General Info
30 minute Health Exams, no rush. Your pet's health (not vaccinations) are our highest priority. Because of this, we recommend a health exam every 6 months ($30.00) to detect early changes in your pet's health. This will reduce costly visits to the emergency room. We treat and recommend regular Health Exams for dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, and exotics.
Payment Plans/Financing are available for Preventative Health Care Packages, medical conditions, surgery, and emergencies.
We are an AAHA Certified Animal Hospital and follow the American Animal Hospital Associations rigid guidelines and 900 Standards for quality health care.
We are a member of the Association of Avian Veterinarians. We care for all types of pet birds (parrots, roosters, chickens, ducks, pheasants, etc.)
We have state of the art, modern, cage-free boarding facilities, and a fenced 1/2 acre dog park. We offer day care and playtime services, Our boarding website is www.dogboardingoviedo.com.
We strive to be cat friendly, including a separate cat waiting room, and cat exam room. Cats boarding in high rise condos are separated from dogs.
We offer an economical bathing, pedicure, massage, and ear cleaning service ($14.19).

Disappointed in the amount of money we spent when we have an aging dog (17) and made it clear we didn't want to do any more tests! Spent over $700 on tests and meds and they want to do MORE tests. She's 17! Her bloodwork and tests were fine. Regular aging. It would be nice if they were to have a better plan in place for senior dogs so their owners aren't expected to pay tons of cash to the vet and practically live there with follow up visits.

This was hands down the worst vet experience have ever had. Extremely expensive. They keep trying to get me to do more tests, kept shoving new expected costs in front of us. It was a 2 hour whirlwind of paper presented to us by people who could not answer questions. In the end, I think i was given the most expensive medicine, even though I had my old doctor on the phone saying what medication typically works for my pet. This would have been less than half the price. Additionally, the doctor had zero interest in meeting my pets, saying hi or trying to ease their fear. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I had been going to Mitchell Hammock for over 3 years. At first, we had a good experience when boarding our pet. They sent us photos occasionally so we felt our pup was in good hands. During routine visits, we really only felt as if one or two of the staff cared for our dog. They would get on the floor and greet her in the room to help her feel at ease. The rest of the staff seemed to want to get in and get out, hardly even paying attention to our dog. Dr. Dudley almost always had a negative tone when recommending treatment. For many pet owners, cost is a factor in deciding treatment. I got the sense Dr. Dudley didn't think the owner cared for their pet if they weren't willing to automatically pay top dollar for care. More over, more than one of the tecs would put our 100 lb golden on their table while she was shaking from anxiety and more than once I had to hold her because I was not comfortable in their ability to keep our dog from slipping off the table nor attempt to calm her nerves. Lastly, they would give us our bill at the start of our appointment to review charges. We could agree or disagree to certain recommendations, etc. One of the last times we went, they added charges without knowing until it came time to hand over our credit card at the end of the appointment. These charges were not discussed during the appointment giving us no opportunity to accept or reject the cost of service. We questioned where the charges came from, and the front desk staff was unable to look us in the eye, tell us what the charges were for, offer any solutions, or even apologize. That doesn't seem like top notch care nor customer service to me.
Thankfully - we've found a different vet :)

I participated in a 2-week externship with this clinic while finishing up my doctorate in veterinary medicine. I knew very little upon arrival, but I highly recommend them after experiencing the inner workings of this clinic. Dr. Dudley is a sincere and kind-hearted doctor, who is ambitious about helping both patients and clients, diagnostically and financially. His unrushed 30min exams, equipment and technology make a major difference from any other clinics I have worked with. I learned things I wasn’t able to get in veterinary school. He is keen on identifying a diagnosis and not just treating symptoms, which is much more rewarding. The staff is full of amazing people, who also have a heart for patients and their care. The whole team contributes to a pleasant experience for all pets, and from what I could see the clients can tell a difference as well. Every workplace has daily hiccups and frustrations, but even still, the teamwork is remarkable! I definitely enjoyed my time there. It was worth every penny.

When I moved back to Florida in 2016, the first thing I did was to find a vet. Thru blind dumb luck - I found Mitchell Hammock Pet Hospital and Dr. Dudley. The entire staff at Mitchell Hammock is outstanding. They really care about the health and comfort of my pet and whatever anxiety I may have. Dr. Dudley is very thorough in explaining procedures and diagnoses. I wish my personal physician took as much time with me!!!

