By far the best experience at any and all vet clinics I have visited across the country! Having been in the U.S. Navy for 24 years in and out of Jacksonville, no mater how far apart our visits were Dr. Velasco always made us feel at home and took great care and concern for our dog Junno (Schnauzer now age 16). As of recent we have retired from the Navy and have been back in JAX for 1.5 years. I was thrilled to find her when I moved to this side of town. She is caring and compassionate. She answers all my questions, takes time to listen to my concerns. Dr Velasco has seen my animals since they were puppys and kittens. I currently have 3 dogs that have been in his care. Whenever an emergency occurs, they work you right in. They are very caring and the front desk staff is the best. The care and treatment of my pets has been exceptional. I am sorry to say that on my last visit with my dog Aimee, I wasn't well and the dog was in pain. The doctor examined her and came to the conclusion that the problem had been resolved by me when I relocated the joint in her front leg. He told me what to do as far as medicating her and to keep an eye on her. I went out to check out and they charged me for the visit. As I said, I wasn't feeling well and I made an offhand comment as to the amount of the charge. I know the charge was for the office visit and I shouldn't have said anything. Since then, I have been contacted by mail informing me that they will not treat my animals any longer and to find another vet. I called to talk to the doctor but he refused to talk to me. I gave 5 stars because of the treatment of my pets, not the treatment of me. Read Less

"All" Animal Clinic doesn't see "all" animals. Their logo has a bird on it, yet they don't accept bird appointments at this location. That makes me feel weird, and like I can't trust them, so why would I use their other location? This is not a good business practice whatsoever and I am not pleased with your company. Read Less

Love, love, love Dr. Runnfeldt. She takes care of my baby the way I would. She recognizes that I'm new at this and may need extra help to make sure I'm giving my baby, Prada, the best care. She takes time to explain things to me and is always patient and kind with, both, Prada and me. I live in northeast Mandarin but I don't have a problem driving to Orange Park. Best Veterinarian Hospital in NE Florida been to many in past. Been with Dr Ed since he started his practice in the 80s moved with him two times. Dr Julia and Bledsoe and him are the most caring Vets you'll ever meet. Staff is fabulous all you can see have a true love of Animals. Had my fat boy cat there several long stays for serious health issues each time they said they would miss him when he left. My pets love them especially my cat Sarg Kellys his girl. I have been taking my Bichon Frise pups to All Animal since they were puppies. They are now going on 9 years old. This vet clinic is state of the art so not inexpensive. What keeps me going back is the care and concern they have for my pets. I always get calls at home when the dogs are sick. That means a lot to me. I definitely feel they care about my animals.
