I candidly would give Zero stars if I could. Decided to give this clinic another chance which has shown to be very poor judgment by me. IF YOU LOVE AND VALUE YOUR ANIMAL, DO NOT TAKE THEM TO THIS CLINIC.
I boarded my dog Lemon here at this clinic for 5 days. Upon picking her up, she had scratches on her face and paws and was unable to walk properly (photos and video attached). She is a 85lb rottweiler. I can only assume they had her in a kennel that is way too small for her. Her temperment was completely opposite of the usual. She appeared to be laboring and in pain. Her paws were knawled off. In analyzing my dog while walking the car, it appeared she had many, many small gnat-like flies all over her. I suspect the kennel she was in was not clean and she was itchy and biting on herself during her stay. Even before picking her up, I was curious about the conditions in which she was staying so i made a request to the front desk upon arriving at the clinic to see what those conditions were like for the dogs being boarded there. I was informed by a lady named Juliana at the front desk that I would have to wait for the doctor to arrive to do so. No problem to me. I sat and waited. The doctor came into the clinc from the back entrance about a hour later but never came to the waiting area to address any concerns. She COMPLETELY REFUSED to allow me to see the conditions in which my dog was being boarded. She did not even have the empathy or care to come to the waiting area to address the fact that my dog was in a completely different condition than what i dropped her off in. All communication I had with the clinic was through Juliana at the front desk who looked to be something like a meth head. She also showed no empathy and actually told me that i should of looked at the conditions before trusting them to take care of my dog. At this point, others are in the waiting room and they are hearing this. No professionalism whatsoever. Now, i have to take my dog to Banfield Animal Hospital to get checked as something as obviously gone very wrong while she was boarded at this vet. Front the front desk receptionists all the way up to the Vet, they do not care about your animal. I want to re-emphasize.. IF YOU LOVE AND VALUE YOUR ANIMAL, DO NOT TAKE THEM TO THIS CLINIC. I have learned the hard way.

I have been bringing my Dog to All About Animals for 11 years. I absolutely love Dr. Liz she is very thorough and took the time to diagnosis my ridgeback and treat him. I now live an hour away and still only bring my dog to them. The hospital had to move with the road construction and they went into a smaller building but the new building should be open soon. I also really like that they can fill the prescriptions on the spot. I love my dog so much and I am so thankful he is well!

All About Animals is top notch when it comes to vet clinics. I got my puppy about 2 years ago, and have always taken him here. Dr. Hughes is the best, and she has put together a great team over there. Every time I bring Oscar in we are both always treated like family. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and Dr. Hughes always goes out of her way to explain any medication or procedures that Oscar needs. You know it's good when my dog is actually EXCITED to go to All About Animals, instead of being stressed about going to the vet like some dogs are at other clinics. I highly recommend bringing your pets here. I will tell you there is no one else I would trust with Oscar. You should feel confident when bringing your pet to All About Animals because you can expect professionalism and service like no other.

We rated all about animals 5 starts, but truly we would rate them much higher if we could. Our story: At 1:00 am we woke up in panic after seeing our 2 1/2 year old golden Retriever not able to move and barely breathing. We immediately rushed him to an ER, Emergency Center for Animals, that's only open after hours. That night at the ER they started our dog on Iv fluids because his heart rate jumped over 200 and they wanted to give him an X-Ray. They thought he must have ate a poison frog but they never tried to flush his stomach out. At 8:00 am the next morning we called All About Animals because the ER would soon be closing (as it is an over night facility only) we explained to All about Animals what happened and they told us to bring him right in. When we brought him at this time he was in critical condition. His heart rate was extremely high, he still wasn't able to walk and now he was bleeding internally and the blood was coming out of his stool very heavily. A few days later he was still not better and Dr Hughes wanted to run a few tests. She found that our dog was in heart and liver failure and felt he got into poison, possibly rat poison. At this point we felt there was no hope, but Dr Hughes encouraged us to stay strong. She said because he was healthy and young there was a possibility she could still save his life with proper care and medication. She started him on heart and liver medication and continued the his iv fluids, Dr Hughes was doing everything possible to save his life. A few days later we noticed our golden start to respond to the medication and us as well. His numbers were starting to look a little better and each day we noticed him getting stronger and stronger. A few days later we were able to bring him home again. He is still recovering at home, but without the knowledge and the fast actions of Dr Hughes our sweet golden Retriever would not have made it. Many days we walked in crying thinking no way he is going to survive this, but thanks to the care he received at All About Animals he did. We also wanted to thank her staff for the love, support and the extra special care he received. Thank you all for staying late and coming in on your days off caring for our golden Retriever we greatly appreciate all your help and thank you all for saving his life.