Dr. Dudley and his professional team are the best in town.
They treated me and my scared huge German Shepherd with respect. Most importantly our dog's ear infection is taken care of on the first visit, unlike other vets they make you to go back to charge you extra.
First you are warmly welcomed, then you are met with Kim and her teammate, they both are nice and expert and most importantly genuine, because they accommodated us in the best form. No fake " oh look at you puppy"
Dr. Dudley is a handsome doctor. He is professional and knows what he is doing.
They did not over charged me on my visits and in fact they offered their best service.
Mitchell Hammock Pet Hospital is my vet from now on
Really recommended and you will not get disappointed.

My husband and I just recently moved to the area and needed a vet for our two 3 year old standard poodles. I saw online this vet came highly recommended. So I made an appointment mostly to establish care and get flea and tick medication. My husband and I take very good care of our dogs. We honestly go above and beyond to make sure they are healthy and happy. I've never had a vet tell me anything negative about my two dogs. Most of them are pretty shocked when we tell them we buy the best foods, get their yearly checks, vaccinations, and dental cleanings. When I got to the office there was only 1 other patient there already in a room. I was put in a room relatively quickly. After that I sat and waited for over 45 minutes for just the tec to come in and evaluate. I work in healthcare so I get it when doctors run behind or get busy. She then asked 5 or 6 times why I was there with my dogs. I guess she kept forgetting what I had said less than 5 minutes prior to the last time she asked me that question. Then she asked if the dogs were in any pain or slow to get up, so I informed her my female dog might have some back issues because she does tend to be slow after sleeping on the floor. I had already talked about this with a previous vet that gave us some joint supplements. This tec then told me "her quality of life is not good and will continue to decline..." it was very abrasive and not helpful. After she left it took another 20 minutes for the doctor to come in. He was nice and informative. He did a thorough exam but this is not the experience I want when I trust someone with my dogs (more like kids to me). I will not be going back and will look for a new vet. Oh and both my dogs also got a nasty stomach bug shortly after our visit to the vet.

On 4/2017 They wanted to stick me with a bill before even starting anything Dr did not want listen to our concern as it is we who Live with the dog their just guessing and sticking you with a bill, As they guess maybe is this, maybe is that on a 16 year old dog, Dr walked out the room to talk to the staff the whole time very unprofessional you truly show your colors.Not professional at all it's a simple middle ear infection caused by Vestibular Diesies on my dog and they wanted me to cought up $200+ on a senior blood test that my dog does not need and did not addressed the pain she was I after I stated all the usual signs of middle ear infection due to vestibular diesies.We paid the physical and a blood pressure that came back normal after all When we realized they wanted to Nickle and dime us, we took our dog and will find some one else who truly listen other that sticking you with a bill to find out what it is and a dog still in excruciating pain. Never again! We left the place with the dig still with dizziness and whimpering in painThis is a dog that he has seen before only once with the same issue do me thinking the bad taste in my mouth for the previous same issue and that time he also failed to diagnose a middle ear infection to come back in the follow up with a statement of "Well look at that it was a middle ear infection after all"Takes the hair plugs out of your head and stick them in your ear maybe you'll listen better.

Dr. Dudley is a horrible excuse for a veterinarian. He does not care about the animals. His only concern is recommending expensive procedures and antibiotics that aren't necessary. He was barely in the room for 2 minutes and then sent the nurse in to do all the actual work. He performed a useless eye exam on my cat that costs 50 dollars without even consulting me first. It just showed up on the invoice. Please save your time and money and go to a competent and caring doctor. Your animals deserve better than that impersonal, greedy old man.

My Annie escaped our dog sitter right before Christmas and she was missing on the UCF for 10 days. She was found the day after Christmas in a nearby neighborhood. I immediately went and got her and as I was driving I was calling different vets to see if someone could see her. After 5-6 calls to different vets, I called Mitchell Hammock Pet hospital and they could see her within the hour. When we arrived we were greeted by their welcoming, and caring staff. She was very dirty and had ticks and fleas. They made her feel calm since she was traumatized. They were gental during her physical and gave her a good bath. She was so excited to see the whole family when we arrived a few hours after dropping her off there. I appreciate the care Annie received at the pet hospital after she was found. Thank you again!

