I couldn't recommend a better Vets office. After coming here, I will never see another Vet again. Dr. Adams and her staff were incredible during one of the most stressful events of my life and I will continue to go to them for all of our pets.My dog wasn't tested for the correct illnesses at another office and he just got sicker. I ran over to the Animal Hospital at Vista Lakes, carried my sick pup in and we were taken care of right away. The staff was so warm, friendly, and most importantly, open and informative. They carried my dog to the back to take care of him ASAP, they kept me updated with everything they did, and they were genuinely so kind and caring.My dog's heart was failing along with many other things and I was basically a blubbering mess. My best friend was with me and had to speak for me the whole time. Everyone was so understanding, they consoled me, and they made sure to work on him slowly and complete each diagnostic test one at a time so it didn't run up my bill. Kuzco is going to need a lot of care for the next 3-12 months and I only plan on seeing Dr. Adams and the staff at Vista Lakes from now on. I moved to Orlando 9 months ago and I found my vet for life. I feel so grateful to have found them when I did. 10/10 would recommend

Super friendly staff / quick and pleasant service!My 6 year old Sheltie mix, Charlie, is the perfect pooch - well behaved and always healthy. He developed a random itch on his hip a little over a week ago that had progressively gotten worse. Having kept up with his vaccines through a mobile vet over the last few years, we hadn't visited a vet's office for an annual check up in quite some time. I called the Animal Hospital at Vista Lakes this morning needing an appointment same day (with an out-of-town work trip next week). The receptionist that assisted me was so polite and eager to make my appointment. They had various appointment times available throughout the day, with the last being just in time for me to finish my work day and scoop up the pup from home on my way.Upon entering the office, I was greeted by the same friendly receptionist behind the counter. The waiting room was well kept and spacious, even offering a keurig coffee maker with various flavored k-cups to brew. I had arrived a few minutes early and was called back right at my appointment time. The vet tech and Vet that examined Charlie were FANTASTIC! They listened graciously as I over explained the situation (without criticizing me for the lack of regular checkups, as I've received at other vets) and were so sweet with him during the exam. They provided recommendations as to how to treat his itch and explained everything very thoroughly. They went over the pricing of each item, giving me options as opposed to telling me what I had to have done. The annual exam price was much lower than several other vets I had called this morning, and procedures/medications pricing seemed reasonable.The entire appt (paperwork, exam, shots, skin test, medication filled, check out) took about 50 min. We will be back in two weeks for a follow-up, which I am confident Charlie will pass with flying colors.I greatly appreciated the time and attention that we received during our visit today. This will definitely be our go-to Vet moving forward.

I have been bringing my dog Ella here for years now and I love them. It's a small firm but I have never had a hard time getting in at a convenient time. The front desk is always welcoming and helpful. The vet and vet techs have always talked me through different options to treat my rescue pup who was abused and has early arthritis. They not just talk through the pro and cons of options physically but are open about the pricing differences as well. I'm never surprised by what I am going to be charged. I think my favorite thing is that I am always asked if I have anymore questions. I never leave without understanding what's going on. Also, I always get a follow up call to see how Ella is. I've recommended Animal Hospital at Vista Lakes to friends and one of them told me "you should do a yelp review" so here I am.

I was actually only visiting this office for business services with the staff. I have to say though...of all the animal facilities I visit in my line of work, this family smelled so clean one wouldn't even know it was full of animals. The staff was also patient and friendly while remaining professional. I'd certainly recommend them to anyone asking.

My dear black lab “Logan” suffered a terrible accident back in April, and thanks to Dr. Denise Morales and all the wonderful staff at Animal Hospital at Vista Lakes he is now back to the happy-go-lucky dog he has always been. Throughout the delicate surgery and long recovery, my husband and I experienced how Dr. Morales and the caring staff always treated Logan like part of their own family. The loving care and compassion they have shown Logan can only come from within the heart, and we will always be grateful. I highly recommend Animal Hospital at Vista Lakes. my neighbor has a little dog about 8 or 9 years old. was a rescue, he started last night getting sick, and was worse this morning..so i went with her to take him to the shelter where she rescued him and has doctored since she got him , he has had a few surgeries, etc..for all these years his doctor was at the facility...we went there today with him and about 5 people in waiting room, none sick, other like check up etc., was told have to wait a walk in.....they litterly gave us a list to pick another place...(we chose from list animal hospital at vista lakes, orlando....they were awesome...doctor caring and took tests right away, someone with us all the time explaining everything his symptons could be...well after the tests , care amdn medication the price she paid startled me...needless to say...we both have a new vet now...because i am taking my 4 yr old there from now on.... this place is absolutley a+.

