I visited Animal Care of Ponte Vedra yesterday to unfortunately have my 19 1/2 year old cat euthanized. Dr Waters and her staff could not have been any nicer! I had hoped to have a mobile vet come to the house but when they couldn't, I reached out to these nice folks. They got me in within a few hours and the experience could not have been better if the vet had come to my home. I highly recommend their services and will definitely bring my next pet to them!!

I own a pet care business, have many clients who use and love Dr. Waters and Dr. November! I have visited the office on many occasions, for a variety of issues. I have always had a top notch experience. Very professional, friendly, no unexpected or unnecessary costs, and the results have always been positive. I have taken pets in to have cysts removed, one had a gash on her eye lid that had to be stitched up. I even one time had 4 pups over and one got into a bottle of medication, took all 4 pups (wasn't 100% sure which pup got into it as I had left the house for about 35 minutes, the pup got up on the dining room table and dragged the bag to the ground and began scavenging!) The docs quickly cared for each pup, monitored all 4 until they could decipher which had eaten it, and gave him the best care possible the whole day. He made a full recovery thanks to Animal Care of Ponte Vedra! Cannot thank y'all enough for the amazing work you do!

They do not care about your pets at all. The only care about animals that are easy to care for so they can rake in as much money as possible. If your dog or cat requires any extra care, they will just boot you out of their clinic - without caring for your pet's urgent problems even if you have been a loyal owner/patient for over six years. Stay away - they commit medical malpractice.

Our doxie Sophie recently suffered a traumatic injury. As it was after hours we took her to River Regional where she underwent emergency surgery. The next morning we brought her to Animal Care of Ponte Vedra where Dr. November took over her care. She spent a couple of "days" in the office being taken care of and would then come home at night. Her first week was pretty rough due to pain, however, Dr. November did an amazing job of working to determine what types of medications she would need to control the pain. Even though she was high risk for infection and tissue loss this never occurred because of the excellent care given to her. Even though this was a very traumatic time for all of us, Dr. November and the entire staff at Animal Care of Ponte Vedra did everything to help us feel calm and always comfortable that we had the situation under control. Earlier this year in February, Dr. Waters helped us through a very difficult time when we had to say good bye to our Min Pin Mia. I lost a piece of my heart that day but Dr. Waters and again the entire staff at Animal Care of Ponte Vedra helped us so much. Thanks to all of you for everything you have done for our family.

They are always caring and knowledgeable and I really feel as if I'm treated as an individual instead of just one of many clients. My dog loves the whole staff. I also have an extremely difficult cat whom I have taken to 2 other vet clinics in the past trying to find a situation that makes her comfortable and she is finally calm and happy here.

We have had Animal Care of Ponte Vedra for going on six years when we moved to Jacksonville. If we could rate Dr. Waters with six or more stars, we would. She is our primary vet and we have had Drs. November and Hottinger too care for our pets. All the vets and service of the staff offer a high level of care, sincere concern, and a personal touch to the practice that we find reassuring as pet owners. It is obvious how much each person at Animal Care, care about pets. Questions are answered and follow up car calls done after an appointment. We could never ever consider having another vet practice.

When we relocated to PV almost 3 years ago we choose to continue to get care for our aging Golden retriever care with Dr. Waters and her staff. I am new to the area and my vet from St. Augustine recommended Dr. Waters. I took my dog in for a problem visit and was very happy with my experience. I met both Dr. November and Dr. Waters and was impressed by their knowledge, professionalism and support for my low intervention philosophy with my 14 year old dog. The office is clean and organized though we had a bit of a wait due to a prior emergency. As I said, it was my first visit but I cannot see changing my opinion and would recommend them.

Earlier this year in February, Dr. Waters helped us through a very difficult time when we had to say good bye to our Min Pin Mia. I lost a piece of my heart that day but Dr. Waters and again the entire staff at Animal Care of Ponte Vedra helped us so much. Thanks to all of you for everything you have done for our family.

Dr. Waters and the whole team at Animal Care of Ponte Vedra is fantastic. They are always caring and knowledgeable and I really feel as if I'm treated as an individual instead of just one of many clients. My dog loves the whole staff. I also have an extremely difficult cat whom I have taken to 2 other vet clinics in the past trying to find a situation that makes her comfortable and she is finally calm and happy here.

I have been going to Dr. Waters at this office for about 3 years!. And what a wonderful experience I receive each and every visit. Her staff is always attentive to my girl Golden Retriever and any advice I was given was spot on. I also use Sharon for a quick trim and she always has time for Carley! Thanks to the entire team for always looking after Carley!! :)

We have had Animal Care of Ponte Vedra for going on six years when we moved to Jacksonville. If we could rate Dr. Waters with six or more stars, we would. She is our primary vet and we have had Drs. November and Hottinger too care for our pets. All the vets and service of the staff offer a high level of care, sincere concern, and a personal touch to the practice that we find reassuring as pet owners. It is obvious how much each person at Animal Care, care about pets. Questions are answered and follow up car calls done after an appointment. We could never ever consider having another vet practice.

Our first experience with animal Care of Ponte Vedra was by chance. We were visiting family and the office was close. When we relocated to PV almost 3 years ago we choose to continue to get care for our aging Golden retriever care with Dr. Waters and her staff. Now that we are faced with more serious issues we have been visiting more frequently. Everyone is amazing. Dr. Waters and her staff have been so supportive, caring and helpful.

I am new to the area and my vet from St. Augustine recommended Dr. Waters. I took my dog in for a problem visit and was very happy with my experience. I met both Dr. November and Dr. Waters and was impressed by their knowledge, professionalism and support for my low intervention philosophy with my 14 year old dog. The office is clean and organized though we had a bit of a wait due to a prior emergency. As I said, it was my first visit but I cannot see changing my opinion and would recommend them.

I have finally found the best vets ever! I have been in the grooming and breeding world for over 18 years and have searched high and low for a vet that listens to my concerns,respects my opinions as an educated dog person.
