I brought my 5 month old puppy for shots.Worst mistake I made. Before we went we called and we got a price than when we arrived and got the bill it was almost three times the price they told us over the phone. This place is really unprofessional. After my puppy got her shots she had a big lump almost like a ball in the same exact spot where she got her shots, and well we thought it was gonna go down, maybe just a little Swelling after the shots no big deal, but the ball kept getting bigger by the minute. We were really worried so we took her to a veterinarian and she said to take our puppy back to where she got her shots immediately, because who ever did the shots didn't do it right. They didn't get the shot all the way in there. I took my puppy back and right when I got there they told me that No, that's impossible because they don't do shots there. Or because we have tile floor and just bullshit, pretty much just making stuff up. The vet took a sample of the ball and told us it could of been because they mixed shots. I thought they don't do shots there .They told me to put the puppy on antibiotics. They messed up, and they obviously didn't want to admit it. Super unprofessional and you can hear everything though the walls. I don't recommend this piece of shit to anyone They'll just take your money

Love this place! I first brought my cat here almost a year ago. My cat has long hair, she's also a priss. Not easy to handle . I did research online and called several vets. I chose this one because of the membership option. I signed her up for the vip membership. It's such a great deal. Unlimited visits, I just pay for the treatment! I believe I get a discount on retail too. I like to support smaller local businesses so I purchase the flea treatments here. I recently got a puppy and Ofcoarse bring him here now too. My visits never take too long, the exams are thorough. The doc and vet techs educate me and are very patient with my pets. The membership is a great option, but the care provided for my pets is what keeps me coming back.

2 years ago we rated Dr. Mole a 5-Star. But since he left the office things have gone way down hill. We used to see Dr. Mole very often had VIP for our 3 dogs at that time. Now we have 5 dogs and we find it hard driving 30 minutes to a Vet for service that is no longer memorable like it was while Dr. Mole was there.
We built a bond between my dogs, Dr. Mole and ourselves but feels like it has been broken. My dogs do not like going to the office unless it's someone they know but every time we visit there are so many new faces.
Now that we had our 3rd litter of puppies and was not charge the first 2 times for a wellness check of the 3 day old puppy. The office wants to charge us $90 to look at 1 puppy. We are not asking for a health certificate just to make sure the puppy & mother are okay.

I rated 3 stars because the staff is friendly but other than that, I will rate them 0. My dog had surgery on Tuesday and I had to take her back on Thursday morning because she had a big episode of vomiting and diarrhea plus she couldn't pee and they charged me like a visit even though they did the surgery and it was an emergency!!! That is ridiculous!!! They charge for everything. So definitely, that was my last visit!!

I have been going to this vet for about a year, only did you leave check ups until I got a new puppy! And that’s when they decided to start taking advantage and trying to charge for things I know don’t need to be charged for a visit. I spoke with someone on the phone when scheduling my appointment and was told my visit would be $60 to my surprise when I arrived my visit was going to be 130 no one can explain to me why I was giving one price and yet going to be paying another All the assistant could tell me what she knew who gave me the information but that person was wrong she didn’t know what she was talking about how do you slandering your own co worker. I had all my dogs records printed and I will be going to a new vet I will no longer be overcharged and taking advantage of by people who barely make any kind of salary. I was also put in a room that had dog P all over the floor

So 750$ later, he is being treated for something he doesnt have, has 2 different antibiotics for skin allergies, and 2 differwnt types of shampoo to get yeast off his skin. So let's pump a 1 year old dog with medicine and hope one of them works. Amazing. The only good thing is that one of the nurses was VERY friendly with my dog and me

We added a new edition to our family during Christmas break and was referred to this vet. We were a little skeptical because it was a ways from our house and we have one right down the street that we had always used. When we came for my dogs first check up, I was amazed at how friendly all the staff were. Latishia in the front office was amazing! She was so sweet and greeted my dog with cuddles. She also made payment and rescheduling a breeze. All the vet techs and doctors were knowledgeable and had answers to all of my questions. They treated my dog with love and care. They weren’t in a rush to get us out either. I absolutely love Seminole Animal Hospital and would recommend them to friends and family❤️

