I just called to potentially set up a first time appointment with my new kitten. I’ve never had a cat before so naturally I had some questions. I could tell the lady on the phone was irritated by me even asking one question so I tried keeping it brief. In my head I needed to ask these so I know what to set the appointment as and so I have an idea of what I may be spending. I understand you may be busy and may not have time to answer them, that is no problem but that could be said in a nice manner.. there was absolutely NO need for the lady on the phone to be so rude with me! I was hung up on and in shock that she cared so little about her attitude and professionalism over the phone! Needless to say I will not be using this clinic. I just moved to Orlando and I took my little Maltese here for his shots and to get neutered. This office is run by the Dr and his wife. They were wonderful. No waiting with my appointment. The Dr was fabulous. You could tell that he had been doing this for years. I was nervous because he was so young and little. They called me after the surgery just to tell me he was ok before I was due to pick him up. Could not have asked for a better experience. Will not take my puppy anywhere else!!! Read Less

Dr Kennedy and his wife run an excellent animal clinic. My entire family has switched over from other vets to Dr Kennedy mainly because they provide excellent care for very fair prices, even though it's further away from us it's worth the drive. Dr Kennedy is also very straight up and won't charge you for unnecessary services, unless you want them performed. With his experience and expertise he's usually able to diagnose on spot. Also there script fills are very competitive and usually can't be beat even by big retailers. Give him a shot you won't regret it. Read Less

This vet saved my friend's dog's life. My friend's dog got attacked by some pit-bulls while I was dog sitting her and and he took her in and fixed her up and charged an extremely reasonable price. I just moved to this area yesterday and I'm so relieved to have already found such a nice vet. My dog got into a box and ate a bag of chocolate today. I was able to bring him here on no notice and have him treated immediately. They were so nice and so wonderful. The price was extremely reasonable compared to what I am used to paying elsewhere. Dr. Kennedy is the BEST! My Bischon was in pain and couldn't urinate. I took her into Dr. Kennedy and found she had stones in her bladder blocking her ability to urinate. He immediately took her in and operated. She has been fine now for three years and her scar is vanished. I wish my surgeon had done a good a job on me as Dr. Kennedy did on my pup. I have been going to Dr. Kennedy for over 20 years now. He is the only vet I trust with my animals. When you go to his office you are taken right to your room with your pets, not made to sit in a waiting room before you are seen, which can be stressful on your pet. I highly recommend Dr. & Mrs. Kennedy at Rosemont Animal Clinic. When we moved to Clermont, we tried other veterinarians who over charge or don't react fast enough to an issue and we lost a pet as a result. When we were overcharged yet again, I immediately took my new kitten to Dr. Kennedy and we have not gone anywhere else since. He saved my kitty's life when he developed a urinary tract blockage (the same thing that killed my other cat at a very expensive vet and was undiagnosed).
