On Wednesday 6/6/18 around 11 am my two Jack Russell dogs came in contact with a Marine Toad (Bull Frog/Bufo marinus - extremely toxic). I quickly grabbed the garden hose and washed out their mouths immediately. Due to the nature of the emergency, I knew I had to act quickly to save the lives of my dogs. I rushed them to the nearest hospital in fear that I would not make it to our regular veterinarian.I arrived at the Juno Beach Animal Hospital clearly shaken, nervous, and stressed with both dogs who still had foam in their mouths. Once I arrived, the receptionist asked if this was my first visit to which I replied "Yes." She asked me to wait while she checked with someone else in the back. She returned to tell me they could not help me, and I would have to go somewhere else! I was so shocked, how could they turn me away with this type of emergency. Fortunately, I was able to make it to our regular Veterinarian who realized the gravity of the situation and took care of them immediately. BEWARE: Juno Beach Animal Hospital DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR PET!

Juno Beach Animal Hospital prescribed two drugs for my dog. The manufacture of one of these drugs warned against the use of their drug while using the other. My dog developed pancreatitis, a known side effect of combining these drugs. My dog died as a result. Dr. Stephan prescribed the second drug without even making a note in my dogs file. When his partner my dog’s primary care doctor looked at the records to help when my dog got sick, there was nothing there for her to know what was going on. To say the least, I will never go back and warn everyone I know, this hospital is not the place to go.

I've been taking my dog here for almost four years, and I also took my precious dog there for several years. The staff here is great. They really care about animals and always treat my dogs well. They handled the end-of-life stuff for my previous dog, and made it as painless as possible. The staff put us in a special room and wrapped her up in a blanket before giving her the injection. Breah died quietly in my arms with me telling her I loved her, and she didn't suffer. The people were so nice and sympathetic. They even sent flowers to me afterwards! Genuinely compassionate people who sent a bill so that I wouldn't have to stand there fishing for my credit card while I wept for my lost furball. I noticed with my last dog that some of the staff are particularly good with big dogs (she was a 120-pound bear), which is frequently rare in my experience. My current dog is much smaller (25 pounds) and different staff members fuss over her. Now I have to go cry over my late Breah because this reminded me of my special girl.

I saw that there was another review posted and it was negative and I felt compelled to review this vet hospital. These doctors save my dogs life, I will never see another veterinarian with my dog because I trust them so much. My dog was literally knocking on deaths door because he had an obstruction in his intestines and they did literally everything in their power to make sure that he lived. I am super grateful to the doctors at this animal hospital.

The reviews on this site are OLD!! I was new to the area in 2017 and went to Juno Beach Animal hospital on a recommendation. The doctors and staff here are amazing! In the 30 years I have been taking my dogs to vets, I have never been so impressed with the professionalism and genuine care for my dogs at a vet. Dr. Stephan saw my elderly dog only twice before she had to be put down. He and the entire staff treated us like we were long time patients. They are excellent and I HIGHLY recommend!

If you have questions about results and protocols, be sure to remember that an enthusiastic, conforming response to Dr. Stephan is imperative. Failing to do so, may result in a unilateral cancelation of a confirmed, scheduled procedure along with dismissal from the practice irrespective of preparatory costs you may have incurred or will be forced to duplicate.

We have been taking our two Abyssinians - Abraham and Sarah - to Juno Beach Animal Hospital for eight years. Dr. Cynthia Knobloch is absolutely top shelf. She loves animals and her work. She knows everything about us and our cats the minute we walk in the door. Dr. C and the entire staff are very attentive, personable and thorough.

On Wednesday 6/6/18 around 11 am my two Jack Russell dogs came in contact with a Marine Toad (Bull Frog/Bufo marinus - extremely toxic). I quickly grabbed the garden hose and washed out their mouths immediately. Due to the nature of the emergency, I knew I had to act quickly to save the lives of my dogs. I rushed them to the nearest hospital in fear that I would not make it to our regular veterinarian.I arrived at the Juno Beach Animal Hospital clearly shaken, nervous, and stressed with both dogs who still had foam in their mouths. Once I arrived, the receptionist asked if this was my first visit to which I replied "Yes." She asked me to wait while she checked with someone else in the back. She returned to tell me they could not help me, and I would have to go somewhere else! I was so shocked, how could they turn me away with this type of emergency. Fortunately, I was able to make it to our regular Veterinarian who realized the gravity of the situation and took care of them immediately. BEWARE: Juno Beach Animal Hospital DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR PET!

Juno Beach Animal Hospital prescribed two drugs for my dog. The manufacture of one of these drugs warned against the use of their drug while using the other. My dog developed pancreatitis, a known side effect of combining these drugs. My dog died as a result. Dr. Stephan prescribed the second drug without even making a note in my dogs file. When his partner my dog’s primary care doctor looked at the records to help when my dog got sick, there was nothing there for her to know what was going on. To say the least, I will never go back and warn everyone I know, this hospital is not the place to go.

I've been taking my dog here for almost four years, and I also took my precious dog there for several years. The staff here is great. They really care about animals and always treat my dogs well. They handled the end-of-life stuff for my previous dog, and made it as painless as possible. The staff put us in a special room and wrapped her up in a blanket before giving her the injection. Breah died quietly in my arms with me telling her I loved her, and she didn't suffer. The people were so nice and sympathetic. They even sent flowers to me afterwards! Genuinely compassionate people who sent a bill so that I wouldn't have to stand there fishing for my credit card while I wept for my lost furball. I noticed with my last dog that some of the staff are particularly good with big dogs (she was a 120-pound bear), which is frequently rare in my experience. My current dog is much smaller (25 pounds) and different staff members fuss over her. Now I have to go cry over my late Breah because this reminded me of my special girl.

I saw that there was another review posted and it was negative and I felt compelled to review this vet hospital. These doctors save my dogs life, I will never see another veterinarian with my dog because I trust them so much. My dog was literally knocking on deaths door because he had an obstruction in his intestines and they did literally everything in their power to make sure that he lived. I am super grateful to the doctors at this animal hospital.

The reviews on this site are OLD!! I was new to the area in 2017 and went to Juno Beach Animal hospital on a recommendation. The doctors and staff here are amazing! In the 30 years I have been taking my dogs to vets, I have never been so impressed with the professionalism and genuine care for my dogs at a vet. Dr. Stephan saw my elderly dog only twice before she had to be put down. He and the entire staff treated us like we were long time patients. They are excellent and I HIGHLY recommend!

We have been taking our two Abyssinians - Abraham and Sarah - to Juno Beach Animal Hospital for eight years. Dr. Cynthia Knobloch is absolutely top shelf. She loves animals and her work. She knows everything about us and our cats the minute we walk in the door. Dr. C and the entire staff are very attentive, personable and thorough.
