Office killed my cat by refusing emergency treatment 4/13/23. She was bleeding from the mouth and could not breathe. Reason given, no appointment available. I have NEVER heard anything like that before from any Vet. She may not have made it, but she did deserve to be seen and maybe helped. Instead I had to try to get her to another vet, by then, it was too late. SHE DIED IN TRANSIT. It's too bad the Vet at Saint Cloud 192 Hospital, Dr. McCullough lacks compassion for very sick animals, some people are in the wrong business, and I think she's one of them.

Back in May of 2015, I took my Blue Heeler to the Saint Cloud 192 Pet Hospital to get neutered. After I dropped him off, they called and advised that he would need a more invasive surgery. They could not locate his testicles and they were possibly lodged in his abdomen, they said it was really cancerous if they were stuck. So of course I tell them to do it. A few hours later I receive a call, they were done and they did not find the testicles. They said they were either taken out before he was sold to us, or he was born without them. Fast forward to October of 2018. I took my dog for a second opinion after being paranoid and feeling some lumps on him in that area. I took him to Narcoossee Animal hospital and saw Dr.Mulero (huge rave - he is the best). He did a testosterone test on my dog before doing any kind of surgery. The levels were extremely high for a dog that was neutered, which meant he still had his testicles. At this point, I went ahead and scheduled the surgery for my dog with Dr.Mulero. He found them, took multiple pictures of everything during the surgery to show that they were still in there, and how he found them. I called St.Cloud 192 pet hospital and explained the situation (to Dr.Adkins who handles the customer service situations). He was not understanding at all and couldn’t comprehend why I didn’t bring my dog back to them to fix the situation. He said that they had a new vet there that could’ve handled it, and that they are really good at what they do. As if I was supposed to trust their vets at this point. I told him I was concerned about my dog because I was told it could be cancerous if left in there for a long period of time, he then proceeded to tell me it doesn’t get cancerous until they hit about age 5. I was dumbfounded at that answer. As if that makes it ok. We could not reach an agreement for my refund, so instead of taking the money I decided to let our community know about this issue. Please, do your research about the vet you take your animal to. I was lucky enough that the vet we went to in the past came out of retirement and fixed this situation for me.

My dog was already nervous and she made it worse and kept making comments about his behavior when he was simply terrified. If you want your pet to be treated with respect go somewhere else

I will never go back. I started in their "low cost animal hospital system" in Orlando. I was told my dog needed ear surgery, so I had this done by Dr. Diaz in their Orlando (Semoran) clinic. I then moved to St. Cloud. The vet there (192 pet hospital) said the surgery did no good. My dog needed another surgery. This, too, did not work. After $1K of botched surgeries, my dog still had problems. Her ear swelled up enormously. When I took her to the 192 pet hospital again, it turns out Dr. Diaz had transferred there. He took 3 minutes with her and claimed she needed another surgery. $40 to be given a quick assessment devoid of prognosis, options or explanations. I was done. I now go to Countryside Animal Hospital. What a difference! I have to be more patient, because the approach is wholistic. It's been a month now, and my dog is so much better. Her ear swelling (blood blister) is going down, but it will take a couple more months. Meanwhile, because we're addressing the root cause of her problems, I'm getting my dog back! She's so much more lively and wants to participate in family affairs. She used to just sit and sleep, but now she's much more playful - and that's at 12 years old!

After some time it did not clear up... brought Googles back again...Again I was given ear drops and more pills,,, After finishing the second round without success I brought him back a third time.... This time unlike the last 2 times Googles saw a woman doc.... Ignorance is bliss right???? she made me feel like the WORST mother ever..... via her body language ie the disgust on her face and the judgmental words.... "this is going to take a lot more than pills and ear drops to clear up" Did she not listen to what I was saying??? Honey your Colleges did this to my Googles... and NOW you are going to sit on your thrown and cast judgment upon me????? Even the staff is miserable... Speed of the leader speed of the crew. After been a customer for over a year the new fee for prescriptions that you don't buy from them is $3.00 per medication. Just for them to call-in to the pharmacy. The last time I was there with my dog was on February and never told me about the new charges. WHAT A RIP OOF!!! One way or the other they want to make the money. Feel that is more a business than helping you with your pet. When I go to my doctor they fax my medication direct to the pharmacy with no charges. DONE WITH THEM AND NEVER RECOMED THAT PLACE TO ANYBODY. I'm very upset because my poor dog is really sick and they didn't care that I walk away without the medications. But I pay my bill and a shampoo a total of $47.00 that if I'm know won't paid, because the purpose of my visit was to get some medications to help my dog. MONEY IS MORE IMPORTANT THAT YOUR PET!!! SOOO SAD FOR PEOPLE THAT YOU TRUST TO CARE FOR YOUR PET.

The doctor we see is Dr. Pilip Roman for our dog, he's a nice doctor. The visits aren't too long. he's been able to find low cost prescriptions even though we have to go to two different pharmacies plus medicine he gets from the hospital itself. The place it's a bit far from our house but the overall service is good for the price. The only thing is that if one doctor sees your pet and your pet needs refills another doctor cannot approve the refills even though they work at the same place. the ladies at the phone are helpful however they put you on hold for too long, at least the several times I've called that's the way it has happened, not sure if it's all the time. As soon as they answer it's like Can I put you on hold even if you just want to ask one simple question. What I do its that if it's a quick question, I'll let them know it won't take a min of their time that it's a quick question and they usually stay on the line to answer it. We used to go to Mayfair in Kissimmee off of John Young Prkwy and they were just too expensive with their medicine, and they always wanted to charge an arm in the leg for the medicine. This Pet Hospital looks for the lowest cost and that's why I like them even though we have to drive like 40-45 mins there.

