The people who work here truly and honestly care about your pets and will do anything to help! I came in with my crazy turtle having gotten her poor head stuck in one of her toys and as soon as I walked in they noticed my poor little baby and how distressed I was about it and took her right back and took care of her incredibly fast, I was so worried that she was not okay but they took quick action and made sure that she was perfectly well taken care of as they all saw what trouble she had gotten herself into, THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!! I highly recommend them! Brie, Rachel, Tiffany and the staff are courteous, professional and truly caring about your pet. Dr. Fox and his most capable office and support staff managed by Brie make all the difference between this being a typical vet clinic or one that knows your name and your pet's name and keeps them up to date on the necessary shots- they do NOT try and 'sell' you unnecessary shots/vaccines or services and treat you and your pet (s) with respect. Dr. Fox, Dr. Murati, Katie and staff are excellent when it comes to the care of my chocolate lab, Sammy. He was hit by a car earlier this week and were absolutely devastated. Fortunately for us, we were able to hand him over to the professionals and they were able to stabalize him within minutes! I had a terrible experience with this animal hospital! I paid an exhorbitant amount of money to board my dog and cat at this animal hospital for 2 weeks but definitely did not get what I paid for! They also insisted on unnecessary things to charge more money like a bath coming into the hospital and a bath going out which I would have preferred to do myself as I'm used to keeping my animals very clean and know what products they are allergic to. To add insult to injury, when I took my dog home, he came home with FLEAS, and even worse, TICKS, which he NEVER had before, and by the way, the vet and his staff didn't even notice when they returned my dog to me. When we got home, I noticed that mmy poor dog had bloody scabs all over his body so I took him back to the vet the next day and when he scraped one off, it turned out to be a live tick!!! He was covered in ticks!! This vet did nothing to get rid of the ticks, and actually had the nerve to charge me for the ointment to put on the bites after I got the ticks off! My cat's fur became so brittle from whatever they used to wash him that it broke off and for a while he was missing hair all over his hind quarters. They also lost my dog's favorite toy and didn't offer to replace it. This vet is just in it for the money!!! (At the time, if I had had the time, I would have sued him and undoubtedly won the case, but I was more focused on taking care of my elderly father who was ill.Read Less

Dr. Fox is the best Vet ever. The entire staff is always so wonderful to us and our dogs. When we took Max there, a Shar-Pei, we always felt like family. Unexpectedly, Dr. Fox had to deliver devastating news about Max and we had a horrible and hard decision to make. They were with us every step of the way and even cried with us. Max's passing was gentle and loving and we couldn't have wished for more for him. They followed up with calls and cards from the entire staff, which really helped us in the grieving process. Now, Dr. Fox takes care of Zeus, another Shar-Pei, and they are wonderful to him as well. Shar-Pei's have an incorrect perception that they are mean and vicious and they know they are not. Zeus is as loving as any fur baby could be, and Max was as well. They all love to see Zeus, as they did Max, and pet their squishy faces lol!