Staff is amazing. Very sweet. And considerate. Cheapest place I've been to. For example, To remove a small growth I'm my pups gum, I was quoted 1,500 some where else. But these guys took care of everything including some dental work for a little over $500!!!! This place is a blessing especially for someone with a tight budget. I found my go-to vet :)

The office always smells AMAZING because of these pet candles that they sell which are awesome! And they always work with me when I tell them my budget which is nice, I never feel like I'm being price gouged or judged because I'm on a tight budget!

When I got my puppy she had severe Pneumonia.
She was in such bad shape that Dr. Mole was not sure she would live.
Dr. Mole and his staff worked tirelessly to make her better.
She is now 15 months...

Dr. Mole and his staff worked tirelessly to make her better.
She is now 15 months old and you would never know she had ever been sick.
She loves Dr. Mole and all of the girls in the office and loves going back to see them.
I know if it had not been for the care and love they gave her she would not be the healthy happy puppy she is today ...she would be dead.
I will never take an animal anywhere else.
I HIGHLY recommend them.

Once, I called and had a question for the Dr., expecting to leave him a message for a call back - but the tech said "let me go get him for you", and he took my call and answered my question right away! That truly shows me what kind of service I was going to get from Seminole Animal Hospital & Pet Resort. Five Stars! I never have to wait, the facility is clean and prices are very reasonable.

Awesome group with an "honest vet"! 2 places we called & another visited. They all insisted my dog needed surgery for the abscess that resulted from a dog bite- BUT had had no openings... I found this place by Word-of-mouth (pet alliance volunteer) being stressed out, I expected to be sold the same idea. I was SHOCKED with not only the low cost, but also being told he's healing fine & no surgery necessary! The lump was fibrous tissue & normal healing considering the damage done ( this being the 3rd vet visit since that "hurricane dogfight" my wallet appreciated it also!) Makes ya wonder if the reason why so many places were booked up on surgeries were from being told a line of bull like we were- when you're scared for your fur baby, it's hard to think 2nd opinion, but sure glad we did!

My daughter and I took our yellow labs, Tinkerbell and Maxwell to our vet for their annual checkup and shots today. Upon arrival at Econ River Animal Hospital (15220 E. Colonial Dr., Orlando) we met the new veterinarian, Dr. Chris Mole. He took over this business last month and they've been busy remodeling the place. Looks great! Dr. Mole seems to be bright down to earth type of guy. The new staff was great...shots, nail trimming, etc.

I recently moved to the area and obviously had to find a vet to take care of my babies. I have a 120 pound Chocolate Lab and a 4 pound Chihuahua that are like my children and I don't just trust anyone with their care. I did lots of research and made lots of calls to different animal hospitals and decided to meet Dr. Mole. He was so nice and so were all the girls in the front. Well, a couple of weeks later my Lab, Jackson got really sick and I rushed him to Dr. Mole who diagnosed him with gastroenteritis and gave him a prescription and special food and my Jackson was back to himself in no time. About 2 months later he had the same problem and I called Dr. Mole who had me come in to pick up the prescription medicine and food and I didn't have to bring Jackson in because we knew what it was and what he needed....another vet would have had me bring him in just to charge for the visit and whatever else. Dr. Mole doesn't take advantage of people and he really cares about the animals. Thank You to the entire staff!!

We called on 2 separate occasions to confirm that they would not feed him that. They advised on both occasions to not worry about it, and that they would feed him the house cat food. When we picked him up after 10 days, they only fed him dog food. I was very dissatisfied. I was just told that if he throws up to give them a call.