Fast forward to October of 2018. I took my dog for a second opinion after being paranoid and feeling some lumps on him in that area. I took him to Narcoossee Animal hospital and saw Dr.Mulero (huge rave - he is the best). He did a testosterone test on my dog before doing any kind of surgery. The levels were extremely high for a dog that was neutered, which meant he still had his testicles. At this point, I went ahead and scheduled the surgery for my dog with Dr.Mulero. He found them, took multiple pictures of everything during the surgery to show that they were still in there, and how he found them. I called St.Cloud 192 pet hospital and explained the situation (to Dr.Adkins who handles the customer service situations). He was not understanding at all and couldn’t comprehend why I didn’t bring my dog back to them to fix the situation. He said that they had a new vet there that could’ve handled it, and that they are really good at what they do. As if I was supposed to trust their vets at this point. I told him I was concerned about my dog because I was told it could be cancerous if left in there for a long period of time, he then proceeded to tell me it doesn’t get cancerous until they hit about age 5. I was dumbfounded at that answer. As if that makes it ok. We could not reach an agreement for my refund, so instead of taking the money I decided to let our community know about this issue. Please, do your research about the vet you take your animal to. I was lucky enough that the vet we went to in the past came out of retirement and fixed this situation for me.

I will never go back. I started in their "low cost animal hospital system" in Orlando. I was told my dog needed ear surgery, so I had this done by Dr. Diaz in their Orlando (Semoran) clinic. I then moved to St. Cloud. The vet there (192 pet hospital) said the surgery did no good. My dog needed another surgery. This, too, did not work. After $1K of botched surgeries, my dog still had problems. Her ear swelled up enormously. When I took her to the 192 pet hospital again, it turns out Dr. Diaz had transferred there. He took 3 minutes with her and claimed she needed another surgery. $40 to be given a quick assessment devoid of prognosis, options or explanations. I was done. I now go to Countryside Animal Hospital. What a difference! I have to be more patient, because the approach is wholistic. It's been a month now, and my dog is so much better. Her ear swelling (blood blister) is going down, but it will take a couple more months. Meanwhile, because we're addressing the root cause of her problems, I'm getting my dog back! She's so much more lively and wants to participate in family affairs. She used to just sit and sleep, but now she's much more playful - and that's at 12 years old!

If your 4 legged family member needs TLC when going to the Vet this is the place to go I travel across town to get this service because I know what to expect when I get there. After some time it did not clear up... brought Googles back again...Again I was given ear drops and more pills,,, After finishing the second round without success I brought him back a third time.... This time unlike the last 2 times Googles saw a woman doc.... Ignorance is bliss right???? she made me feel like the WORST mother ever..... via her body language ie the disgust on her face and the judgmental words.... "this is going to take a lot more than pills and ear drops to clear up" Did she not listen to what I was saying??? Honey your Colleges did this to my Googles... and NOW you are going to sit on your thrown and cast judgment upon me????? Even the staff is miserable... Speed of the leader speed of the crew. After been a customer for over a year the new fee for prescriptions that you don't buy from them is $3.00 per medication. Just for them to call-in to the pharmacy. The last time I was there with my dog was on February and never told me about the new charges. WHAT A RIP OOF!!! One way or the other they want to make the money. Feel that is more a business than helping you with your pet. When I go to my doctor they fax my medication direct to the pharmacy with no charges. DONE WITH THEM AND NEVER RECOMED THAT PLACE TO ANYBODY. I'm very upset because my poor dog is really sick and they didn't care that I walk away without the medications. But I pay my bill and a shampoo a total of $47.00 that if I'm know won't paid, because the purpose of my visit was to get some medications to help my dog. MONEY IS MORE IMPORTANT THAT YOUR PET!!! SOOO SAD FOR PEOPLE THAT YOU TRUST TO CARE FOR YOUR PET.

The doctor we see is Dr. Pilip Roman for our dog, he's a nice doctor. The visits aren't too long. he's been able to find low cost prescriptions even though we have to go to two different pharmacies plus medicine he gets from the hospital itself. The place it's a bit far from our house but the overall service is good for the price. The only thing is that if one doctor sees your pet and your pet needs refills another doctor cannot approve the refills even though they work at the same place. the ladies at the phone are helpful however they put you on hold for too long, at least the several times I've called that's the way it has happened, not sure if it's all the time. As soon as they answer it's like Can I put you on hold even if you just want to ask one simple question. What I do its that if it's a quick question, I'll let them know it won't take a min of their time that it's a quick question and they usually stay on the line to answer it. We used to go to Mayfair in Kissimmee off of John Young Prkwy and they were just too expensive with their medicine, and they always wanted to charge an arm in the leg for the medicine. This Pet Hospital looks for the lowest cost and that's why I like them even though we have to drive like 40-45 mins there.
