It has taken me a while to write this review. We brought my elderly cat to Hirsch while she was in kidney failure. They were so gentle and so loving with our cat and so understanding of our pain at putting her down that we will certainly use them as our regular vet when we are ready to adopt another cat.

We just moved here and needed a vet ASAP as during the six day drive the dog was itchy and unhappy. I called the office well after noon and they were able to squeeze me in later that afternoon. So appreciative of the effort. The staff was so kind and the vet so personable. He didn't try and upsell me on tests. He answered my questions happily on things unique to this region compared to where we moved from. He prescribed what was necessary and was so compassionate. I think we found our new vet on the first visit. I found his pricing reasonable as well. Highly recommend!

I LOVE DR. HIRSCH and his AMAZING STAFF! I have been a pet owner for a while and have dealt with my fair share of vets and Dr. Hirsch goes above and beyond any others and my expectations, as well. Not only do they look out for your pets, they also understand that i am not made of money. They work with me to take care of my dogs without giving my wallet a panic attack. You can tell that everyone there loves animals and wants to help you the best they can. When they tell me they will call me back with answers, I always get a call back. I know that i can just call with any questions if the issue is not serious enough for a visit and they will do their best to answer all of them. I can't even tell you how great it is to have Dr. Hirsch personally call me or get on the phone with me and talk me through all my questions. They tell you straight up what your pet needs and don't try to sell you on anything more then that. The staff are extremely friendly and help in any way they can, when they say they will figure something out for you, they do! I love this vet!! as long as i live in jax i will always take my babies here!! it has been four years now that i have taken my dogs here and I have not one compliant! i have recommended to other friends and they love this place just as much as i do!

We switched to Dr. Hirsch 2 years ago due to several issues with other Animal clinics in our area. Hirsch animal clinic treats both the owners and the pets with the utmost respect. It has taken me a while to write this review. We brought my elderly cat to Hirsch while she was in kidney failure. They were so gentle and so loving with our cat and so understanding of our pain at putting her down that we will certainly use them as our regular vet when we are ready to adopt another cat.

We just moved here and needed a vet ASAP as during the six day drive the dog was itchy and unhappy. I called the office well after noon and they were able to squeeze me in later that afternoon. So appreciative of the effort. The staff was so kind and the vet so personable. He didn't try and upsell me on tests. He answered my questions happily on things unique to this region compared to where we moved from. He prescribed what was necessary and was so compassionate. Not only do they look out for your pets, they also understand that i am not made of money. They work with me to take care of my dogs without giving my wallet a panic attack. You can tell that everyone there loves animals and wants to help you the best they can. When they tell me they will call me back with answers, I always get a call back.
