I have been going here for 12 years, with all of my animals (dogs, cats, bunny,) seeing Dr. Nick. He is an AWESOME Vet. All of the staff are great too. The one star rating is for Dr. Gary Neuman. He is rude and has no patience to spend time with his clients to discuss options. I will never book another appt with him - my last one was out of necessity. AMC is very flexible for me - I drop my dogs off for their veterinary care and they have frequently allowed me to be a few minutes late.  The office is also open all day Saturday.  Boarding is convenient for me and they allow Sunday pickup. Read Less

I wrote a review but it was deleted. Here it is in shorter updated form. I have been to the clinic with my dog about seven or eight times.  Long story in short version, I will never take my dog back. I have been billed for tests not approved or discussed. I have had the same service billed at different amounts.  I have come to get my dog and been at the time I said I was picking him up and been told I can't have him until they bathe him. The dog had simply boarded and I said skip the bath but was told I couldn't have him and come back in four or five hours.  I said if I can't have my dog , I won't ever come back. Well - After waiting the five hours to pick him up, I find the only service I requested , a shot that was due, is not done. But I did get a 'sorry you didn't know the rules' I guess they mean the rule where they can keep your dog and provide tests or services not discussed or requested and bill you. I do not trust the animal clinic with my wallet, my time or my dog.  So my rule is time to find a vet that I trust. Read Less

Dr. Neuman & staff are top notch. This clinic has been here as long as I can remember. My family took our cat here when I was growing up & now I'm going back with my own. If you don't live in the area, you really wouldn't know this place is even there. It's tucked back in the office buildings of Sawgrass VIllage. They're not your quick-serve vet's office, so they may be a little pricier than some, but they do offer a Customer Loyalty program.While I'm a somewhat new patient, they do have a great track record. I CANNOT EMPHASIZE ENOUGH HOW BAD THIS PLACE IS! They tried charging me foe 300$ in injections (shots) and other medication, that was never even performed, by their own admission, after the fact. The office manager was extremely rude, and the doctor/owners would not even make them self available to discuss. I cant believe they are still open! Read Less