LOVE THIS PLACE !!! These guys are awesome!! For over 10 years, I stupidly let Shaffer Animal Hospital, just down the street, rip me off with their outrageous overpriced services and poor treatment. I finally went to Mitchell Hammock Pet Hospital and kicked myself for not going there sooner. The vet, Dr Woody, has been SO kind and generous. The staff is super friendly. But their prices are the best!! I love, love, LOVE this office !!!!!

When you have a new client that is in for a sick visit you should be seen promptly. You have lost my business of FIVE pets. Very unprofessional, unapologetic and unorganized.
Reply: What a bulldinky response. I was told later in the day by email that the doctor didn't arrive until 10, and I should have been told to come in at 10. Your excuse of 7 baths is ridiculous. Thankfully, I found another vet to take care of all my pets. Promptly, and on time, without excuses. They did something novel! They asked me questions over the phone so when I walked in, they had all that information and i was taken back right away! Learn to run an animal hospital. Worked in them for 10 years, yours is not efficient.
Further reply: And now you've edited your original reply! My cat was in a carrier. She was not upset about the "7" dogs, or otherwise. Putting her in a room for privacy was not what I was told, as I was told the doctor will be "right in". Come in during the week? You mean when I work? That's why I took a Saturday appointment. Sorry, but you lose here, and there is no making up for this lack of good business practice.

My cat is very stubborn and hard to work with but the staff at MHPH help to make his visits as stress-free as possible. I recently had an ultrasound done as recommended for this 6 year old grumpy Russian Blue by Dr. Dudley and Dr. Cavanaugh because we were worried about the high creatinine levels that showed up on his yearly bloodwork test. It was good I did the ultrasound because the doctors saw some abnormalities with his kidneys that we were able to catch early in development and both doctors talked to me about all the results and really helped to answer all of my questions. I plan to keep both my cats here for a long time. Thanks Dr. D and Dr. C!

I have taken my pets to Dr. Dudley for about 20 years and have always been very pleased with the skilled and compassionate care he and his staff have provided. They care about their patients and follow up to see how they are doing. Dr. Dudley is very thorough with his diagnosis and treatment, plus he takes the time to explain the diagnosis and treatment options. Also, every time I have boarded my dogs there, I pick up happy dogs when I return. I plan to continue to take my dogs to Mitchell Hammock Pet Hospital for a long time to come!

I brought my dog in to get a prescription and nothing else. I was changing vets, wanted someone close to home and the prescription was for a refill. Other vets that I have gone to you are not told you need to leave your pets and come back for them later so I was shocked that it happens here. First visit so I figured it was ok to "observe" my dog. Came back to get my dog and was handed a bill over $300 for stuff that was already done. Had to pay before they would let me see my dog. Then vet tells me I need to come back for the results of all the tests they did. Will not give results on phone. So come back and again make me leave the dog. Another $300 for stuff I did not ask for and did not approve first. Then pressure sales for tests in the future and expensive dental work but the quote was for $400 and when I pick up dog I am given a bill for $1,200 that must be paid before I am even allowed to see my dog. Where do people get money to see this vet? I was sucking dry my savings account. Each time I went I felt I was being tricked into coming back to get results of unnecessary tests and procedures, how they demanded the dogs be left there to be examined, how you feel like your dog is being held hostage until you pay and I will be filing a complaint because something is just not right there.

I don't leave reviews and have very low standards, but the experience here was just incredibly terrible. There isn't anything I can do to take back leaving dogs under their care, but just try and warn anyone looking to board their dog. If your dog needs any kind of attention, do not bring them here. If you don't care about your animal, it's not that bad of a price. The girls working there were kind and that is the only positive thing I can say. The vet himself just seemed like a terrible human, maybe just my experience. I just can't stress enough, your animal won't get attention, they just charge you for a bath at the end so they can get them cleaned up from neglect.

You take your dog here and expect to take a loan out to pay for the vet bills. They take your dog and expect you to leave it there all day while the vet examines it and you come back later to be hit with a huge bill, all about money. I have never been to a vet before that makes you leave your dog all day. I got suckered into the game but be warned. I will never return.

We brought our cat here for a laceration on his lip. While we waited in the exam room, we could hear Dr. Dudley yell and berate his staff. It was so uncomfortable to hear and watch his staff scurry and hang their heads low. Poor kids, I had to look at them with sympathy in my eyes. We already decided he was a pompous ass from how he treated his team, but he confirmed it by how he acted with us. Everything was about money and tacking on unnecessary stuff. When he handed us a print out for over 300 bucks, we had to plainly say we just need antibiotics. Even then it felt like an argument with him. When we got out of there finally, I had to call and ask for pills rather than liquid but he wouldn't do that, only could have me come in for shots for 2 weeks at 15 bucks a pop. No thank you!

