HORRIBLE customer service. I called Friday 8am to tell them my dog had diarrhea. They told me have him eat chicken and rice till tomorrow 24hrs. and give us a call if it is the same. Called them Saturday 8am, and Cassy said have him eat chicken and rice the whole weekend. If by Monday he is the same you can bring him in as a walk in. SO guess what, I called Monday (today) 8am, and I could bring him in as a walk in. GUESS WHAT 1-2 hour wait for a walk in. That was NEVER told to me Friday or Saturday. I work a full time job and cannot wait 1-2 hours as a walk in. I wish Cassy would have told me that it was that long for a walk in, but she never did. SO then she goes to tell me that they are booked 2-3 weeks out. Well, what am i supposed to do now? That you Cassy for not telling me a walk in was 1-2 hours or that you guys were booked out. I would have started looking for a new vet on Friday. CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!! I asked for a manager to call me. Lets see if she does, I'll keep you guys update. This place is a God sent you will not be unhappy at all in fact you will be amazed at how clean and how friendly this veterinarians are and the girls up front the receptionist or everybody has a smile on their face it's uplifting it is the best thing I could have ever done was to take my little girl Molly to the Humane Society veterinarian office they're much cheaper and they are definitely better at what they're doing for your dog or cat or which animal you have. The care that you receive is unconditional. Other veterinarian offices are only typing up the money. Not the Humane Society veterinarian's office they want us all and our animals which are our loved ones we consider our children to have the best health ever and if that means that they cut the price they cut the price more than what average veterinarian office does. I got tired of paying high prices at the veterinarian's office that I had taken my little dog to it seem like they weren't being truthful to me either every time I asked someone different the same question they all had different answers and prices. Plus I do not want my animal taking out away from me put in the back room without her mommy I never allow anyone to take my dog away from me that gives them high anxiety for one and for two it changes your animal it least it does my sensitive little girl Molly she was in abandoned abused dog and now that she's mine I told her that nobody will ever never hurt her again. I love the Humane Society veterinarian. please if you have not gone there go there talk to them and you will be amazed you will be happy cuz the minute you walk in there just the atmosphere is different its upbeat it's not low and scary I noticed that my little Molly Dolly doggy wasn't as anxious or scared acting that means the world to me that means that place has love and harmony. I needed to wait a few months before writing this review. I had to have one of our cats put to sleep due to failing health. All the people in this location were so kind and helpful A few day later after the procedure we received a very nice condolence card from the animal clinic. The card came with some very nice seeds we could plant in memory of of our beloved pet. All my thanks go to the staff at this location for being so kind and thoughtful. Read Less

I love taking my dog here--the employees and doctors are all knowledgeable, friendly, and understanding. It's also comparatively cheaper to have my dog treated here than other clinics in the sarasota area, but regardless of the price, they always give high quality care, here. Read Less

I recently had to bring my best friend, Chevy to be seen-he was having issues with his bladder and lots of urinating. Dr. Ivan was great, he is very knowledgeable , never made me feel rushed and was very attentive to Chevy. The staff was very accommodating, he was actually seen the same day I called (was worked in) and I could not be happier with the time and attention they showed Chevy. The prices are great and very affordable. I highly recommend if you are looking for a place for your furry friend to give these guys a call. I was very satisfied and will never go anywhere else. I love this vet, I've been a part of the Humane Society of Sarasota County for over 6 years volunteering. I come here very often I would say the only issue I have is at the vet doesn't remember conversations that we have and I have to continuously repeat myself each visit. I know he has many pups and kitties but 3 times... just go ahead and make a note of it in his file if it is necessary. I feel that the timing can be shortened greatly to allow more appointments throughout the day if they managed to not overly conversate with people. He only needed one shot and heartworm test which took less than 5 minutes of the time of being there otherwise I was waiting or listening to their conversations about us in their back room. My cat Cy had an intestinal blockage and spent the entire day in the clinic at their brand new location. Dr Koch and staff were all wonderful, as always!!! Cy had a traumatic day enduring 3 enemas. This is an excellent veterinarian clinic. The staff is patient and compassionate, even with young animals who are easily excited. And the veterinarian who treated my dog, Dr. William S. Koch, was very professional. But he was also kind enough to take the time to tell me how to keep my dog healthy. Best of all, their fees are very reasonable. Not like most of the vet clinics in this town, which are outrageously expensive. Read Less
