I would never recommend this place. They MISDIAGNOSED my cat with a bladder infection and said he would be fine in a few days if he gets worse bring him in asap, only gave him pain meds and a special wet food, nothing to actually cure the so called “bladder infection”. He got worse obviously.. wouldn’t move, drink, eat, or anything. Took him to the emergency vet 2 days after the visit ((since this place “didn’t have enough time” to take him in when I called as soon as they opened, WHICH THEY TOLD ME TO DO IF HE DIDNT IMPROVE)).. and turns out his kidneys were failing and he had to be put down that same day. So no I wouldn’t recommend a place that is careless enough to misdiagnose animals.. Because they over looked my cats symptoms, he is now buried in my backyard. A sorry won’t bring my beloved cat back. If you love your pet do yourself a favor and take them somewhere else! Read Less

Dr Stancil has been our vet for a few years. He is very low key and personable and shows genuine care for our pets. Doesn't have a big fancy office with a huge staff he has to pay for. Made the mistake of trying a couple of the bigger practices... they push all kinds of stuff that is really not needed. They have to pay for that big office and staff. It's kind of like a car dealership....upsell this upsell that... Dr Stancil does things himself. Shots, nails testing....whatever is called for. he takes his time & explains. He is what a vet should be. I won't go anywhere else. I have never had a problem with his office staff. They have changed over the years, but all have been professional and nice to me. People are sadly mistaken for NOT using this vet. This doctor is old school and he cares about your pet more than his wealth. I don't think he is rich like the others in town, but his prices are fair and he cares. He cares. I used doc twice and in both cases I am happy I did. He may not have a fancy office, that you are paying thru the nose for, but he cares about your pet and he is competent. This is the vet you want, not some fancy $100 per visit narcasist. Read Less

I have used this vet for 20 years. He is honest and fair and takes great care of our pets. I see a few who have complained about the front desk, but in my opinion it is the vet who really matters. I have never had a problem with any of the staff in this office. They have always been friendly and respectful. I would highly recommend Dr. Stancil to care for your fur baby. Read Less

I have been going to this vet for years with my dogs and I have to say they are great! They are there to care for your pets and not push every new treatment method or medicine on you. They have been available for me for well visits, sick visits and even a euthanasia procedure. They are professional and caring and I have never had a bad experience with them. Read Less