I found my new addition 2.5 weeks ago. Her owners had her for 6 months. Unfortunately,they were trying find her a home. She was not current on vaccines nor on any heartworm prevention. I took her to my regular vet for vaccines and a heartworm test. Unfortunately, the test came back positive. Due to my financial status at this time Dr. Mole came to the rescue. He is a very caring Veterinarian who realty takes the time to help for those who are in need. His staff is wonderful. I would definitely recommend Dr. Mole as your Veterinarian.

This is the friendliest vet I've been to in the Orlando/Sanford Area. They also don't try and up-sell you unnecessary services. I went in there thinking I needed x-rays and that something was in my dogs stomach. After examination, Dr. Mole suggested to use the money in otherways in Antibiotics and Anti-Diarrheal medicine and it worked like a charm. Also, the VIP plan is a no-brainer if you have to go to the vet at least 2 times a year. It comes with 3 days of free boarding and 2 free baths and nail trimmings.. and 10% off vaccines! I really like this place!

Ever since Dr. Mole has taken over this vet things just keep getting better and better! I already really liked the vet before hand and every time I go I find things that impress me more and more. No one likes visiting the vet but I feel at ease and totally comfortable with taking my animal farm here. I totally trust their opinion as it's always honest and dependable. My pets are my children so of course I'm extremely picky and want the best for them. They work with me financially and always discuss ALL of the options available. I would recommend this vet to ANYONE no matter your location as Dr. Mole and his team are totally worth the drive. If you're looking for a forever vet, this is where it needs to be.

Now that we had our 3rd litter of puppies and was not charge the first 2 times for a wellness check of the 3 day old puppy. The office wants to charge us $90 to look at 1 puppy. We are not asking for a health certificate just to make sure the puppy & mother are okay.

I rated 3 stars because the staff is friendly but other than that, I will rate them 0. My dog had surgery on Tuesday and I had to take her back on Thursday morning because she had a big episode of vomiting and diarrhea plus she couldn't pee and they charged me like a visit even though they did the surgery and it was an emergency!!! That is ridiculous!!! They charge for everything. So definitely, that was my last visit!!

I have been going to this vet for about a year, only did you leave check ups until I got a new puppy! And that’s when they decided to start taking advantage and trying to charge for things I know don’t need to be charged for a visit. I spoke with someone on the phone when scheduling my appointment and was told my visit would be $60 to my surprise when I arrived my visit was going to be 130 no one can explain to me why I was giving one price and yet going to be paying another All the assistant could tell me what she knew who gave me the information but that person was wrong she didn’t know what she was talking about how do you slandering your own co worker. I had all my dogs records printed and I will be going to a new vet I will no longer be overcharged and taking advantage of by people who barely make any kind of salary. I was also put in a room that had dog P all over the floor

So 750$ later, he is being treated for something he doesnt have, has 2 different antibiotics for skin allergies, and 2 differwnt types of shampoo to get yeast off his skin. So let's pump a 1 year old dog with medicine and hope one of them works. Amazing. The only good thing is that one of the nurses was VERY friendly with my dog and me

We added a new edition to our family during Christmas break and was referred to this vet. We were a little skeptical because it was a ways from our house and we have one right down the street that we had always used. When we came for my dogs first check up, I was amazed at how friendly all the staff were. Latishia in the front office was amazing! She was so sweet and greeted my dog with cuddles. She also made payment and rescheduling a breeze. All the vet techs and doctors were knowledgeable and had answers to all of my questions. They treated my dog with love and care. They weren’t in a rush to get us out either. I absolutely love Seminole Animal Hospital and would recommend them to friends and family❤️

But these guys took care of everything including some dental work for a little over $500!!!! This place is a blessing especially for someone with a tight budget. I found my go-to vet :)

When I got my puppy she had severe Pneumonia.
She was in such bad shape that Dr. Mole was not sure she would live.
Dr. Mole and his staff worked tirelessly to make her better.
She is now 15 months...

She is now 15 months old and you would never know she had ever been sick.
She loves Dr. Mole and all of the girls in the office and loves going back to see them.
I know if it had not been for the care and love they gave her she would not be the healthy happy puppy she is today ...she would be dead.
I will never take an animal anywhere else.
I HIGHLY recommend them.

