The day after I bought a fish for my daughter it died, I called and asked if they'd replace it, they said bring it in, they could look up the receipt. This place is super cool. I've been to every pet store in my city but this one is by far the best one. The employees are great. They made me feel welcome and helped me whenever I had a question. I'd purchased a guinea pig from them, only to find him unable to move about a week after purchase. He passed away shortly after, suddenly. And a hamster I bought less than a week ago is ill. I have bought many little friends from other pet stores (PetSmart), that lived very long, happy lives after purchase. I'm thankful for the little ones I got to spend (short) time with, but I will never buy a little friend from this place ever again. Read Less
