I would NEVER suggest taking your pet here if you're looking for care, compassion, professionalism and cleanliness. Extremely disappointed in the treatment of my pup, Eva. I took Eva here on Sunday, 6/17 for a bee sting. The Vet & tech that night were nice and attentive. The stinger was removed and thankfully, Eva showed no signs of distress. The Vet & Tech administered a few shots to Eva of steroids, Benadryl, etc and we were on our way. Saturday, 6/23 Eva had bloody diarrhea & against my better judgement of going to TBVS or Blue Pearl we went back to this location. This experience was horrific! We walked in and I saw the tech from Sunday, she said oh you're back & I said unfortunately. They asked me to fill out more paperwork and I explained I'd just been there 6 days prior. I still had to fill out the paperwork & then we were brought into a room. Eva had drool dripping out of her mouth which is not normal for her & was panting, seemingly from pain from bloody diarrhea. The Vet came in, didn't examine Eva and started suggesting she stay overnight. I said I'd rather have some tests done before leaving her. Blood was drawn & they didn't test any organ function, only limited panels. After an hour or so of waiting, Eva was laying on the floor tremoring and then threw up. I opened the back door and asked for help as she'd thrown up and there was nothing to clean it up. The Vet came in & stood there not consoling Eva or acting like she remotely cared. The vomit at this point was seeping throughout the room & the Vet was insistent on Eva staying and then started saying she may have an undiagnosed disease causing this. (Eva is an otherwise healthy, happy pup.) I asked if this could be a result of the injections administered on Sunday. The Vet looked at me with a bewildered expression and asked what I was talking about & then said I should've reiterated that Eva was there 6 days prior. I said, it's in your paperwork, computers and your techs working recognized her. (Side note, with this visit they didn't weigh her properly which put her 10 pounds less than her actual weight. Thankfully, we caught it and said it was wrong. The Tech reweighed her and got the right weight.) After this my faith was entirely lost and I paid for the horrific experience just to get out of there and get to Blue Pearl. My point in sharing all of this, is that pets for many of us are considered our family. I would NEVER allow my pets to be treated here nor would I trust them. The experience from the welcoming, to the wrong weight, to the wait for a pup that was in pain, to a guesstimate diagnosis and then vomit left on the floor was enough for me. Save yourself and your Pet the angst and go to Blue Pearl or TBVS. It may be a little extra in cost but worth every penny spent. Read Less
