint is the outrageous prices they charge. My fur baby Bella an 8yr old 30lb mixed breed took ill last week. Her liver was failing for some reason. She was very sick. A bag of fluid, a few shots and some take-home anabiotic’s was well over $600. Another visit that Sunday another 200. When 5 days later if her not reposnding they wanted another $600. I also want to tell you that I only paid these prices because I had to take some medication off as money is definitely tight... when DAY6 comes they want to keep her 24 hours that is another $580. On her last day, I decided to call around and was referred to another vet. For what I had spent she could have been sitting with 24 hour care on day 1. I take responsibility for not doing my homework. However I beg of you to do yours. If you are limited on funds, DO YOUR RESEARCH! Call around and ask prices! Again for 1000.00 My Bella would have gotten at least 4 days of hospital care. Not 2 bags of fluid and pills she couldn’t keep down 😩. Just so upset with the entire situation. I will not be back here. Anyone there could’ve given me an alternative. Someplace else to take her. Someone who may have been a little less expensive. Needless to say, by the time I got her to another vet, she was too far. In her eyes, gums, ears, everywhere had turn yellow with jaundice . She was incoherent. She couldn’t move. After learning what their prices were, I was ready to sign her in for a week.... But then the doctor advised me, she honestly thought she didn’t have much of chance. She was shutting down. So, I laid my girl down. I told her how much I loved her. I told her how good she was.. such a mamas girl. Then I held her until she was resting comfortably and forever at peace. My heart broke. To know me is to know how I feel about my babies. I would’ve done anything to save her. She was 8 but had every bit of another 6-8yrs. FINAL WORDS: This was an over priced regrettable decision. 7/9/18 Spoke to Ms Dones. I do appreciate her reaching out.

Wonderful place! My poor Dixie was sick. And I was a mess. Lol. They took very good care of both of us. Very reasonable price on a visit, and I just walked in with no appointment. We will be back.

I had an issue with a recent visit to VCA Little Animal Hospital. The office manager was so kind as to call me and listen to my concern. After back and forth discussion, we agreed that it was due to misinformation and misunderstanding. Then she offered a refund for the recent visit. I commend her and the staff for taking the time to understand my situation and resolve the issue to my satisfaction. VCA not only cares for its patients, but for their caretakers as well!

So I can’t review the doctors and the nurses but trying to get in to be seen is a bit frustrating. I brought my dog there on a Friday morning right before they open to see if they could check on my dog. According to her symptoms she has a pretty serious condition that needs to be looked at ASAP. On that Friday morning a nurse showed up to open up the building and told me that doctor would not be in until 830. Take note the place opens at 7 AM so you would think the doctor would be there at 8:30. So on Saturday morning my husband calls up there and gets a recording that says to bring your dogs in on Saturday. He proceeds to bring our dog there Saturday morning and they said that she cannot be seen because they are booked. Take in case this is an emergency and they will not see my dog. They referred us to another clinic. This is the second place that refused to see my dog because either the doctor was leaving an hour and a half earlier or the doctor wouldnt be there for another hour and a half.

The office manager cant to simple math. I wanted to order my dogs heartworm medicine from an outside source because it is WAY less expensive and they wouldn't approve it. JERKS!! Do not go here for any reason.

I just spoke with Chelsea at the office. She was very knowledgeable and fit all our needs for our chocolate Lab named Nya. (New years angel) We had a friendly talk about all our pups needs and we are now on the wellness program! I'm happy to finally have found a decent Veterinarian and staff! Thanks for everything you have done for our baby! Her skin condition has cleared and she's much more active! Many thanks! Keep it up!

I took our cat who was injured with a hole in his flank skin and a front leg injury. His ribcage felt wrong...etc... i let them know i was a vet assist for yrs. Next thing i know, they come in with an estimate of $
597.47 for annual tests, vaccines and prevention that he "needed" i brought my cat for an "emergency"!!!! Not to be sold goods and services! The Vets i worked for, would NEVER treat clients that way.
To be fair, i did let them know that cost was an issue. After that i was never offered at least an x-ray or anything. I asked for an oral antibiotic and some pain meds. No aftercare was discussed.
It is clear to me that money was more important than one little cat!
Im not happy and cat is still running around with a flank tear.

The staff was amazing, and the doctor was kind, helpful, and courteous. They were sure to explain everything that was going on, and the nurse took tons of extra time answering all my questions. This was, by far, one of the best vets we have ever visited. Highly recommend.

