Having 3 toy poodles and 4 cats - we need a vet who has experience, compassion and endless patience with us as we are anxious pet parents. Pershing Oaks Animal Hospital has been there for us. We love the staff at Pershing Oaks Animal Hospital! They are all caring, competent and so patient with us. Phone calls are returned in a very timely fashion, all our questions have been answered, and they even half or quarter meds for us! The vets have called us to check up on a sick pet; and when the time has come to let a beloved one go - they have cried with us. I highly recommend them!

Pershing Oaks is a gentle and caring facility. My mini Schnauzer was lovingly cared for for 8 days while I was on vacation. She was given her regularly scheduled medications. She was fed her own food, and she slept with her own blanket and favorite toy. Pershing Oaks' caregivers did everything possible to make my elder dog's stay comfortable and calming. Everyone was so pleasant and took the time to interact with my dog Juno. There was no pushy salesman lingo. I came in and asked for an allergy panel for my dog and was given alternative options and recommendations. In the long run, we opted for the allergy testing but we loved that they did offer other routes and even advised us they would be more cost effective. The Dr was obviously very caring and concerned. I would recommend to a friend.

I absolutely love going to this vet. The staff is friendly and the prices are affordable. I take my cats to this vet, and Dr. Gallo is very good with them. In fact, he even kissed one of my nervous cats on the head, which is something I've never seen previous vets do before. I appreciated the affection he showed to the cat. Moreover, he takes his time to talk to me and address all my concerns about my pets. Most of my visits have been routine checkups, but I'm very happy with the service at Pershing Oaks.

These people abuse animals. I quit working for them after watching Dr. Janson smack a cat for clawing at him. They leave the boarded dogs in a cage all day and do nothing. They also try to overcharge when they know nothing is wrong. Terrible people there! Liz the tech and Alex the tech abuse the dogs and purposefully clip nails too short to make the dog bleed and cry. AWFUL PLACE! DON'T TAKE YOUR ANIMALS HERE UNLESS YOU WANT THEM TO DIE.

I left a message about twenty minutes ago and haven't received a call back and I have tried calling two other times, three in total and the voicemail picks up every time. They close in three minutes, so I'm very disappointed with the service thus far.

An absolutely wonderful hospital. The techs there are compassionate and friendly beyond belief, making sure anything I need I get; they even send in my pet insurance forms before I leave and handle the paperwork. The vets that work there are also amazing, very friendly people and also extremely knowledgeable. Not only do I love going here, but so do my dogs! They get so excited because everyone at the hospital treats them so well.

We recently changed over to Pershing Animal Hospital after we finally had enough of our other vet charging an arm and leg and making us feel guilty about a wound that wasn't healing on our dog - as if was something we were doing wrong. Dr. Gallo saw this wound, removed it immediately and turns out it was a very aggressive cancer! Dr. Gallo and Dr. Duncan were both so sweet to us, they loved our dog and helped us as we finally had to put him down. We have since gotten a new puppy and she loves Dr. G as much as we do!

I absolutely LOVE this clinic. In 2012, my baby girl had severe skin allergies and the vet I was taking her to just kept giving cortisone shots and never getting to the root of the problem. I decided to try Pershing Oaks Animal Hospital because it was right down the street from my house andI do not regret it. The vet who saw her was very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose & help resolve my dog's skin situation for good. During that first visit, she discovered a very severe heart murmur, which had gone unnoticed by my previous vet. The only complaint I have is that she lacked sensitivity in telling me what she'd discovered. I remember specifically asking, "is my puppy going to die..?" and she said, "maybe". Just like that. I was a little taken aback because.. I mean.. wow. She could have softened it up a little... I decided to keep taking my dog there because, sensitive or not, the woman knows her sh*t. And the rest of the staff was awesome and caring also, so that was definitely something that hooked me.
On my second visit, though, I met Dr. Gallo. Equally as knowledgeable, but much friendlier and more sensitive. After that, I wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else. We recently moved out of the city, but when my dog passed away, I contacted Dr. Gallo immediately. We have not only found a great vet but an awesome friend. Still swing by the clinic whenever I visit Orlando. I would highly, highly, highly recommend this clinic to anyone who asks. When you call to make our appointment, make sure you ask for Dr. Gallo. You will not regret it!

