Truly incredible place with the best vet staff I've ever seenWhen my cat was very sick, the vet took the time to explain everything to me in a way that I understood. The vet tech then came in to make sure I understood everything. They were so gentle and sweet and patient with my little baby kitty. And the vet even called me! Many times after the surgery to check on her. I had a question once, and I called, and the vet got back to me within the hour. I tell everyone I know to take their pets here. The people here always go the extra mile.

We just moved to Gainesville and needed a new vet for our cat. We saw Dr. Bob and he is fantastic. All the ladies in the office and our vet tech were phenomenal and really sweet. Setting up our cat's chart and medical records took no time at all. They were able to take our payment right in the exam room, which gave our cat a little more time to explore the room and stretch her legs before we had to put her back in her carrier. We couldn't be happier with the service we received and with the amount we paid! Plus they take care credit! They gave us a little welcome packet with a pen, care credit info, and info about their clinic and the vets on staff. They also included info about their Facebook page and the online portal where you can view your pet's medical records and schedule appointments. We love their hours, as most of the vets we have seen where we used to live closed at 5:00. We're so glad we went here!

This is an amazing vets office. Dr. Vliet was my primary doctor. I've never had to wait to bring my animals in. I call that day and have always gotten in, if needed. My cat was terminally ill. I moved to Indiana to be closer to family a few months ago, and ended up having to put my cat of 15 years down right after we moved. Dr. Vliet found out, and personally wrote me a letter expressing her sympathy. This is the kind of service you will get at Jonesville. Your baby, your pet, is not just another animal to them. They love and care about each pet. Dr. Lerman has called me multiple times since I moved to check on my dog as well. Exceptional care.

They and their staff are great with the families of their patients. Drs. Vleet and Lerman usually offer several options for treatment of problems from watch and wait (if appropriate) to the most aggressive approach and are very good about explaining the pros and cons of each. We have every confidence in their knowledge and care.

They take fantastic care of my dogs and have been there for me from puppy-hood through end-of-life issues. The staff is very professional and compassionate. Great vet! I started coming here on a suggestion from a friend after a bad experience at another vet in town, and have been nothing but pleased! The staff is very friendly and professional and the office is very clean. The vets always spend plenty of time in the exam room getting to know your pet, and are sure to answer any questions we ever have. I have even gotten follow up calls from the actual vets to check to see how my dog is doing after a visit where we discussed some problems which makes me feel like he is well cared for. I also like that they give you a questionnaire to fill out in regards to your pets behaviors/travels/etc to determine what vaccines he NEEDS rather than giving him whatever is standard just because. I feel completely comfortable bringing my dog here and always recommend them to friends.

We were very impressed, and felt right at home! Dr. Vliet was awesome with my girls and very patient! Both of my dogs are rescues and are a little hesitant around strangers, so if they approve, I approve. And reasonably priced, I spent way less than I thought I would. Definitely recommend!

Above and beyond! They rescued my dog who had been abandoned by my pet sitter and, recognizing she was ill, performed emergency exploratory surgery,with NO guarantee of any payment. It turned out that my dog had string wrapped around her intestines and she surely would not have survived had it not been for these compassionate vets!

Jonesville Animal Hospital is both a professional and caring place to get the best care for your pet. Both Dr. Vleet and Dr. Lerman are knowlegable and empathetic and love animals. They and their staff are great with the families of their patients. Drs. Vleet and Lerman usually offer several options for treatment of problems from watch and wait (if appropriate) to the most aggressive approach and are very good about explaining the pros and cons of each. We have every confidence in their knowledge and care.

Drs. Lerman & Vliet are outstanding veterinarians and have been a pleasure to work with over the years. They take fantastic care of my dogs and have been there for me from puppy-hood through end-of-life issues. The staff is very professional and compassionate. The hospital always smells nice and is clean and their standards of care are excellent. I have always been pleased with my experiences here and I know that my dogs are in good hands.

Great vet! I started coming here on a suggestion from a friend after a bad experience at another vet in town, and have been nothing but pleased! The staff is very friendly and professional and the office is very clean. The vets always spend plenty of time in the exam room getting to know your pet, and are sure to answer any questions we ever have. I have even gotten follow up calls from the actual vets to check to see how my dog is doing after a visit where we discussed some problems which makes me feel like he is well cared for. I also like that they give you a questionnaire to fill out in regards to your pets behaviors/travels/etc to determine what vaccines he NEEDS rather than giving him whatever is standard just because. I feel completely comfortable bringing my dog here and always recommend them to friends.