I took my dog there 6 months ago. They told me it was skin allergies. He eats nothing but organic already. He wasn't this sick before they started having me force feed him. When I called them 2 hours later they didn't call me back. I went up there. Told me the dr called me. Apparently while I was there in their office. My phone NEVER rang. Now they want another $600 since the first $1500 plus I spent already didn't help. Do not go here. This place is all about what they can sell you and don't give a crap about your pets. Do yourself a favor and find a real vet. This place is a joke. Run as fast as you can away from here.
They don't care. I laughed reading some of these reviews. First of all they tried to charge me an additional $55 after I forced them to see me. I couldn't believe the balls of these asshats!!! They already stole from me as I see it. My poor baby is still in massive pain and they've done nothing for him. Scam artists

This place is amazing! My husband just came home from work...7am..Sunday morning, and tells me he found a cat on the side of the road near us. It was really really broken..but he Didn't have a box or anything. So we grab my laundry basket and towels out of the bathroom and run. Anyway. I now have this broken kitty in a basket and I'm calling vet upon vet upon vet. Either they Aren't open..or they refuse to see me unless i pay the office visit, the exam fee, the euthanasia fee..and the disposal fee. I'll add that i just paid all my bills last night. I'm broke. I'm panicking. I cant stand to sit here and watch this baby suffering. So the last place i call (this place) says her Dr isn't in yet. But she will be in an hour and she will ask and call me back. Which she did. They had me bring Mr.Kitty in. He wasn't going to survive. The best thing for him was to go to sleep. I know this ...so after the sad. They hand me my stuff back..I was thanking them and telling them how much i appreciate them and how great they are and on. And they actually thanked ME..Thanked me for bringing in this broken kitty. It wasn't about the money..me putting them out with this 'freebie' office visit. It was about A poor animal suffering. They helped me today more than I can put into words. Of all the other vet places out there this was the one that cared enough about the animal to look past the money (and was open on a Sunday). I'm not saying to run here expecting hand outs. I'm saying this place is amazing. The people are amazing and they actually care about your animals. I don't know what i would have done today if they hadn't said ' Ok bring it in'. They were my last call. They won me over. When ever I'm in need of veterinary care I'm going here and I will recommend them to anyone and everyone. And to finish off the review ill add the office is cute..and clean..and cozy..and there's A Cat Room! Cute little fluff balls head butting you through the glass! So if you have an opening for kitty loving in your life you should go here! Thank you Thank you Thank you VCA ~ A

This place is absolutely amazing ! The Vets are extremely nice and explain everything thats going on with your animals . Price is never an issue cause i know that my dogs are in good hands. One time i didnt have the whole amount and they worked out a payment plan with me without a problem.. Wich not many places would do. Its a sure thing that the animals matter more to them then just a dollar sign ! In the 3 years i've been going to them i have not one complaint. :)

OMG I want to hug and kiss you , the man is amazing...he spent over two hours going over my cats records and helped my kitty so much today...the prices in his clinic are awesome. The compassion and the love he shows all the animals was incredible. for the first time in over 8 weeks I totally understand my cats disease now ..THANK YOU GRAVENS MOMMAS for taking the time to write about him....

Just an update (5/7/13): I still go here and love this place. I took my cat to see Dr Parenton the other day (they offer a free exam for all new cats - some promo they have going on) and she was very very nice and gentle. Everyone there was very friendly. My cat was sick and I didn't think she would live. We did tests and found out she has diabetes. With the meds and food change, she's back to her old self again. I am so very grateful for all this place did and how they treated me!!Don't pay attention to the negative comments below. These people have no clue about this place! Or maybe they didnt like being told the truth about needing to do something important for their pet. I've been going to this vet for years and years. Yes - some of the people have changed. Big Woop. Change happens. Everyone there shows that they like working there. They know my name and my cats name when I show up. Every time. I've shopped around, so I know there are a few other vets near by that may charge a little less. So what. Who wants cheap vet care for a pet that is part of their family? Not me. Dr Green and Dr Parenton are smart and tell me the truth about what my cat needs in order to stay healthy. Takeing care of a pet is more than getting shots. This place knows and lives that.