Dr Hugh's is the nicest vet I've had. She really cares about all the animals no matter what condition they are in. My German Shepherd does really well there and likes her a lot. She has correctly identified a couple problems other vets did not look into. I have found her pricing to be very competitive as I took my dog to a plant City vet and was charged 1500 to tell me she had a not serious limp and for some shots. She dies get very busy and it's best to drop your animal off if you want her to have time to go over things with it. Then pick up a few hours later. Just make sure and ask for what you want and discuss cost beforehand to make sure everyone is on the same page. If you want the bare minimum say so. I prefer them to be as thorough as possible but not everyone does - so be clear about that.

Dr Hughes has no communication with the pet owner at all and when you ask a question you have to talk to the receptionist, they are completely clueless about animal care and they run and go ask the veterinarian your question, and then come back with an answer then you still have another question they had to run and go back to talk to the vet. I asked to speak to the vet she never came out. The vet has no idea how to care for an animal. My puppy has a problem with mites and I did exactly what she told me on how to care for him, nothing happened he got worse and the mites spread to different areas on his body. And her response to me two appointments later is “well did you even google what mites were, and read articles on it!” I was shocked! Like of course I look it up google, but I’m not a veterinarian I don’t know what to do, sure I can get more knowledge on it but you are the veterinarian YOU should know how to take care of the animal!!!! Will never ever go here again, The Veterinarian doesn’t know what she is doing. Take your animal to a different place. Now I have to take my puppy to a different place because he is still having problems with mites.

I was excited cause this place was about 5 minutes from my home but im super disappointed in their services. I dropped off my dog on a Thursday because they do Not neuter on fridays however my dog stayed over night because he wasn’t neutered when I was told I could pick him up later that day, mind you he didn’t eat because I was told not to feed him after midnight. I was told I could pick up my dog after 1 on Friday, I got there at 1:50 and no final paper work was done, the front staff was completely clueless, i didn’t leave with my dog until 2:40. I didn’t get an e collar and I wasn’t properly instructed on how to care for my dog, thank God I can read but considering my dog is like family I would like to feel like he’s in hands of a responsible vet office. The doctor was very nice but her staff needs to get it together. One mistake they make can cause anyone to loose their loved one, I do not feel comfortable going back and do not recommend this office.

This place is HORRIBLE! Even after warning my friend DO NOT TAKE THEIR DOG THERE, the dog is now DEAD! We had nightmare experiences with this Vet ourselves and swore never to go back. I truly wish my friend had listened, He would still have his best friend at his side. SOOOOO SAD! They couldnt find instruments they needed. They didnt use basic care procedures. They had the owners trying to revive the dog who had a reaction to medication given. Now the dog is dead! Unbelievably horrible! Stay away people!

I dropped my dog off to be spayed. They told me that I could pick her up by 7 o'clock that day. I didn't hear anything from anyone by 630 so I called and it was the answering service. I explained the situation and the answering service had a back up number that they could call and see if they could get them to answer which they did not. I then drove up to the vets office and a man came out and I told him I was there to pick up my dog and he said I should have called first. I told him I did and there was no answer and I was told to pick up my dog by 7 o'clock. My dog reeks of cat urine from wherever they laid her all the hours after the surgery to recover and I mentioned it and he said no she doesn't. The girl that was there I had smell my dog and she admitted there was urine smell so she got a paper towel and tried to wipe her off. She has long hair. That did absolutely no good so now my dog has to Reek of urine from a cat for the next six days because I cannot bathe her due to the surgery. I would definitely not be going back there. Not even mention of pain medication and she seems like she is in discomfort. I will get her through this myself. I do not recommend this veterinarian office. There are other complaints of the urine smell and I wish I read them first. I think the place is very dirty.

Love this place! I have taken my Maggie here are couple of times now and found both Dr. Hughes and Dr. Gonzalez to be wonderful. Your pet will receive quality care here at affordable prices. They will not order a bunch of unnecessary tests and procedures unlike many other places do. I appreciate that and think it speaks volumes in and of itself. The staff is friendly, the facility is super clean and they have the most adorable Cockatoo in the waiting room that will entertain you while you wait.Try "All About Animals" if you are new to the area or looking for a new vet. I'm sure you will be pleased.

I just purchased a puppy today, I called this hospital and they were completely professional, with amazing customer service. They were able to immediately fit me in. I can am and was floored at how great the staff was. I did an exam but they offered me a starter package for our new addition to our family, it was extremely reasonable. They are truly a blessing. I would recommend them to all of my friends. Couldn't ask for a better vet.

Finally a veterinary service that is both pet and people friendly. My experiences at All About Animals have been outstanding. They are the nicest, friendliest people I have encountered in a long time. There is no question or problem they can't solve. They are always available to help your pet. The professional attitude is comforting. My two boxers are not afraid to go there. They are welcome with open arms. All the employees seem eager and anxious to help. Everyone goes out of their way to assist you.