I am a huge fan of this location. My sweet Daisy has had many medical problems, and I was getting scammed by a previous vet. I started taking her here after many recommendations, and we met the magical Dr. John. He is so loving towards my girl, and was a very calming presence for my worried nature. Dr. John was able to fix my girl right up. The front desk girls are my favorite, though! They are so friendly and sweet, and they always greet Daisy by name as soon as we walk in. My only complaint is they are more on the expensive side, but you do what you gotta do for your pet!

They saw my dog for a follow up from the E.R vet from early morning that day, right at 6pm (when they close) so that I could have peace of mind since my dog was not doing so well, they were very kind and patient and stayed way beyond their regular house to run bloodwork. The staff and Dr. Adams Were amazing and I did not feel as thought they were rushing to leave, they took their time and made my Luna feel better. They did all the right things unlike the emergency vet i had to go to at 4am. Thank you guys and to those that stayed late!

These folks are AMAZING. Seriously. I drive 40+ miles each way and battle the Highway to Hell (aka I-4) because Dr. John and the staff here are awesome. Sarah at the front desk literally manages my animal life because my 4 dogs (I also have chickens and donkeys and foster kids) always need SOMETHING and I would be insane without Sarah. They call with reminders and to check on your pets. My rescued shepherds are handfuls-one is a biter- and all of the techs here are complete pros. Dr. John is knowledgeable but he isn't obnoxious about it and he's open to discussion about options. I trust him completely, as a rescue of mine was very near death's door and Dr. John saved his life and did it in a healthy, controlled way without doing further damage. He also offers several choices instead of only telling you that you can only do some crazy expensive one. He's a pet lover himself and it shows! They also accept the Care Credit card which is a great benefit because vet care isn't cheap and neither is the overhead for running a clinic of this quality. I cannot say enough positive things about this place. I have never been pressured into vaccines or dental cleanings, so I'm guessing those other reviews I read are from providers from several years ago- I can't imagine Dr. John being pushy about anything, he's an absolute sweetheart! They really are THAT GREAT.

Honestly I've wasted countless hours and money visiting this place for 5 years. Every visit was a horrible experience, the employees there pretend to be nice but in all reality they are very rude and deceiving. If I were you I would stay far away from this place as possible. Do not waste your time or money in this place. If you price match their items they have on the shelf, you'd be surprised how much they upcharge. They take advantage of every needy animal by charging super expensive services that can be done by any other honest vet in Orlando. I feel sorry for every senior citizen or any unsuspecting victim who comes into contact with these people looking for help, my advice to you is to shop around and find out how you can save HUNDREDS of dollars going somewhere else. These people do not care about your animals. They just want your money.

Very Poor experience. I am a regular at this location. I called and set an appointment for 3:00pm and did not leave until 5:30pm. My dog did not receive his shot which is why I set the appointment. I spent the afternoon in the office waiting to be seen long after my appointment time. This locations staff has no regard for other people's time. I shouldn't have to miss my appointments waiting for the doctor to come inside the room twice and still not give my pup the care she needs.

