Our family couldn't love this gang any more than we already do. This Mrs/Mr of vets has been our only vet stop since we moved here from downtown Chicago in 2008. Our Frankie, a rescue from the Anti-Cruelty Society in Chicago, loved these people, she died in their care at nearly age 14, barely a month ago. Their staff and techs, who double checked records, boarded, groomed, run the show front the front desk, expelled anal glands and love these jerks are amazing. Dr. Waters-Poderski personally contacted us to walk us through Frankie's end of life while we were traveling. Damn dogs. Our cat, a Treasure Coast Humane Society rescue at 8 weeks, is now a lonesome 6 1/2 year old orange tabby, missing her spooning partner. Because we are either insane* or after all this great care, we want to send the Poderski's on an amazing winter vacation (pics, please!), we adopted the two mangy mutts from the TC Humane Society. Both positive for heartworm. *certifiable The teamwork here is undeniable. Dr. Poderski came to meet us and our two mangy mutts with a printout scenario of how heartworm is treated. A plan. He took the time to explain to us what it entails. He met us with this. This isn't your average flow chart to how a dog will respond to new dry food. Techs insisted on retesting some things. Spot on. Let it be known: we made phone calls while considering adoption to these homely guys: confirming HS diagnosis, prognosis, estimate of treatment, with these veterinarians that we trust.Read Less