I just moved here a few months ago and started looking for a place to take my dogs. I went to 3 other vets before I visited VCA Little Animal Hospital just to get a feel for the ones in the area. This will certainly be my vet of choice! Dr. Parenton was fantastic with my dogs! She explained everything so well. The nurses were fantastic too. I could tell the whole staff enjoyed being there and really care about animals. Their prices were a little higher than 2 of the 3 I visited before I found them, but you get what you pay for!!!! Exceptional quality!!! Fantastic service!!! The cleanest vet office I have ever seen. I'll definitely visit them every time my dogs need anything!

I have taken my dogs there in the past and even used their kennel. I have to say the staff is not as nice as the ones who were there in the beginning. The veterinarians are not warm as other veterinarians I have gone to. They are rough even. Last time I took my puppy there and as all puppies are, she was hyper. The vet was very rough with her to make her settle down which I was already trying to do. The vet they had in the past cost my dog her life. How? I took my dog in and explained to her that my dog the night before, had all of a sudden become comatose. Not answering to us calling her name. also not reacting to outside stimuli. The vet ran some blood work and said it was abnormal but nothing serious. She said the dog was probably like that from anxiety ( it was the new year holiday), My dog ended up dying soon afterwards, due to a major stroke who left her clinically brain dead. It could have been prevented I was told by the vet with a simple medication. If you value your pet's life, I recommend Dr Campos at San Francis Animal Hospital.

I would only go to this hospital if it was the only one open and my dog's life did not depend on it. What could have been prevented for my dog was misdiagnosed and my dog died a a month later. Vet should have known better. Other vets I spoke to also agreed with me. My dog lost her life because when she went there she was diagnosed with anxiety but had a stroke instead. She died of a massive one soon after. Makes me so angry to think about it. Not the only one who lost a dog to something preventable either. Stay Away.

I took our cat who was injured with a hole in his flank skin and a front leg injury. His ribcage felt wrong...etc... i let them know i was a vet assist for yrs. Next thing i know, they come in with an estimate of $
597.47 for annual tests, vaccines and prevention that he "needed" i brought my cat for an "emergency"!!!! Not to be sold goods and services! The Vets i worked for, would NEVER treat clients that way.
To be fair, i did let them know that cost was an issue. After that i was never offered at least an x-ray or anything. I asked for an oral antibiotic and some pain meds. No aftercare was discussed.
It is clear to me that money was more important than one little cat!
Im not happy and cat is still running around with a flank tear.

The staff was amazing, and the doctor was kind, helpful, and courteous. They were sure to explain everything that was going on, and the nurse took tons of extra time answering all my questions. This was, by far, one of the best vets we have ever visited. Highly recommend.

They literally wanted -$1,000- more than a similar vet visit that I made to country oaks animal hospital about 20 minutes further down 19. Left feeling down that I couldn't help my cat more here. Then was told that I would find out about parasite results by Tuesday, called and they didn't even do the test? Guess I didn't pay enough.

When I called them 2 hours later they didn't call me back. I went up there. Told me the dr called me. Apparently while I was there in their office. My phone NEVER rang. Now they want another $600 since the first $1500 plus I spent already didn't help. Do not go here. This place is all about what they can sell you and don't give a crap about your pets. Do yourself a favor and find a real vet. This place is a joke. Run as fast as you can away from here.
They don't care. I laughed reading some of these reviews. First of all they tried to charge me an additional $55 after I forced them to see me. I couldn't believe the balls of these asshats!!! They already stole from me as I see it. My poor baby is still in massive pain and they've done nothing for him. Scam artists

This place is amazing! My husband just came home from work...7am..Sunday morning, and tells me he found a cat on the side of the road near us. It was really really broken..but he Didn't have a box or anything. So we grab my laundry basket and towels out of the bathroom and run. Anyway. I now have this broken kitty in a basket and I'm calling vet upon vet upon vet. Either they Aren't open..or they refuse to see me unless i pay the office visit, the exam fee, the euthanasia fee..and the disposal fee. I'll add that i just paid all my bills last night. I'm broke. I'm panicking. I cant stand to sit here and watch this baby suffering. So the last place i call (this place) says her Dr isn't in yet. But she will be in an hour and she will ask and call me back. Which she did. They had me bring Mr.Kitty in. He wasn't going to survive. The best thing for him was to go to sleep. I know this ...so after the sad. They hand me my stuff back..I was thanking them and telling them how much i appreciate them and how great they are and on. And they actually thanked ME..Thanked me for bringing in this broken kitty. It wasn't about the money..me putting them out with this 'freebie' office visit. It was about A poor animal suffering. They helped me today more than I can put into words. Of all the other vet places out there this was the one that cared enough about the animal to look past the money (and was open on a Sunday). I'm not saying to run here expecting hand outs. I'm saying this place is amazing. The people are amazing and they actually care about your animals. I don't know what i would have done today if they hadn't said ' Ok bring it in'. They were my last call. They won me over. When ever I'm in need of veterinary care I'm going here and I will recommend them to anyone and everyone. And to finish off the review ill add the office is cute..and clean..and cozy..and there's A Cat Room! Cute little fluff balls head butting you through the glass! So if you have an opening for kitty loving in your life you should go here! Thank you Thank you Thank you VCA ~ A