30 minute Health Exams, no rush. Your pet's health (not vaccinations) are our highest priority. Because of this, we recommend a health exam every 6 months ($30.00) to detect early changes in your pet's health. This will reduce costly visits to the emergency room. We treat and recommend regular Health Exams for dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, and exotics.
Payment Plans/Financing are available for Preventative Health Care Packages, medical conditions, surgery, and emergencies.
We are an AAHA Certified Animal Hospital and follow the American Animal Hospital Associations rigid guidelines and 900 Standards for quality health care.
We are a member of the Association of Avian Veterinarians. We care for all types of pet birds (parrots, roosters, chickens, ducks, pheasants, etc.)
We have state of the art, modern, cage-free boarding facilities, and a fenced 1/2 acre dog park. We offer day care and playtime services, Our boarding website is www.dogboardingoviedo.com.

Disappointed in the amount of money we spent when we have an aging dog (17) and made it clear we didn't want to do any more tests! Spent over $700 on tests and meds and they want to do MORE tests. She's 17! Her bloodwork and tests were fine. Regular aging. It would be nice if they were to have a better plan in place for senior dogs so their owners aren't expected to pay tons of cash to the vet and practically live there with follow up visits.

This was hands down the worst vet experience have ever had. Extremely expensive. They keep trying to get me to do more tests, kept shoving new expected costs in front of us. It was a 2 hour whirlwind of paper presented to us by people who could not answer questions. In the end, I think i was given the most expensive medicine, even though I had my old doctor on the phone saying what medication typically works for my pet. This would have been less than half the price. Additionally, the doctor had zero interest in meeting my pets, saying hi or trying to ease their fear. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I had been going to Mitchell Hammock for over 3 years. At first, we had a good experience when boarding our pet. They sent us photos occasionally so we felt our pup was in good hands. During routine visits, we really only felt as if one or two of the staff cared for our dog. They would get on the floor and greet her in the room to help her feel at ease. The rest of the staff seemed to want to get in and get out, hardly even paying attention to our dog. Dr. Dudley almost always had a negative tone when recommending treatment. For many pet owners, cost is a factor in deciding treatment. I got the sense Dr. Dudley didn't think the owner cared for their pet if they weren't willing to automatically pay top dollar for care. More over, more than one of the tecs would put our 100 lb golden on their table while she was shaking from anxiety and more than once I had to hold her because I was not comfortable in their ability to keep our dog from slipping off the table nor attempt to calm her nerves. Lastly, they would give us our bill at the start of our appointment to review charges. We could agree or disagree to certain recommendations, etc. One of the last times we went, they added charges without knowing until it came time to hand over our credit card at the end of the appointment. These charges were not discussed during the appointment giving us no opportunity to accept or reject the cost of service. We questioned where the charges came from, and the front desk staff was unable to look us in the eye, tell us what the charges were for, offer any solutions, or even apologize. That doesn't seem like top notch care nor customer service to me.
Thankfully - we've found a different vet :)

I participated in a 2-week externship with this clinic while finishing up my doctorate in veterinary medicine. I knew very little upon arrival, but I highly recommend them after experiencing the inner workings of this clinic. Dr. Dudley is a sincere and kind-hearted doctor, who is ambitious about helping both patients and clients, diagnostically and financially. His unrushed 30min exams, equipment and technology make a major difference from any other clinics I have worked with. I learned things I wasn’t able to get in veterinary school. He is keen on identifying a diagnosis and not just treating symptoms, which is much more rewarding. The staff is full of amazing people, who also have a heart for patients and their care. The whole team contributes to a pleasant experience for all pets, and from what I could see the clients can tell a difference as well. Every workplace has daily hiccups and frustrations, but even still, the teamwork is remarkable! I definitely enjoyed my time there. It was worth every penny.

