So I was taking care of a dog that had surgery a week before at this place. I had a simple question. How long after the surgery can I give him a bath. Simple right? This was the response I received. " Well I have to tell you this is a very strange question you calling about someone's dog. I mean in all of my years I never.... I'm not giving you any information about anyone else's dog!" Great staff. Hope they treat the animals better if that's how they speak to people. I've never been there and I'm sure the Dr's are great or at least I would hope, but with that one phone call I'm convinced I would never consider taking a pet there. Read Less

Awesome place. When I originally went here a few years ago I was nervous because my dog ( a pittie) is not good with other animals or other people. The staff and Dr. were great with him and made sure he was comfortable. One of the staff even sat on the floor and showed my boy some love so he wouldn't be so afraid. We were lucky to have our 18 year old terrier mix, Jimmy, seen by Dr. Miles. Jimmy has 6 compromised spinal discs and had been prescribed several medications by his New England vet. After arriving in Palm Beach, Jimmy's condition worsened, and his breathing became labored. Dr. Miles patiently examined Jim and successfully restored his breathing to normal. Perhaps more importantly, he modified Jim's medication regimen to minimize debilitating side effects from drug interactions. He also administered a B-12 treatment that has significantly improved Jim's mobility and energy.