I was referred to Pershing oaks by a neighbor. I have to say the veterinarians are awesome. I went with a puppy I adopted and they were great with him. I might had a list of about 10+ questions to ask. I could not be happier with all the assistance I received. Living in the Lake Nona area I by pass other hospitals and I would not think ever to change my vet. My Buddy is a patient for life.

The staff is wonderful! Took several cats there over the years and this is my go to vet! Dr.Gallo is so kind and compassionate! He put one of my moms cats to sleep,said a prayer and let me have a time alone with him. Go to this vet!!

I absolutely love going to this vet. The staff is friendly and the prices are affordable. I take my cats to this vet, and Dr. Gallo is very good with them. In fact, he even kissed one of my nervous cats on the head, which is something I've never seen previous vets do before. I appreciated the affection he showed to the cat. Moreover, he takes his time to talk to me and address all my concerns about my pets. Most of my visits have been routine checkups, but I'm very happy with the service at Pershing Oaks.

These people abuse animals. I quit working for them after watching Dr. Janson smack a cat for clawing at him. They leave the boarded dogs in a cage all day and do nothing. They also try to overcharge when they know nothing is wrong. Terrible people there! Liz the tech and Alex the tech abuse the dogs and purposefully clip nails too short to make the dog bleed and cry. AWFUL PLACE! DON'T TAKE YOUR ANIMALS HERE UNLESS YOU WANT THEM TO DIE.

OK, well it makes it hard to evaluate a business when they NEVER answer their phone OR call you back! I left a message about twenty minutes ago and haven't received a call back and I have tried calling two other times, three in total and the voicemail picks up every time. They close in three minutes, so I'm very disappointed with the service thus far.

An absolutely wonderful hospital. The techs there are compassionate and friendly beyond belief, making sure anything I need I get; they even send in my pet insurance forms before I leave and handle the paperwork. The vets that work there are also amazing, very friendly people and also extremely knowledgeable. Not only do I love going here, but so do my dogs! They get so excited because everyone at the hospital treats them so well.

We recently changed over to Pershing Animal Hospital after we finally had enough of our other vet charging an arm and leg and making us feel guilty about a wound that wasn't healing on our dog - as if was something we were doing wrong. Dr. Gallo saw this wound, removed it immediately and turns out it was a very aggressive cancer! Dr. Gallo and Dr. Duncan were both so sweet to us, they loved our dog and helped us as we finally had to put him down. We have since gotten a new puppy and she loves Dr. G as much as we do!

I absolutely LOVE this clinic. In 2012, my baby girl had severe skin allergies and the vet I was taking her to just kept giving cortisone shots and never getting to the root of the problem. I decided to try Pershing Oaks Animal Hospital because it was right down the street from my house andI do not regret it. The vet who saw her was very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose & help resolve my dog's skin situation for good. During that first visit, she discovered a very severe heart murmur, which had gone unnoticed by my previous vet. The only complaint I have is that she lacked sensitivity in telling me what she'd discovered. I remember specifically asking, "is my puppy going to die..?" and she said, "maybe". Just like that. I was a little taken aback because.. I mean.. wow. She could have softened it up a little... I decided to keep taking my dog there because, sensitive or not, the woman knows her sh*t. And the rest of the staff was awesome and caring also, so that was definitely something that hooked me.
On my second visit, though, I met Dr. Gallo. Equally as knowledgeable, but much friendlier and more sensitive. After that, I wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else. We recently moved out of the city, but when my dog passed away, I contacted Dr. Gallo immediately. We have not only found a great vet but an awesome friend. Still swing by the clinic whenever I visit Orlando. I would highly, highly, highly recommend this clinic to anyone who asks. When you call to make our appointment, make sure you ask for Dr. Gallo. You will not regret it!

I was referred to Pershing oaks by a neighbor. I have to say the veterinarians are awesome. I went with a puppy I adopted and they were great with him. I might had a list of about 10+ questions to ask. I could not be happier with all the assistance I received. Living in the Lake Nona area I by pass other hospitals and I would not think ever to change my vet. My Buddy is a patient for life.
