Staff was so nice. The vet himself was horrible. I went to this office because my cat was very sick and I couldn't afford to take him to the vet. But I found this place and they offer free first time...
Staff was so nice. The vet himself was horrible. I went to this office because my cat was very sick and I couldn't afford to take him to the vet. But I found this place and they offer free first time visit. The reviews were also great. We found out the my cat had a high fever and then the vet comes in looks at him for to seconds and marks up this 1,000 order with scans, blood work ect. and an antibiotic. NO FLUIDS??? So I asked the little tech about it and she was like oh yea I know I asked him and he said no. Ummm anyone who's had a fever knows to get fluids. I said well I WANT FLUIDS AND the ANTIBIOTIC for right now. So she leaves and then this jerk of a vet comes back in and was like well we need to do all these test blah blah then give him fluids I said ahhhhhh NO you're going to give the fluids and we'll go from there. And he proceeds to try and persuade me to spend a 1,000 dollars on all this stuff that he doesn't need. Just saying I'm never going back and I mean EVER! and I will make sure my friends and family don't either.

We take our dog here as a normal vet (check ups and all) and they are great, they are very nice, get you in and out quickly while still doing everything they can for you and your pet.

I just want to say I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE STAFF!!! Today was DRAKO'S first appointment and he did excellent. The staff was waiting for us when we came in. We recieved helpful information on our new add...
I just want to say I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE STAFF!!! Today was DRAKO'S first appointment and he did excellent. The staff was waiting for us when we came in. We recieved helpful information on our new addition to the family. Thanks for making me feel like I made the right choice by selecting VCA as my vet!!!

Great doctor and the staff is always pleasant and more than happy to answer questions and offer help. They treat your pet like its THEIR pet so I know my pets are in good hands! Their clients are treated like family and the staff loves every pet that comes in...even the difficult ones! lol Very good vet and highly recommended!

This place was terrible. No ac in the rooms, we were on time for the appointment the Vet however was an hr late. So we had to wait in the room sweating... not only that but they didn't take note just 2 weeks ago when we took our new puppy there the first time so they ended up giving him the same shots he's already gotten. No wonder it's so cheap. You get what you pay for, lesson learned we are finding a new vet.

Super caring staff, great 'bedside' manner, intelligent and compassionate. Dr Carlton and Dr George are really great guys, understanding of the needs of their patients. The support staff and administration are great, as well. Been frequenting this facility for over a decade now.

I want to follow up since it has been almost 6 months since my original appointment. This doctor did nothing for my cat, not even the proper exam that we pay for, he only took my cats temperature and ...
I want to follow up since it has been almost 6 months since my original appointment. This doctor did nothing for my cat, not even the proper exam that we pay for, he only took my cats temperature and hurt him in the process. I found out one month ago my kitty has been in renal failure. If this doctor would have done ANY type of test we would have caught this 6 months ago when the symptoms started... this doctor is a shame and should not be allowed to work with animals. I could tell it agitated him that my appointment time was so late in the evening. Don't have evening hours if you don't want to accommodate evening appointments.
Please, for the sake of your animals, do not waste your time with this clinic.

Brought my cat in because he was sick for two days. I made a 7:30 appointment and they close at 8 which was a mistake. The examination lasted about 5 to 7 minutes.
All the doctor did was take my cats...
Brought my cat in because he was sick for two days. I made a 7:30 appointment and they close at 8 which was a mistake. The examination lasted about 5 to 7 minutes.
All the doctor did was take my cats temperature and that is ALL he did.
I get a call this morning from the doctor saying in hindsight he should have taken my cats blood pressure to see if he has high blood pressure. I most certainly am not going to bring my cat up there again and especially pay another office visit fee. That is just ridiculous!
I think he should have given my cat the proper exam in the first place.

New to the area. Had to have a follow up visit for my puppy Molly and a rabies shot. In my area, the vets recommended were either close or booked a week out. Called VCA Orange City and got an appt within 2 hours.
Everyone was friendly, it was clean and Dr George took his time to talk with me and answered all my questions. This was on a Saturday.
On Monday the Dr. George called me himself to ask how Molly was doing and if I had any questions.
With this kind of care and attention, they will be my vet clinic going forward.

I'm so happy I did not change clinics when VCA took over the practice. The support staff is welcoming and helpful. The Doctors take the time to explain your pets medical condition and provide different treatment options. 24 hours later they(doctor and support staff) call to check on their patient.

They were awesome! We were new to the area and didn't have a vet yet. One morning while getting ready for work one of my dogs was sick, I was in a panic. I called one office and was able to get in, but late in the afternoon. I made the appointment, but hoped for a sooner one. When I called VCA they said they could see me right away.
The doctor and the rest of the staff I had interactions with were ALL amazing! And, I didn't notice anything dirty about the place. I'm not sure what the other guy is talking about.
The thing that most impressed me about the doctor was when I received a phone call from him a couple days later. He wanted to see how my fur-baby was doing. I've had vets that I loved in the past, but I've never received a follow up from the actually vet himself. It showed the care he has for his patients.

Great care at this veterinarian clinic - we had never been here before and had to make an emergency visit with only an hours notice. Although they were slammed, they fit us in and the staff was consistently pleasant to deal with. Although we had to put our precious dog to sleep, we were all treated with dignity and they were compassionate through the entire process.
I highly recommend this veterinarian center.

Staff was so nice. The vet himself was horrible. I went to this office because my cat was very sick and I couldn't afford to take him to the vet. But I found this place and they offer free first time visit. The reviews were also great. Great doctor and the staff is always pleasant and more than happy to answer questions and offer help. They treat your pet like its THEIR pet so I know my pets are in good hands! This place was terrible. No ac in the rooms, we were on time for the appointment the Vet however was an hr late. I want to follow up since it has been almost 6 months since my original appointment. Great care at this veterinarian clinic - we had never been here before and had to make an emergency visit with only an hours notice. Although they were slammed, they fit us in and the staff was consistently pleasant to deal with. Although we had to put our precious dog to sleep, we were all treated with dignity and they were compassionate through the entire process.