This place is absolutely amazing ! The Vets are extremely nice and explain everything thats going on with your animals . Price is never an issue cause i know that my dogs are in good hands. One time i didnt have the whole amount and they worked out a payment plan with me without a problem.. Wich not many places would do. Its a sure thing that the animals matter more to them then just a dollar sign ! In the 3 years i've been going to them i have not one complaint. :)

OMG I want to hug and kiss you , the man is amazing...he spent over two hours going over my cats records and helped my kitty so much today...the prices in his clinic are awesome. The compassion and the love he shows all the animals was incredible. for the first time in over 8 weeks I totally understand my cats disease now ..THANK YOU GRAVENS MOMMAS for taking the time to write about him....

Just an update (5/7/13): I still go here and love this place. I took my cat to see Dr Parenton the other day (they offer a free exam for all new cats - some promo they have going on) and she was very very nice and gentle. Everyone there was very friendly. My cat was sick and I didn't think she would live. We did tests and found out she has diabetes. With the meds and food change, she's back to her old self again. I am so very grateful for all this place did and how they treated me!!Don't pay attention to the negative comments below. These people have no clue about this place! Or maybe they didnt like being told the truth about needing to do something important for their pet. I've been going to this vet for years and years. Yes - some of the people have changed. Big Woop. Change happens. Everyone there shows that they like working there. They know my name and my cats name when I show up. Every time. I've shopped around, so I know there are a few other vets near by that may charge a little less. So what. Who wants cheap vet care for a pet that is part of their family? Not me. Dr Green and Dr Parenton are smart and tell me the truth about what my cat needs in order to stay healthy. Takeing care of a pet is more than getting shots. This place knows and lives that.

I just moved here a few months ago and started looking for a place to take my dogs. I went to 3 other vets before I visited VCA Little Animal Hospital just to get a feel for the ones in the area. This will certainly be my vet of choice! Dr. Parenton was fantastic with my dogs! She explained everything so well. The nurses were fantastic too. I could tell the whole staff enjoyed being there and really care about animals. Their prices were a little higher than 2 of the 3 I visited before I found them, but you get what you pay for!!!! Exceptional quality!!! Fantastic service!!! The cleanest vet office I have ever seen. I'll definitely visit them every time my dogs need anything!

I have taken my dogs there in the past and even used their kennel. I have to say the staff is not as nice as the ones who were there in the beginning. The veterinarians are not warm as other veterinarians I have gone to. They are rough even. Last time I took my puppy there and as all puppies are, she was hyper. The vet was very rough with her to make her settle down which I was already trying to do. The vet they had in the past cost my dog her life. How? I took my dog in and explained to her that my dog the night before, had all of a sudden become comatose. Not answering to us calling her name. also not reacting to outside stimuli. The vet ran some blood work and said it was abnormal but nothing serious. She said the dog was probably like that from anxiety ( it was the new year holiday), My dog ended up dying soon afterwards, due to a major stroke who left her clinically brain dead. It could have been prevented I was told by the vet with a simple medication. If you value your pet's life, I recommend Dr Campos at San Francis Animal Hospital.

I would only go to this hospital if it was the only one open and my dog's life did not depend on it. What could have been prevented for my dog was misdiagnosed and my dog died a a month later. Vet should have known better. Other vets I spoke to also agreed with me. My dog lost her life because when she went there she was diagnosed with anxiety but had a stroke instead. She died of a massive one soon after. Makes me so angry to think about it. Not the only one who lost a dog to something preventable either. Stay Away.