The most caring vets and the best staff! I have the most experience with Dr. Morales and Isabel (Vet Tech) and can say they are THE BEST! From recent emergency surgery for our 6 month old puppy, to dental procedures and regular annual visits - they never make you feel rushed, they treat your pets like their own and truly care about both owners and pets. RUN AND DON'T LOOK BACK. ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS MONEY. First time I visited Dr Adams told me what I'm going to pay and didn't bother to even look at my dog's rash. I had to remind her to do what she was charging me for. This time I came back with my dogs hurt foot and they did their exam and gave antibiotics, I needed to change bandage 2 days later after paying over 220 dollars and they wanted to charge me all over again for exams. Even after already giving me an estimate that was much lower to replace bandage. Their excuse was that it's a different doctor! WHO CARES? YOU ALREADY DID THE EXAM 2 DAYS BEFORE NOTHING CHANGED. So to honor their OWN estimated price they said the doctor will look at my dog but I can't speak to the doctor but only with the tech unless I pay more... THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT. I asked if they were joking. I don't care about the price difference, their demands are totally immoral and they should be ashamed.

I absolutely love this vet. Not only do both my dogs visit them for checkups and care, but I have also used their boarding service. My dogs are taken care of, groomed, and I'm not charged an arm and a leg like other places. The staff is friendly and listens when you talk whereas some other animal hospitals I have visited in the past tend to over talk you.We just adopted two kitties and plan on bringing them to Animal Hospital at Vista Lakes when they are ready for their next check (they just had one and came with full medical records upon adoption).I highly recommend you give them a try and experience it for yourself.

2 weeks ago I had to put my cat of 18 years down and brought him to Animal Hospital at Vista Lakes. Yesterday I came home to a package filled with a condolences card signed by everyone from their office, a poem, and a impression of my cats paw in the shape of a heart and his name on it. That was the nicest most thoughtful thing I've ever gotten from a vets office or anyone for that matter! It totally made my day! Thank you for being so thoughtful of your patients!!!

He was in for his annual checkup and shots and they addressed his allergies he had for years very well. The staff is very nice and accommodating and the Doctor Gill is very thorough and good with animals, at least my older Golden.

So our family is in the process of moving from Memphis, TN to St. Cloud, Florida and with movers coming in and out of the house we figured we could sign our puppy up for the daytime boarding they offer. The receptionist wasn't the most friendly when we walked in, but I figured she was busy and frustrated due to that. Our puppy was due for a nail trimming so we asked if they would do that as well. Everything went fine.. Until we came back to get him. We came home and after our puppy sat on the patio near the pool we noticed blood profusely coming from his paw. We're assuming it happened when they clipped his nails, which is fine, accidents happen, but they didn't mention it to us when we asked how everything went and now our puppy has a trembling paw and blood all over the new carpets and new patio of our new home. Probably won't be coming back and boarding our puppy with irresponsible people in the near future, I suggest you don't either unless you don't know the state of health you left your puppy in. Totally disappointed.

I finally found the best vet I could possibly find! I am so glad we took our cat here and not to Banfield. We were initially taking out cat to Banfield in Waterford and had the hardest time with them trying to eat at our money.We took our cat here for the checkup after Banfield and I am so surprised at how amazing the staff is compared to Banfield. The vet tech showed complete passion for animals, he was honest, sweet and listened to our 20 min story about what happened. He asked questions and gave us recommendations. The doctor was so great. She was 150% honest with us and I couldn't believe it. She also listened, gave us options, showed compassion. I really couldn't have asked for a better vet clinic. This is the place to take your animals. I am blessed to have found this place and I would recommend this place without question. FYI. We opted to do a chest x-Ray on our kitty and it was a tad bit cheaper than Banfield.

Great veterinarian's office! Both of our pups have been coming here for several years. Jackie and the rest of the staff are very friendly! We completely trust the veterinarian's here, Dr. Gaboian and Dr. Spielman are both wonderful and so caring! They really go above and beyond to make you and your pets feel welcome and comfortable. The prices can be a little steep sometimes, but when you know your fur babies are getting the best care it is all worth it.

The staff here is the best. My pup has been coming here for almost 2 years and gets the best treatment, care and attention then anywhere I have taken her. We usually see Dr. John (who is awesome btw) and this time we had the chance to see Dr. Spielman. Our pup was very ill! She took such great care of our dog and answered every question and explained everything in detail. You can truly tell how much she cares about animals. She goes above and beyond. I have nothing but great things to say about the place. It's clean, the people are nice and caring and the animals receive the best care! I highly recommend this place.

