On 5/21/16 we recently had them come by and see our dog. They were so friendly, patient, caring with her. My Winnie was so calm through the whole thing, even when they drew her blood. One thing we dread, and so does our pet, is a ride across town and time spent in a waiting room to see a vet. We had seen the Paws Around Town mobile veterinary truck in our neighborhood and thought it was a great idea and something we had to try.Setting up an appointment was so easy online and the staff was always in communication via telephone and email. Today our pet, Max, and I experienced our first appointment with them and I can tell you we were both very impressed. The doctor and the staff were punctual, in fact early, and very professional. The truck was very comfortable, modern, and clean. It was nice to be able to do things at home while waiting their arrival instead of wasting the time traveling and in a waiting room.With the awesome care and the convenience in which we received it we'll be utilizing their mobile service for all of our veterinary needs. These folks are the most caring mobile veterinary service on the planet! At the end of a truly rain challenged day they spent well over 90 (unanticipated) minutes diagnosing my elderly cat's respiratory issues (involved multiple X-rays) with no thought to cutting their day short. Considering that a fully equipped veterinary hospital rolled up to my door, my cat did not have to suffer any extra stress, and I had the undivided services of (3) dedicated professionals for (90+) minutes; I must say their fee is a bargain! They also have performed home based final services for another pet to make her passing as stress free as possible (she passed quietly in our den). I came accross Paws Around Town looking for a mobile vet in the area. I have 5 pit bulls and wanted to get their check ups and annual shots done. I called on a Friday to make an appt. And at first she told me it would be 2 weeks out then I stated that if there was any way she can come sooner cause I wanted 1 of my dogs skin checked for allergies and 1 dog for a watery eye. She placed me on hold and then said she could come the following Monday. I said ok perfect. Let me just say this was THE BEST vet experience I've ever had! And I've been going to vets for 6 years now!I am so happy with their service. They took their time with each dog and even took time out to play with them and give them treats. It was pretty neat! Unfortunately, I had to call upon this service to euthanize my dog. I prefer to use a mobile vet for these heartbreaking events because I find that my pets are calmer when they can spend their final moments at home instead of experiencing a car ride to a strange place beforehand. The veterinarian and his assistant were extremely professional, competent showed the utmost compassion for Bosun, my husband and myself. I can only hope that I will be shown the same compassionate care in my final moments as Bosun was shown by these wonderful people. Nov 2011, I did a 2nd Birthday party for my two puppies, Mimi & Pepe. We invited Paws Around Town Mobile Veterinary Hospital to stop by & Micro chip our puppies & our guest dogs as well. We had about 10 dogs. It was so smooth, fast & easy on all dogs. Everyone there loved them, not only for how well they worked but for how sweet, kind and super good with all the dogs, they even brought toys to give out to all of our guest. Their hospital on wheels is so up scale & up to technology, super clean, better then the Vet hospital or clinics I've been to before & better yet that there was no other animals /dogs around our's that would make my puppies upset & be nervous. They were loving it & ran around happy, nothing like when I take them to their old Vet, super nervous, shaking, & won't let me go, clinging on to me for dear life, lol.. I will never take them to any Vet or clinic, again I will just call our new Vet on wheels, P.A.T.M.V.H to visit us & give the love & care my doggies need. Read Less
