Wow! Is the only word to describe our family's experience. We made an appointment to start the process of getting Oreo (rescued kitten) neutered and the doctor was rude, disrespectful, and had the audacity to call my sister and daughter, " bitches" When asked why he estimated the cat to be 9 months when we watched him and his siblings be born right in front of our eyes; 6 months ago! I am speechless right now and cannot believe this is how we were treated. The front staff even stated that " yes, he can be rude". How is this even acceptable? As a professional in the field of helping, I am shocked and have no words. Please, please don't go to this establishment. I beg you.

Dr. Wallace and his staff have proven to be very caring and supportive for any and all decisions made for the care of my Furbabies. I have built up a trust factor with them and have been able to afford vet bill's, Sandra is the best of the best, Micheal and Lisa etc are alway's welcoming and attentive. Dr. Adkin's is the owner of this facility and has been known to be a nice guy:-) I pray they continue to work with us the puplic as to caring for our most precious assets OUR FURBABY FAMILY. I loved the doctor. He is a little old black man with a great heart. Quiet like. The place is not really that fancy. It's in bad need of a detailed clean but the practice clean medicine and really care. My cat big cat scratched my little dogs eyes and the Doc called her a devil cat. He was very mad at the cat for doing such a cruel thing to my little dog. They're prices are good. $40 office visit and 20 for flea pills. They are very flexible for appointments.

Had my cat's annual rabies vaccination done here. The staff is friendly and the whole place was spotless clean. The Dr saw me at my appointment time and my cat got the vaccine with no problems.

Terrible place my cat was spayed on Fri they gave her only 3 pills for pain never gave me any instructions on how to prevent infections or what type of food to feed her found out that can food was best for her it nakes it easier to pass stool then eating dry what to use for litter box found out that you can't use reg litter you have to use either yesterday's news or reg newspaper shredded it up. Plus when I called to get some extra pain meds the Dr was not in and it's Monday mean while my poor cat is in pain and I have to wait till tues what woulf happen if her stitches accidentally come on done nobody in office can do it and yet they guaranteed that they will be there to help I will not go there again

This is by far the worst pet doctor I have EVER been too. My kitten was tested for things he didn’t not need “in order to proceed” . These “tests” end up costing me so much that I couldn’t even purchase the 22 dollar antibiotics for my kitten because I didn’t have enough money. So basically I went to this “pet doctor” to find out my cat has a fever and needs antibiotics.. I know for a fact I did not need all these unnecessary pricey tests to find out I need to give my cat antibiotics for his fever. SCAMMERS.

Dr. Melendez is the #bestVeterinarian ever. He and his staff are friendly and knowledgeable. He diagnosed a condition in my dog that no other vets had been able to and now my dog is doing well because he is receiving the proper medications and food. He always works to get us in when needed. He takes his time to answer all questions and give personalized attention to my dog, therefore if I ever have to wait a little to be seen I totally understand, because I know he is giving that same attention to another animal too. Trust me that I am picky about my dogs care and Dr. Melendez and staff are the #best !

He diagnosed a condition in my dog that no other vets had been able to and now my dog is doing well because he is receiving the proper medications and food. He always works to get us in when needed. Amazing little vet. I take both my cats here and received tremendous care from the dr and staff. Very friendly and affordable. Got my male kitten fixed and he's healed great. Recommend to anyone looking for a honest affordable vet who care about your animals and health.
