I have been taking my cats here for over 20 years. Recently it has changed. I took my cat there for urinary problems. They suggested Royal Canin SO (which the girl there told me that is the only urinary food they have). He kept on getting sick, for which was partially hairballs, so I had him shaved. He still got sick, and this vet kept saying to give him hairball meds (he wasn't throwing up hair, it was food). Finally went to someone else. They have many kinds of prescription food (I was told that Royal Canin has a lot of sodium). Dr. Mole helped my first cat Munchkin with his urinary problems (it was NOT Royal Canin), and did a very good job, but it has been about 15 years, and his staff changed, and I guess so did he. They also charged me $19 for 5 days meds (I was so happy to pick up Sylvester, that I did not look at the bill), when I boarded him. The "med" was putting hairball remedy (that I gave them). I was gone for 4 nights (they put some on him right before they opened, and I picked him up that day). Well, I am done, soooo they can overcharge some other "sucker"!!!!! Read Less
