I like this place, it's nice and clean. I not only take my cat Mindy here for her yearly check and shots but also take stray cats I find that are sick. Doctor Kim is nice and makes sure my cat leaves with the appropriate meds to get better. Also the staff are very nice and attentive. I admit it is a lil expensive but it is worth it to see my cat happy and healthy again. I wouldn't take my pet anywhere else. Read Less

I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL! This vet seems to just give a puppy a quick glance when he knows it was either bought at The Puppy Spot or Petland. Really makes you feel like he just gets a cut from whatever they make. Also I was informed NexGuard was the new best thing to cover dogs from fleas and heart worms. It doesn't protect from heart worms at all! The vet tech was more interested in giving me flyers for toys and training (which makes you feel like she's getting a cut from that considering she said they are always her favorite.) GO TO THIS VET AT YOUR OWN RISK. No wonder the rating is 3 stars. Read Less

Dr. Kim is a fantastic doctor, and his staff is excellent. Everyone is super friendly, knowledge, and will answer any questions for you. It's is almost never busy and the wait time is normally less than 10. A couple of his staff work in local overnight emergency animal centers, which is convenient for continued care of an pet. I had been taking my cat to All Creatures Animal Hospital for a few years. After this most recent visit, I will never be taking my cat back there again. They didn't clean the room's table properly and left a poisonous chemical on the table for my cat to lick up. He began to salivate and was in critical condition. Dr. Kim administered an antibiotic that he lacked knowledge in the side effects of saying he didn’t know why my cat was salivating so much. He was prepared to give another shot to my cat to try and stop the salivating, but wouldn’t help with the poisoning of my cat. After leaving, I had to consult with vets to ensure that Dr. Kim didn’t put my cats life at risk. Time for a new vet. Read Less

I would choose no starts if I could. After having a traumatizing experience and them trying to administer an injection to my cat that was supposed to fix a problem when they didn’t even know the cause, I will NEVER let my animals be brought here again. Don’t try and fix something if you don’t know what’s causing the problem! You could end up doing more damage! Read Less

I have taken both of my dogs and my cat to All Creatures since they were young - so for almost 3 years. Dr. Kim is a little quiet because his English isn't the best, but he is a caring vet and a great surgeon. I've never had any complications arise from my animals undergoing procedures there. The staff is always friendly and accommodating to me, and I've seen that they are very patient even with those "difficult" clients. I find the pricing to be fair as well. I feel like most animal hospitals are trying to push me out the door as soon as I'm done paying, and they don't do that here. They listen to my concerns and discuss them with me, and if you're boarding, they're willing to take you into the back to show you where your animal will be kept should you want to see. DANGERThe worst vet I have ever been too! They tried selling me a shot before even diagnosing my puppy. Once the doctor saw my puppy he kept sending out a young lady to keep doing his job an relaying his message. After the vet decided to take a fecal sample an with no lube make my puppy scream like I have NEVER heard. He was trembling .I wanted to break out in tears . Very professional, reasonably priced and top quality care for my Pomeranian dog. I recommend All creatures to everyone in the central Florida area. I recently had a teeth cleaning and the staff even called me a few days later to check up on his recovery before the office closed for the weekend. They treated me with kindness and really seemed to care about my rat Henry. He had a tumor that needed to be removed, but here's what I found unfair: they charged me 40$ to literally look at him for 1 minute and to give me a quote for a 640$ surgery!!! What?? So, here is a sad tale. We brought our 5 month old kitten here for the first time for a "routine declawing". It was a bad sign when they were an hour late opening up. I would highly recommend this office to anyone with small animals/exotics. This vet has saved my rat Lakutis' life on numerous occasions, and always made time for his bi-weekly tooth trim, and at an affordable price. The staff has always been extremely kind, and has the best interest of your pet at heart. very knowledgeable and willing to do research on the spot to ensure your pet is getting the best treatments possible. Be advised that if they have an on call vet that that more than likely will not be able to do a neutering or a spay. I went to this is that a few times each time I went the vet was rude, short and cold when handling my 4 month old puppy. I've had dogs before I'm not sensitive when it comes to having my animals get shots or procedures; however their on call vet or staff could not put in a simple cathiter. The vet did not bother to explain what went wrong or why they did not bother putting on my dogs harness the right way or cleaning him off when they gave him back to me. I found it very unprofessional for the way that they handled the situation. There are so many other options besides this place I'd really advise choosing somewhere else that does these procedures more often. Read Less