Everyone there has been so nice. We're always greeted with a smile and our kitten gets a lot of love and good care. They even gave our kitten complimentary care our first visit because we rescued her from outside. The vet we see (her name escapes me) has been direct and honest with great bedside manner.

I couldn't recommend a better Vets office. After coming here, I will never see another Vet again. Dr. Adams and her staff were incredible during one of the most stressful events of my life and I will continue to go to them for all of our pets.My dog wasn't tested for the correct illnesses at another office and he just got sicker. I ran over to the Animal Hospital at Vista Lakes, carried my sick pup in and we were taken care of right away. The staff was so warm, friendly, and most importantly, open and informative. They carried my dog to the back to take care of him ASAP, they kept me updated with everything they did, and they were genuinely so kind and caring.My dog's heart was failing along with many other things and I was basically a blubbering mess. My best friend was with me and had to speak for me the whole time. Everyone was so understanding, they consoled me, and they made sure to work on him slowly and complete each diagnostic test one at a time so it didn't run up my bill. Kuzco is going to need a lot of care for the next 3-12 months and I only plan on seeing Dr. Adams and the staff at Vista Lakes from now on. I moved to Orlando 9 months ago and I found my vet for life. I feel so grateful to have found them when I did. 10/10 would recommend

Super friendly staff / quick and pleasant service!My 6 year old Sheltie mix, Charlie, is the perfect pooch - well behaved and always healthy. He developed a random itch on his hip a little over a week ago that had progressively gotten worse. Having kept up with his vaccines through a mobile vet over the last few years, we hadn't visited a vet's office for an annual check up in quite some time. I called the Animal Hospital at Vista Lakes this morning needing an appointment same day (with an out-of-town work trip next week). The receptionist that assisted me was so polite and eager to make my appointment. They had various appointment times available throughout the day, with the last being just in time for me to finish my work day and scoop up the pup from home on my way.Upon entering the office, I was greeted by the same friendly receptionist behind the counter. The waiting room was well kept and spacious, even offering a keurig coffee maker with various flavored k-cups to brew. I had arrived a few minutes early and was called back right at my appointment time. The vet tech and Vet that examined Charlie were FANTASTIC! They listened graciously as I over explained the situation (without criticizing me for the lack of regular checkups, as I've received at other vets) and were so sweet with him during the exam. They provided recommendations as to how to treat his itch and explained everything very thoroughly. They went over the pricing of each item, giving me options as opposed to telling me what I had to have done. The annual exam price was much lower than several other vets I had called this morning, and procedures/medications pricing seemed reasonable.The entire appt (paperwork, exam, shots, skin test, medication filled, check out) took about 50 min. We will be back in two weeks for a follow-up, which I am confident Charlie will pass with flying colors.I greatly appreciated the time and attention that we received during our visit today. This will definitely be our go-to Vet moving forward.

I have been bringing my dog Ella here for years now and I love them. It's a small firm but I have never had a hard time getting in at a convenient time. The front desk is always welcoming and helpful. The vet and vet techs have always talked me through different options to treat my rescue pup who was abused and has early arthritis. They not just talk through the pro and cons of options physically but are open about the pricing differences as well. I'm never surprised by what I am going to be charged. I think my favorite thing is that I am always asked if I have anymore questions. I never leave without understanding what's going on. Also, I always get a follow up call to see how Ella is. I've recommended Animal Hospital at Vista Lakes to friends and one of them told me "you should do a yelp review" so here I am.

I have to say though...of all the animal facilities I visit in my line of work, this family smelled so clean one wouldn't even know it was full of animals. The staff was also patient and friendly while remaining professional. I'd certainly recommend them to anyone asking.

my neighbor has a little dog about 8 or 9 years old. was a rescue, he started last night getting sick, and was worse this morning..so i went with her to take him to the shelter where she rescued him and has doctored since she got him , he has had a few surgeries, etc..for all these years his doctor was at the facility...we went there today with him and about 5 people in waiting room, none sick, other like check up etc., was told have to wait a walk in.....they litterly gave us a list to pick another place...(we chose from list animal hospital at vista lakes, orlando....they were awesome...doctor caring and took tests right away, someone with us all the time explaining everything his symptons could be...well after the tests , care amdn medication the price she paid startled me...needless to say...we both have a new vet now...because i am taking my 4 yr old there from now on.... this place is absolutley a+.

