Really bad, nightmarish experience!!! Took Gordon, my dog here when he died, to be cremated. I asked how I would know if I really would get my Gordon's ashes back vs. another dog's. They vouched, that they take very good care of each and every dog that came their way. To make a long story short, when I came back, they gave me a box of ashes which I never had the heart to look at, when they handed it to me. Three days later, when my husband came back, he went to look at the box and told me, it was a different dog's name on it! My worst dreaded nightmare, turned real!!! I would never ever take any dog here again.

They will also recommend specialists when necessary. This is a very caring and most helpful staff and great facility to have in Palm Beach.

I have two elderly pugs and when I first moved to the Palm Beach area about two years ago, I was immediately relieved to meet the staff at the Island Animal Hospital. They were all professional and friendly, and all clearly love their patients. No question would go unanswered, and appointments were accommodated whenever possible. I've never been kept waiting for long, and the homey office is a pleasure.

I've trusted Island Animal Hospital for 18 years to care for my family's pets. They care for my mom's pets as well as mine, and with the number of them, this clinic manages to consistently care for them, know them, and keep everyone healthy and happy. I can't say enough about the caring staff and amazing doctors, but that they are stupendous! I recommend IAH with my whole heart.
