Really bad, nightmarish experience!!! Took Gordon, my dog here when he died, to be cremated. I asked how I would know if I really would get my Gordon's ashes back vs. another dog's. They vouched, that they take very good care of each and every dog that came their way. To make a long story short, when I came back, they gave me a box of ashes which I never had the heart to look at, when they handed it to me. Three days later, when my husband came back, he went to look at the box and told me, it was a different dog's name on it! My worst dreaded nightmare, turned real!!!