I am a huge fan of this location. My sweet Daisy has had many medical problems, and I was getting scammed by a previous vet. I started taking her here after many recommendations, and we met the magical Dr. John. He is so loving towards my girl, and was a very calming presence for my worried nature. Dr. John was able to fix my girl right up. The front desk girls are my favorite, though! They are so friendly and sweet, and they always greet Daisy by name as soon as we walk in. My only complaint is they are more on the expensive side, but you do what you gotta do for your pet!

They saw my dog for a follow up from the E.R vet from early morning that day, right at 6pm (when they close) so that I could have peace of mind since my dog was not doing so well, they were very kind and patient and stayed way beyond their regular house to run bloodwork. The staff and Dr. Adams Were amazing and I did not feel as thought they were rushing to leave, they took their time and made my Luna feel better. They did all the right things unlike the emergency vet i had to go to at 4am. Thank you guys and to those that stayed late!

These folks are AMAZING. Seriously. I drive 40+ miles each way and battle the Highway to Hell (aka I-4) because Dr. John and the staff here are awesome. Sarah at the front desk literally manages my animal life because my 4 dogs (I also have chickens and donkeys and foster kids) always need SOMETHING and I would be insane without Sarah. They call with reminders and to check on your pets. My rescued shepherds are handfuls-one is a biter- and all of the techs here are complete pros. Dr. John is knowledgeable but he isn't obnoxious about it and he's open to discussion about options. I trust him completely, as a rescue of mine was very near death's door and Dr. John saved his life and did it in a healthy, controlled way without doing further damage. He also offers several choices instead of only telling you that you can only do some crazy expensive one. He's a pet lover himself and it shows! They also accept the Care Credit card which is a great benefit because vet care isn't cheap and neither is the overhead for running a clinic of this quality. I cannot say enough positive things about this place. I have never been pressured into vaccines or dental cleanings, so I'm guessing those other reviews I read are from providers from several years ago- I can't imagine Dr. John being pushy about anything, he's an absolute sweetheart! They really are THAT GREAT.

Honestly I've wasted countless hours and money visiting this place for 5 years. Every visit was a horrible experience, the employees there pretend to be nice but in all reality they are very rude and deceiving. If I were you I would stay far away from this place as possible. Do not waste your time or money in this place. If you price match their items they have on the shelf, you'd be surprised how much they upcharge. They take advantage of every needy animal by charging super expensive services that can be done by any other honest vet in Orlando. I feel sorry for every senior citizen or any unsuspecting victim who comes into contact with these people looking for help, my advice to you is to shop around and find out how you can save HUNDREDS of dollars going somewhere else. These people do not care about your animals. They just want your money.

Very Poor experience. I am a regular at this location. I called and set an appointment for 3:00pm and did not leave until 5:30pm. My dog did not receive his shot which is why I set the appointment. I spent the afternoon in the office waiting to be seen long after my appointment time. This locations staff has no regard for other people's time. I shouldn't have to miss my appointments waiting for the doctor to come inside the room twice and still not give my pup the care she needs.

The most caring vets and the best staff! I have the most experience with Dr. Morales and Isabel (Vet Tech) and can say they are THE BEST! From recent emergency surgery for our 6 month old puppy, to dental procedures and regular annual visits - they never make you feel rushed, they treat your pets like their own and truly care about both owners and pets. They put me in my own room and were so fast and so discreet. I just moved to the area, so this was my first time visiting this Animal Hospital at Vista Lakes, but it certainly won't be the last. RUN AND DON'T LOOK BACK. ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS MONEY. First time I visited Dr Adams told me what I'm going to pay and didn't bother to even look at my dog's rash. I had to remind her to do what she was charging me for. This time I came back with my dogs hurt foot and they did their exam and gave antibiotics, I needed to change bandage 2 days later after paying over 220 dollars and they wanted to charge me all over again for exams. Even after already giving me an estimate that was much lower to replace bandage. Their excuse was that it's a different doctor! WHO CARES? YOU ALREADY DID THE EXAM 2 DAYS BEFORE NOTHING CHANGED. So to honor their OWN estimated price they said the doctor will look at my dog but I can't speak to the doctor but only with the tech unless I pay more... THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT. I asked if they were joking. I don't care about the price difference, their demands are totally immoral and they should be ashamed.

