$25 for a 3 yr rabies vaccine. But then charge an extra 48$ for it being considered an office visit. So 73 dollars for a 20 second exchange that costs them less than 25 bucks. Techs don't seem well educated either. According to their scales, one of my dogs gained 5 pounds and the other lost 5 pounds. The whole ordeal was weird and over priced and the place gave a creepy vibe. Vet kept trying to sell me on optional extra vaccinations. Read Less

Morningside Animal hospital has always been great. We had a vet in St Lucie West when we first moved here and I never had a good vibe from them. After our dog was attacked at his doggy daycare and needed ER help the dog sitter took him to Morningside because that was the closest and we met them there. They were GREAT for that incident and we've been going there ever since. The front desk staff, the doctors and the helpers are always so nice and helpful with any questions. This animal hospital has potentially saved my cat's life. My 10 year old cat, Jitters, had been having difficulty walking around the house. I took her to a vet in Fort Pierce, who told me that the cause of her obvious discomfort was litter stuck in her paw pads. I accepted this answer and moved on. A week or so later, I notice her walking difficulty return. I check her paws and remove any litter I find. Yet despite this, it doesn't seem to improve. I become more anxious and begin to monitor her even more closely than before. Then it happens: one morning, she becomes ill. Vomiting and pooping on the carpets, with seemingly no possible cause. Panicked, I called Morningside Animal Hospital and explained my emergency. They told me to come in immediately, which I did. Upon arrival I was greeted by kind staff, and without much of a wait, I was taken into an examination room with my cat. The woman who examined Jitters to start was very kind, though I can't quite recall her name. I believe it was Nuvia/Juvia, or something along those lines. (If she reads this, I apologize for my terrible memory with names!) After the initial examination, Dr. Sean Giusti came in to see my cat. He was extremely kind. Without any tests at all, he claimed that my cat may have diabetes, which was a shock to hear considering the prior diagnosis I had been given at the other vet! (Which, might I add, I will NEVER go near again.) Dr. Giusti had tests run on Jitters, and sure enough, she was diabetic. We immediately began the proper treatment regime and started to aim for a hopeful future for my little fur child. She's doing much better now, and if we're lucky and it's in God's greater plan, she just might reach remission!Though I'm not yet sure what the outcome of this will be, I can confidently say that Dr. Giusti and the staff at Morningside have given me the brightest glimmer of hope for the life of my cat. Without these incredible people, who knows what would have happened to Jitters. Pebbles in her paw pads? Not quite. I highly recommend this incredible establishment to anyone with a furry family member. These people genuinely care for the animals they see, and the people who bring them in. I have complete faith in their practices and I'm looking forward to continuing on my journey with them to help Jitters return to full health so she can live out the rest of her life as a happy kitten at heart. And before I forget to mention, they've also treated my newest family member, a 12 week old kitten by the name of Ezio. Not only did they bring peace to my mind with their examination, they also caught his fleas before they could progress and worsen. I do not recommend this place. We had Dr. Morton, her bed side manners were bad to say the least. The staff were all great except for her. My dog came in with a UTI and it's been 5 days since given the medicine and no relief. She told us if she wasn't well in a week to bring in a urine sample. We asked for a cup so we could do so, she gave us an odd look and told us we could use a tubberware container. After soending $300, my poor baby has had no relief, I will not be bringing her back. When she came into the room she acted like she didn't want to have anything to do with our dog. Read Less

I brought my dog Brutus to morningside when he was sick and I'm so glad I have found them! All the girls at reception were very friendly and helpful. Our vet was Dr. Kelly and she is amazing. Brutus is all better and feeling himself after the great care he recieved. Read Less

Amazing, just wonderful! We brought in a small cat that had been abandoned. Shortly after he became very ill in less the 48 hours. Our son had bonded with him and the doctor was great in giving us tips on how to explain why TerrorHug was not coming home. Our son had was happy to know TerrorHug was "staying with the doctor at her house for special care". The he staff was amazing in keeping him occupied while we reviewed options for our little rescue. I've been using Morningside Animal Hospital for about 10 years and I've never found anything that made me unhappy. Their front desk staff is friendly, professional and helpful. The Doctor's genuinely care for the well being of your pet and they'll gladly take as much time as necessary to answer your questions.  The back office /surgical staff has always been pleasant , knowledgeable and patient whenever I've had the need to see them. Recently my cat had an abcessed tooth and they got him in to see the Doc the same day that I called, without hesitation. The cost for the surgery to remove the tooth and do all related dental care was reasonable and everything was discussed with me prior to the surgery. There were no surprise fees when I went to pick up my cat. I also like that they house and care for kittens/cats that are looking for a new forever home. They keep these kitties in the reception area (but away from the seating area) so that people coming in might see one they like and hopefully adopt.  I highly recommend Morningside Animal Hospital and I plan to continue using them for all of my pet's needs. This is the Worst Veterinarian Hospital I've ever gone to! The Dr. Didn't know how to read the $300.00 Ultrasound and did not do the $200.00 biopsy correctly!! They wanted to do exploratory Surgery on my dog  to find out what was wrong with her twice!!! A week. Later she was back to normal with no help from the Veterinarian! Morningside Animal Hospital is one of the best animal hospitals! The staff is amazing and know my dogs by name. We have to leave town frequently on business and I hate leaving my dogs behind. Love the staff here! They were very friendly and loving to my baby, Siri. There isn't a long wait time, prices are reasonable, and they are very thorough. I would absolutely recommend them. The only thing I was questionable about was the cats in the cages in the lobby. Very caring, professional, and knowledgable.  I've been taking my pets there for years and can't say enough good things about them.  Dr Gimbal speaks to you as if he is a friend discussing options and truly listens to your concerns about your pet.