Once, I called and had a question for the Dr., expecting to leave him a message for a call back - but the tech said "let me go get him for you", and he took my call and answered my question right away! Awesome group with an "honest vet"! 2 places we called & another visited. They all insisted my dog needed surgery for the abscess that resulted from a dog bite- BUT had had no openings... I found this place by Word-of-mouth (pet alliance volunteer) being stressed out, I expected to be sold the same idea. I was SHOCKED with not only the low cost, but also being told he's healing fine & no surgery necessary! The lump was fibrous tissue & normal healing considering the damage done ( this being the 3rd vet visit since that "hurricane dogfight" my wallet appreciated it also!) Makes ya wonder if the reason why so many places were booked up on surgeries were from being told a line of bull like we were- when you're scared for your fur baby, it's hard to think 2nd opinion, but sure glad we did!

My daughter and I took our yellow labs, Tinkerbell and Maxwell to our vet for their annual checkup and shots today. Upon arrival at Econ River Animal Hospital (15220 E. Colonial Dr., Orlando) we met the new veterinarian, Dr. Chris Mole. He took over this business last month and they've been busy remodeling the place. Looks great! Dr. Mole seems to be bright down to earth type of guy. The new staff was great...shots, nail trimming, etc.

I recently moved to the area and obviously had to find a vet to take care of my babies. I have a 120 pound Chocolate Lab and a 4 pound Chihuahua that are like my children and I don't just trust anyone with their care. I did lots of research and made lots of calls to different animal hospitals and decided to meet Dr. Mole. He was so nice and so were all the girls in the front. Well, a couple of weeks later my Lab, Jackson got really sick and I rushed him to Dr. Mole who diagnosed him with gastroenteritis and gave him a prescription and special food and my Jackson was back to himself in no time. About 2 months later he had the same problem and I called Dr. Mole who had me come in to pick up the prescription medicine and food and I didn't have to bring Jackson in because we knew what it was and what he needed....another vet would have had me bring him in just to charge for the visit and whatever else. Dr. Mole doesn't take advantage of people and he really cares about the animals. Thank You to the entire staff!!

We called on 2 separate occasions to confirm that they would not feed him that. They advised on both occasions to not worry about it, and that they would feed him the house cat food. When we picked him up after 10 days, they only fed him dog food. I was very dissatisfied. I was just told that if he throws up to give them a call.

I found my new addition 2.5 weeks ago. Her owners had her for 6 months. Unfortunately,they were trying find her a home. She was not current on vaccines nor on any heartworm prevention. I took her to my regular vet for vaccines and a heartworm test. Unfortunately, the test came back positive. Due to my financial status at this time Dr. Mole came to the rescue. He is a very caring Veterinarian who realty takes the time to help for those who are in need. His staff is wonderful. I would definitely recommend Dr. Mole as your Veterinarian.

This is the friendliest vet I've been to in the Orlando/Sanford Area. They also don't try and up-sell you unnecessary services. I went in there thinking I needed x-rays and that something was in my dogs stomach. After examination, Dr. Mole suggested to use the money in otherways in Antibiotics and Anti-Diarrheal medicine and it worked like a charm. Also, the VIP plan is a no-brainer if you have to go to the vet at least 2 times a year. It comes with 3 days of free boarding and 2 free baths and nail trimmings.. and 10% off vaccines! I really like this place!

Ever since Dr. Mole has taken over this vet things just keep getting better and better! I already really liked the vet before hand and every time I go I find things that impress me more and more. No one likes visiting the vet but I feel at ease and totally comfortable with taking my animal farm here. I totally trust their opinion as it's always honest and dependable. My pets are my children so of course I'm extremely picky and want the best for them. They work with me financially and always discuss ALL of the options available. I would recommend this vet to ANYONE no matter your location as Dr. Mole and his team are totally worth the drive. If you're looking for a forever vet, this is where it needs to be.