The entire staff at Mitchell Hammock is outstanding. They really care about the health and comfort of my pet and whatever anxiety I may have. They treated me and my scared huge German Shepherd with respect. Most importantly our dog's ear infection is taken care of on the first visit, unlike other vets they make you to go back to charge you extra.
First you are warmly welcomed, then you are met with Kim and her teammate, they both are nice and expert and most importantly genuine, because they accommodated us in the best form. No fake " oh look at you puppy"
Dr. Dudley is a handsome doctor. He is professional and knows what he is doing.
They did not over charged me on my visits and in fact they offered their best service.
Mitchell Hammock Pet Hospital is my vet from now on
Really recommended and you will not get disappointed.

My husband and I just recently moved to the area and needed a vet for our two 3 year old standard poodles. I saw online this vet came highly recommended. So I made an appointment mostly to establish care and get flea and tick medication. My husband and I take very good care of our dogs. We honestly go above and beyond to make sure they are healthy and happy. I've never had a vet tell me anything negative about my two dogs. Most of them are pretty shocked when we tell them we buy the best foods, get their yearly checks, vaccinations, and dental cleanings. When I got to the office there was only 1 other patient there already in a room. I was put in a room relatively quickly. After that I sat and waited for over 45 minutes for just the tec to come in and evaluate. I work in healthcare so I get it when doctors run behind or get busy. She then asked 5 or 6 times why I was there with my dogs. I guess she kept forgetting what I had said less than 5 minutes prior to the last time she asked me that question. Then she asked if the dogs were in any pain or slow to get up, so I informed her my female dog might have some back issues because she does tend to be slow after sleeping on the floor. I had already talked about this with a previous vet that gave us some joint supplements. This tec then told me "her quality of life is not good and will continue to decline..." it was very abrasive and not helpful. After she left it took another 20 minutes for the doctor to come in. He was nice and informative. He did a thorough exam but this is not the experience I want when I trust someone with my dogs (more like kids to me). I will not be going back and will look for a new vet. Oh and both my dogs also got a nasty stomach bug shortly after our visit to the vet.

On 4/2017 They wanted to stick me with a bill before even starting anything Dr did not want listen to our concern as it is we who Live with the dog their just guessing and sticking you with a bill, As they guess maybe is this, maybe is that on a 16 year old dog, Dr walked out the room to talk to the staff the whole time very unprofessional you truly show your colors.Not professional at all it's a simple middle ear infection caused by Vestibular Diesies on my dog and they wanted me to cought up $200+ on a senior blood test that my dog does not need and did not addressed the pain she was I after I stated all the usual signs of middle ear infection due to vestibular diesies.We paid the physical and a blood pressure that came back normal after all When we realized they wanted to Nickle and dime us, we took our dog and will find some one else who truly listen other that sticking you with a bill to find out what it is and a dog still in excruciating pain. Never again! We left the place with the dig still with dizziness and whimpering in painThis is a dog that he has seen before only once with the same issue do me thinking the bad taste in my mouth for the previous same issue and that time he also failed to diagnose a middle ear infection to come back in the follow up with a statement of "Well look at that it was a middle ear infection after all"Takes the hair plugs out of your head and stick them in your ear maybe you'll listen better.

Dr. Dudley is a horrible excuse for a veterinarian. He does not care about the animals. His only concern is recommending expensive procedures and antibiotics that aren't necessary. He was barely in the room for 2 minutes and then sent the nurse in to do all the actual work. He performed a useless eye exam on my cat that costs 50 dollars without even consulting me first. It just showed up on the invoice. Please save your time and money and go to a competent and caring doctor. Your animals deserve better than that impersonal, greedy old man.

My Annie escaped our dog sitter right before Christmas and she was missing on the UCF for 10 days. She was found the day after Christmas in a nearby neighborhood. I immediately went and got her and as I was driving I was calling different vets to see if someone could see her. After 5-6 calls to different vets, I called Mitchell Hammock Pet hospital and they could see her within the hour. When we arrived we were greeted by their welcoming, and caring staff. She was very dirty and had ticks and fleas. They made her feel calm since she was traumatized. They were gental during her physical and gave her a good bath. She was so excited to see the whole family when we arrived a few hours after dropping her off there. I appreciate the care Annie received at the pet hospital after she was found. Thank you again!

I finally went to Mitchell Hammock Pet Hospital and kicked myself for not going there sooner. The vet, Dr Woody, has been SO kind and generous. The staff is super friendly. But their prices are the best!! I love, love, LOVE this office !!!!!

