Just moved to Florida and was in need a vet for my 2 rescue dogs. This location was fantastic. My pit had a skin infection that they took care of. I thought the bill was going to be crazy with the shots, antibiotics, special shampoo and fish oil, but when I received it I was pleasantly surprised. I love how even after my visit about a couple of days later they called to check in to make sure my pit was doing ok. So happy I found a great vet to take my kids(pets) to ! Read Less

He has helped my pug who has IVDD walk better and she receives the best care. The staff is genuinely nice and they don't try to upsell products you don't need. The Drs and staff are wonderful with all types of dogs from the shy to the aggressive. Dr. McIntosh has the best energy I've ever seen when it comes to dealing with difficult dogs. The only thing I don't like is that sometimes the wait is a little long to be seen, but I'm sure that is due to emergencies and the unforseen. Read Less

I've taken my cat Lori here a few times now and after my recent visit felt the need to write a review. I've been to multiple vets in the past and had one really horrible experience that left me crying and Lori feeling bad. I've seen Dr. Beth all times and I can't say enough good things about her. She is so good to Lori and so kind to her. Lori hates going anywhere especially the vet, and they make it a pleasant experience for her. Dr. Beth takes time to listen to your pets issues and give you multiple options to treat whatever the problem is. I love that they have the equipment to do more advanced diagnostics so I don't have to take Lori elsewhere for that when needed. So disappointed.....that I cant give 6 stars!!!!!!    What a wonderful place.  Our little Mishka just loves the place.  Everything from check in, to nurse to doc....just wonderful.First, their environment sets the right tone and atmosphere.  very calming.  Reception was pleasant and efficient....love me some efficient.  The are all mic'ed up and communicating....wonderful.Then comes nursing/vet tech....My gosh, so pleasant and receptive to our dog, she wanted to be there and loves what she does!Doc comes in and they all sit on the floor with our little pup....nice!  Meeting the patient on her level....little treats and a thorough exam.Wow!   Great place....probably the best vet we have ever been to! I am the mom of very skittish rescue animals. I recently relocated to Lake Mary from New York.  My dog Frankie thinks the outside world is an all you can eat buffet. Even though this clinic did not know me or my pets and they were fully booked they were kind enough to fit my dog in. They were so kind from the moment I called in until the moment I left. The vet, the vet tech, and the people at the front desk are all AMAZING. Two paws WAY up. I have found my new vet here. My animals will only go here. They sat on the floor with my scared dog and examined him. Sooooo loving and kind. Everything a vet should be. We have never been to Integrative Animal Hospital before and we had to come in to put our senior dog to sleep. The staff and especially Dr McIntosh treated me and my girls with the upmost respect and care. I couldn't have asked for this horrible experience in our lives to go any better. My Sugar was put down enjoying girl scout thin mints (that the clinic provided) with a grin on her face. I will never go anywhere else with my other animals. I have been going to this practice for well over 16 years and have gotten to know the vets and owner quite well. To say they are delightful, professional and kind is an understatement. This is by far the only practice that I know of in which the staff truly places importance and attention of the relationship between the staff and the client. This practice is a wonderful place. I have been going to this hospital for my pets since Shortly after it opened and have had nothing but positive experiences with all my pets. The staff is friendly and courteous (Ashley has been our technician a few times). Dr. Nunez is one of the most frank and honest, down to earth and extremely enthusiastic veterinarians that I have ever met. He gave me a tour of the facility showcasing all of the state of the art equipment that the hospital has to offer. I LOVE this place I wouldn't think of taking my pets anywhere else. They listened to my concerns, gave me many different options, established a plan for my baby and now she is very happy and healthy. I had been to so many different places trying to find out what to do for my cat with a lump near her rump. No one wanted to cut it out and they told me the prognosis wasn't good, after blood work and cytologies they couldn't tell me anything except it MIGHT be cancer! She was getting thin and not herself. After consulting with the doctors at Animal Hospital of Lake Mary I opted to do 1 chemo and SanaWave treatments once a week. After just 6 weeks my cats lump shrunk to 1/2 of its size and was draining. The doctor said it was ready to be removed. She had it removed and there was no sign of anything ever being there afterward. She is playful and fun, eating and enjoying a normal life and after many months later still has no signs that there was ever a lump.
