There the best vet's in town. Very patient and kind to your baby's.YOU can see they love animals and it's not just a job to them.

Took my cat for paw growth surgery. The woman doctor dont remember her name was great. Gentle patient and understanding. Takes her time with you to listen to your concerns. Front desk girls were good....
Took my cat for paw growth surgery. The woman doctor dont remember her name was great. Gentle patient and understanding. Takes her time with you to listen to your concerns. Front desk girls were good. The reason i gave 3 stars because of 1 nurse. She was not good. She shouldnt work with animals. She kept grabbing my cat in a wrong place pulling him aggressiveley out of the bag. I had to stop her. And i told the doc. She said no worries we will make sure he will be dealt with gently. But when i brought him home. I saw swallen area where the nurse kept grabbing that area. So i knew she dealt with him. It was swollen and hurt when touched. Doc should pay attention to her nurses . and be aware. And pay attention how they hold or pull or deal with you baby . that shows a lot what happens when you leave him/her there. So 3 stars for the nurse.

Had to take my dog there because he decided to chew on a toad and then began foaming at the mouth. They did not mind he was a 100 lb puppy full of energy. They treated us with understanding and respec...
Had to take my dog there because he decided to chew on a toad and then began foaming at the mouth. They did not mind he was a 100 lb puppy full of energy. They treated us with understanding and respect. Would recommend to anyone, anytime.

My experience with this clinic was fabulous. From the front desk to the vet tech, to the Doctor, Nicole, everyone was so nice and patient with me. It was my first time using them . I had an emergency with a stray cat that needed to be looked at and treated. I am so impressed by how nice the girls who answer the phone were as well as the vet tech Amanda and the doctor. Thank you so much for being there for me.

This Animal Clinic is the best ever!!!!!! Love these guys!!!! I had to go last year unexpected with my Cat that was not doing good and they got me in right away. They were so nice and understanding and helpful. And this month I was on my way there I had to put down my old cat Snee, but she passed when we pulled in. I called them And told them I was taking her home, they send me a card off my loss. They are so good, thoughtful and nice and thank them for everything they have done for me!!!! Thanks to all your staff and Doctors!!!

Ever since my local vet closed, I've taken my furbabies to Village Royale and I am 100% satisfied with the staff and especially the vet docs, Dr. R and Dr. T. Mostly everyone in their office takes a genuine interest in my pets and are friendly to me as well. I've recommended them to anyone I know who is looking for a vet clinic that cares about animals and not just about making money.

Took my moms dog in for for treatment for diabetes care, trying to figure out what's been wrong with the dog for the past year with the weight gain and today he passed away today because the lack of appropriate treatment by our dogs vet. Village Royale has been our vet for many years and recently I changed to a different vet due to many issues at this vets office. We were in the process of changing my moms dogs vet too when he became ill, and village royale's inappropriate treatment led to his unnecessary death. He suffered while in the care of this office. Extremely sad that this happened and I have a lot of time on my hands and I will make sure that they are held accountable. Dr. Robinson in particular will be reported.

I brought my mini poodle to the certified groomer at Village Royal Animal Clinic and his ear was injured to the point where he shook his head and scratched the skin off his cheek. The vet would not look my dog's injury saying that the groomer in its office is unrelated. Unacceptable. Do not use this vet's office!!

We have brought two of our very sick cats to the Village Royale Animal Clinic over the past year. Their loving staff took the health of my pets very personally and they did everything possible to try and save them.
Dr. T is amazing and all of the staff makes pets and their parents feel like part of a family. I highly suggest this vet!

Front desk girls were good. The reason i gave 3 stars because of 1 nurse. She was not good. She shouldnt work with animals. This Animal Clinic is the best ever!!!!!! Love these guys!!!! I had to go last year unexpected with my Cat that was not doing good and they got me in right away. They were so nice and understanding and helpful. And this month I was on my way there I had to put down my old cat Snee, but she passed when we pulled in. I called them And told them I was taking her home, they send me a card off my loss. They are so good, thoughtful and nice and thank them for everything they have done for me!!!! Thanks to all your staff and Doctors!!!

Ever since my local vet closed, I've taken my furbabies to Village Royale and I am 100% satisfied with the staff and especially the vet docs, Dr. R and Dr. T. Mostly everyone in their office takes a genuine interest in my pets and are friendly to me as well. Dr. T is amazing and all of the staff makes pets and their parents feel like part of a family. I highly suggest this vet!