I absolutely love this vet. Not only do both my dogs visit them for checkups and care, but I have also used their boarding service. My dogs are taken care of, groomed, and I'm not charged an arm and a leg like other places. The staff is friendly and listens when you talk whereas some other animal hospitals I have visited in the past tend to over talk you.We just adopted two kitties and plan on bringing them to Animal Hospital at Vista Lakes when they are ready for their next check (they just had one and came with full medical records upon adoption).I highly recommend you give them a try and experience it for yourself.

2 weeks ago I had to put my cat of 18 years down and brought him to Animal Hospital at Vista Lakes. Yesterday I came home to a package filled with a condolences card signed by everyone from their office, a poem, and a impression of my cats paw in the shape of a heart and his name on it. That was the nicest most thoughtful thing I've ever gotten from a vets office or anyone for that matter! It totally made my day! Thank you for being so thoughtful of your patients!!!

He was in for his annual checkup and shots and they addressed his allergies he had for years very well. The staff is very nice and accommodating and the Doctor Gill is very thorough and good with animals, at least my older Golden.

So our family is in the process of moving from Memphis, TN to St. Cloud, Florida and with movers coming in and out of the house we figured we could sign our puppy up for the daytime boarding they offer. The receptionist wasn't the most friendly when we walked in, but I figured she was busy and frustrated due to that. Our puppy was due for a nail trimming so we asked if they would do that as well. Everything went fine.. Until we came back to get him. We came home and after our puppy sat on the patio near the pool we noticed blood profusely coming from his paw. We're assuming it happened when they clipped his nails, which is fine, accidents happen, but they didn't mention it to us when we asked how everything went and now our puppy has a trembling paw and blood all over the new carpets and new patio of our new home. Probably won't be coming back and boarding our puppy with irresponsible people in the near future, I suggest you don't either unless you don't know the state of health you left your puppy in. Totally disappointed.

I finally found the best vet I could possibly find! I am so glad we took our cat here and not to Banfield. We were initially taking out cat to Banfield in Waterford and had the hardest time with them trying to eat at our money.We took our cat here for the checkup after Banfield and I am so surprised at how amazing the staff is compared to Banfield. The vet tech showed complete passion for animals, he was honest, sweet and listened to our 20 min story about what happened. He asked questions and gave us recommendations. The doctor was so great. She was 150% honest with us and I couldn't believe it. She also listened, gave us options, showed compassion. I really couldn't have asked for a better vet clinic. This is the place to take your animals. I am blessed to have found this place and I would recommend this place without question. FYI. We opted to do a chest x-Ray on our kitty and it was a tad bit cheaper than Banfield.

Great veterinarian's office! Both of our pups have been coming here for several years. Jackie and the rest of the staff are very friendly! We completely trust the veterinarian's here, Dr. Gaboian and Dr. Spielman are both wonderful and so caring! They really go above and beyond to make you and your pets feel welcome and comfortable. The prices can be a little steep sometimes, but when you know your fur babies are getting the best care it is all worth it.

The staff here is the best. My pup has been coming here for almost 2 years and gets the best treatment, care and attention then anywhere I have taken her. We usually see Dr. John (who is awesome btw) and this time we had the chance to see Dr. Spielman. Our pup was very ill! She took such great care of our dog and answered every question and explained everything in detail. You can truly tell how much she cares about animals. She goes above and beyond. I have nothing but great things to say about the place. It's clean, the people are nice and caring and the animals receive the best care! I highly recommend this place.

Everyone there has been so nice. We're always greeted with a smile and our kitten gets a lot of love and good care. They even gave our kitten complimentary care our first visit because we rescued her from outside. The vet we see (her name escapes me) has been direct and honest with great bedside manner.