When you have a new client that is in for a sick visit you should be seen promptly. You have lost my business of FIVE pets. Very unprofessional, unapologetic and unorganized.
Reply: What a bulldinky response. I was told later in the day by email that the doctor didn't arrive until 10, and I should have been told to come in at 10. Your excuse of 7 baths is ridiculous. Thankfully, I found another vet to take care of all my pets. Promptly, and on time, without excuses. They did something novel! They asked me questions over the phone so when I walked in, they had all that information and i was taken back right away! Learn to run an animal hospital. Worked in them for 10 years, yours is not efficient.
Further reply: And now you've edited your original reply! My cat was in a carrier. She was not upset about the "7" dogs, or otherwise. Putting her in a room for privacy was not what I was told, as I was told the doctor will be "right in". Come in during the week? You mean when I work? That's why I took a Saturday appointment. Sorry, but you lose here, and there is no making up for this lack of good business practice.

I recently had an ultrasound done as recommended for this 6 year old grumpy Russian Blue by Dr. Dudley and Dr. Cavanaugh because we were worried about the high creatinine levels that showed up on his yearly bloodwork test. It was good I did the ultrasound because the doctors saw some abnormalities with his kidneys that we were able to catch early in development and both doctors talked to me about all the results and really helped to answer all of my questions. I plan to keep both my cats here for a long time. Thanks Dr. D and Dr. C!

I have taken my pets to Dr. Dudley for about 20 years and have always been very pleased with the skilled and compassionate care he and his staff have provided. They care about their patients and follow up to see how they are doing. Dr. Dudley is very thorough with his diagnosis and treatment, plus he takes the time to explain the diagnosis and treatment options. Also, every time I have boarded my dogs there, I pick up happy dogs when I return. I plan to continue to take my dogs to Mitchell Hammock Pet Hospital for a long time to come!

I brought my dog in to get a prescription and nothing else. I was changing vets, wanted someone close to home and the prescription was for a refill. Other vets that I have gone to you are not told you need to leave your pets and come back for them later so I was shocked that it happens here. First visit so I figured it was ok to "observe" my dog. Came back to get my dog and was handed a bill over $300 for stuff that was already done. Had to pay before they would let me see my dog. Then vet tells me I need to come back for the results of all the tests they did. Will not give results on phone. So come back and again make me leave the dog. Another $300 for stuff I did not ask for and did not approve first. Then pressure sales for tests in the future and expensive dental work but the quote was for $400 and when I pick up dog I am given a bill for $1,200 that must be paid before I am even allowed to see my dog. Where do people get money to see this vet? I was sucking dry my savings account. Each time I went I felt I was being tricked into coming back to get results of unnecessary tests and procedures, how they demanded the dogs be left there to be examined, how you feel like your dog is being held hostage until you pay and I will be filing a complaint because something is just not right there.

If you care about your animal, do not board them here. They will never be the same. The vet only cares about money, not the animals. You'd be better off just leaving your animal at the pound. I don't leave reviews and have very low standards, but the experience here was just incredibly terrible. There isn't anything I can do to take back leaving dogs under their care, but just try and warn anyone looking to board their dog. If your dog needs any kind of attention, do not bring them here. If you don't care about your animal, it's not that bad of a price. The girls working there were kind and that is the only positive thing I can say. The vet himself just seemed like a terrible human, maybe just my experience. I just can't stress enough, your animal won't get attention, they just charge you for a bath at the end so they can get them cleaned up from neglect.

I use this place to board my pet when I go out of town. They provide excellent service and offer reasonable prices. I've never had a problem and I would recommend for boarding.

They take your dog and expect you to leave it there all day while the vet examines it and you come back later to be hit with a huge bill, all about money. I have never been to a vet before that makes you leave your dog all day. I got suckered into the game but be warned. I will never return.

We brought our cat here for a laceration on his lip. While we waited in the exam room, we could hear Dr. Dudley yell and berate his staff. It was so uncomfortable to hear and watch his staff scurry and hang their heads low. Poor kids, I had to look at them with sympathy in my eyes. We already decided he was a pompous ass from how he treated his team, but he confirmed it by how he acted with us. Everything was about money and tacking on unnecessary stuff. When he handed us a print out for over 300 bucks, we had to plainly say we just need antibiotics. Even then it felt like an argument with him. When we got out of there finally, I had to call and ask for pills rather than liquid but he wouldn't do that, only could have me come in for shots for 2 weeks at 15 bucks a pop. No thank you!
