Dr.Claudia Valderrama is HORRIBLE !! We were accidently booked with her instead of our regular vet in one of the clinics she does her relief work at. She is rude and insensitive. We have a 14 yr old yorkie.with special needs that is very well cared for. Tink just didn't deserve her degrading and insensitive care. Please make sure you are not "accidently" booked with this doctor. If you choose her yourself-that is your own problem.

I'm glad to hear she is not practicing at your clinic anymore. I just want the word to be out about her.

Dr. K is the best! She is the first vet to ever explain to me everything in detail in regards to my dog's digestive issues. She didn't try to over medicate him like other vets. I look forward to seein...
Dr. K is the best! She is the first vet to ever explain to me everything in detail in regards to my dog's digestive issues. She didn't try to over medicate him like other vets. I look forward to seeing her again. My dog was so comfortable with Dr. K and her staff.

My fur kids hav been patients for years and we love all the drs and staff at FCAC. They always have the best treatment ideas. The fur kids are not the most compliant, easy going patients - actually they are unruly beasts - and everyone at FCAC is super patient and are able to treat them. In fact the big bulldog actually is able to now have a bath and nail clipping thanx to FCAC working with him to get him in a better mindset.

Nice facility, staff were professional and courteous. Got appointment on short notice, and wait wasn't bad. They also didn't hard sell a bunch of things I didn't need.

Dr. Balko and her team are truly caring and professional. They treat my animals like they would their own. I have been to other places where I feel like they are just "taking my money" but at Faithful Companions I know that I am getting the best care possible by people who truly care about animals! I highly recommend this Animal Clinic. You will be in good hands.

Great staff, friendly service, good prices... but the vet is a b*+@h. Told me my dog is not worth breeding and very low quality. My dog is a 9 month german shepard, too young to tell what the feature...
Great staff, friendly service, good prices... but the vet is a b*+@h. Told me my dog is not worth breeding and very low quality. My dog is a 9 month german shepard, too young to tell what the features are going to end up being once she is full grown. I never even mentioned breeding, if we ever breed her it will be for her amazing personality amd to keep this wonderful dog some how in the family... If your going to give me a reason to spay her be for some health concern not because shes poor quality of the breed. I felt very offended and not going back.

Dr.Claudia Valderrama is HORRIBLE !! We were accidently booked with her instead of our regular vet in one of the clinics she does her relief work at. She is rude and insensitive. We have a 14 yr old yorkie.with special needs that is very well cared for. Tink just didn't deserve her degrading and insensitive care.