They were up front about pricing, worked with scheduling, and my bunny, who doesn't like many people to hold him, took a shine to their staff. Last night I noticed my cat, Paddles, looked like she was dying. so. instead of putting her thru any more misery, I tried to find an animal hospital that would do it and not cost an arm and a leg. .a friend told me about All Creatures Animal Hospital. I called and got an appointment right away.. well. they saw her,, did blood work then told me she isnt dying..she has flea allergies.. WTH.. wow.. thats awesome.. the place was spotless. the staff extra friendly and the prices were reasonable. This is where you need to take your vet to.When my dog got into a car accident, other vet charged me double amt of what this vet charged me.Also, I told him my situation (being a student) and he gave me a discount.He did really well on my dog's surgery and I like how they call me to let me know when my dog needs to get vaccinated and etc.All the vet techs that work there remember's almost all the patients dogs, also it seems like they really care for out dogs/cats.I highly recommend this place. Two words: Animal abuse! I brought my new puppy here to get neutered. He charged me $300. I picked him up hours later and noticed he only had two stitches with an inch gash in between them. I asked the front desk lady to grab the vet as this must be a mistake. But he assured me this is his it's always been find. By the next morning I noticed my dog had moved his cone and managed to pick at his stitches. Now the entire thing is open. I ran him back to the vet and the vet grabbed a staple gun and slammed 4 staples into his wound without any numbing or anesthesia. I started sobbing while my puppy was yelping and sobbing. And The vet then had the audacity to charge me $100 for a new antibiotic and cream. He should go to jail for animal abuse. We never went back and I tell everyyyyone to stay very far away from this animal abuser. Read Less

Dr. Kim has several businesses that he goes to and supposedly provides vet care, such as local "pet stores" and most of these poor animals dont get the care they need. Dr K is an incompetent vet who provides no substantial care for animals he sees. I have personally seen his drug using staff whom are all related disregard concerns from pleading pet parents. Money is all he cares about and i would never want a doctor who is not friendly to perform even routine tests because it is a display of just not caring. The pet stores who use him and the practice itself should be shut down. Go somewhere else, the ASPCA is much better. Read Less

My fiance and I were upset to find when we returned from boarding our two dogs that they smelled like they had eliminated all over themselves for days. Further, despite the fact that they were supposed to both receive a bath and nail clipping, neither were done at all. It wouldn't be such a big deal if this hadn't previously occurred from other visits. The young woman there said to my fiance, "well, don't worry, you can bring them back in for a free nail clipping," completely ignoring the condition the dogs were in. They came home and acted like they hadn't been fed, and eliminated (BOTH dogs) all over the house. When I called back to ask to speak with the office manager, she wasn't there, and the young woman didn't seem to have any idea what we were talking about. She took my information and said the manager would call when she was in. Three days later, I had to call the animal hospital again, to contact the manager. She hadn't received a message and, ultimately, didn't really seem to care about my concerns. When I told her my concerns, she dismissed them as out of her control! Her basic response was that she wasn't there and there was a new girl. When I countered with the fact this had happened to us previously, she said to me that they sometimes get busy since there are only two of them there and things don't always get done!!! I can't believe that they would say they would provide baths and clippings and actual care of the dogs when they seemingly are too busy!!! My fiance and I love our dogs, and will not be returning business to the All Creatures Animal Hospital. I can't believe she didn't even seem to care about our concerns. We love this place. We don't just use the as a vet for our dog, but also as a kennel when we go out of town. We travel a lot, so a good kennel is important to us. They are located close to the airport, making drop up/pick up easy. The staff is also very nice. They always tell me how good my dog is, which is nice. I'm sure they say that to everyone, but it still makes me feel good. The prices are also among the most reasonable in the area. I have paid twice as much to board at some other places. Dr Kim is also very good and we use him for yearly shots or any ailments our dog might have. He is so gentle and kind and I never feel overcharged like I have at other vets.I will continue to use them for all my vet needs. Read Less

Worst place ever! Only brought my new puppy in because of reference from the Puppy Spot (obviously it gets some kind of kickback). Place smelled like bleach to the point of being nauseous. Front desk staff very friendly but doctor is indifferent and standoffish. Location is not in a good neighborhood and building is in bad shape. Don't even think of boarding your animals here. The place should be shut down for the way it handles its kennel area. There are many other vets in the area - do your research and don't just bring your pet to anywhere convenient. Read Less

Very educated and experienced vet. Staff has been there for the 3 years I've been taking my cat to them. Vet is an eye specialist. I think that their building needs a major overhaul as it is very outdated and old but this most likely keeps their pricing reasonable. Dr. Kim is very quiet and not very personable but he is a very good vet. Brought my cat to him twice after he'd been attacked while outside. He needed stitches in both cases and I almost feel that they went overboard with both surgeries in coning his head and wanting to put in a drain tube which I refused both the 2nd time around. He healed quickly and never had any issues in both cases. Read Less