Our dog had surgery last week at All About Animals in Seffner. I could not believe today when someone called the house to make sure he was doing alright. I felt the compassion from Dr. Hughes after the surgery was over. She was truly concerned and happy that our dog came through surgery with no problems. I don't believe I have ever been to a veterinarian and had such a pleasant experience.

I called a 24-hr vet office and was told to call the Animal Pound so they could pick it up and dispose of it. I called my vet and was told that she would in at 11 am. So I started calling vet offices and found a vet open and willing to see this kitty. While driving to the vet office I saw All About Animals office and decided to stop there and see if someone there could help the kitty. I walked in the office a little past 7 am. To cut a long story short both Drs Hughes put this kitty back together. First the Kitty was stabilize for a few days then they put in 2 titanium pins to connect the separated leg bone and pieced together his fragmented jaw bones. They explained the treatments, always let me know the cost of each treatment up front. Kitty has been named Billy and he's alive due to both Drs Hughes. Billy is a healthy happy cat with no leg or jaws issues. He runs, jumps, and has a good appetite. Also, considering the treatments they performed on him the total bill was reasonable.

I went there the first time today. In response to another poster, I didn't smell any urine. The staff are a bunch of early 20-somethings but they were all nice enough. I gave them 4 stars because the place is very noisy. Whoever picked out laminate floors with no soundproofing plan made a dumb mistake, but they're moving into a new place next door soon, maybe they can lose the lost star. I saw Dr. Nicols today and she was very pleasant. Despite all the negative reviews, I won't have a problem bringing my animals back.

Just left and their new location at 712 has an overwhelming smell of urine. So overwhelming you become light headed spending any amount of time there. That was enough to ask for my records so I may leave. What made matters worse was the very unprofessional staff of young girls at this location. When asked twice why I wanted my medical records I finally fessed up and told her the smell of urine in here is so strong I cannot be in here not to mention I don't want my child in here. So the two girls stepped into a back room to devise a rather silly plan where one asks the other if it smells like urine and they would comeback with some smart answer in return. All seems very silly and childish, so one stood behind me making whispering to other to "do it now" and when I turned around and caught her she scurried out. The other girl then asked the blue haired male working if it smelled like urine and since he wasn't involved in the plan much to her regret he answered truthfully and said "yeah it kinda does". To him I'm sure it's "kinda" because he has been working all morning and unfortunately use to the smell. By all means read my review and take a whiff yourself!

This was, by far, the most unacceptable experience at a vet clinic. First of all I made and appointment at 11 AM to get my dog euthanized. I wasn't put into a room until 12 PM (not exaggerating) and there we're only two other people there waiting. Then I sat in the room for another 45 minutes waiting on a vet tech who then proceeded to take his temperature (anally) without gloves on (unprofessional and just down right disgusting?) His temperature read 108.6 (which is a fever) and told me that it was normal. Normal temperature for a dog is between 100 and 102. After being there for another 45 minutes just to be seen by the vet she says she has to dig back in the archives for my dogs records. Even though he was there a month prior to this. Needless to say my dog is now suffering for another TWO WEEKS because of the unprofessional behavior of Dr Hughes. As I was letting her know I was fed up and leaving she then stated to me "you wanna just get it over with now? I can do It real quick". ARE YOU SERIOUS?! Unnacceptable and extremely unprofessional. I will NEVER take my dog or any animals here for that matter and I recommend you do the same. A GREAT and EXCEPTIONAL veterinarian is Meadow Run on Lithia Pinecrest with Dr. Fishbach. He's amazing and loves and cares for every single animal as if they we're his own. All About Animals should be forcibly shut down due to UNprofessionalism.

Dr. Hughes (and the fill in Doctors) are always kindly open to work out anything with their patients.
Although their prices have increased in the last years, its only to try to advance their abilities to better care for your pet. I was a former employee and although I have moved on from working at AAA, I would like to thank them for the opportunity to expand my knowledge to better care for my pet and further my career.

If we're going to you for a spay/neuter with a voucher for low cost, trying to charge $50 per animal we bring in isn't right. The point of having the voucher is to try and do the right thing for the animals.
In my case, we look after some stray kittens who were born our doorstep. They're very hospitable to human contact and we haven't managed to get them homes outside of ours. We wanted to get them all fixed and get them rabies shots, as this is the responsible thing to do. If we could afford $50 fees for every single one of them, we'd just pay the full price to get them fixed at our regular vet.
Completely terrible practice.

I candidly would give Zero stars if I could. Decided to give this clinic another chance which has shown to be very poor judgment by me. IF YOU LOVE AND VALUE YOUR ANIMAL, DO NOT TAKE THEM TO THIS CLINIC.
I boarded my dog Lemon here at this clinic for 5 days. Upon picking her up, she had scratches on her face and paws and was unable to walk properly (photos and video attached). She is a 85lb rottweiler. I can only assume they had her in a kennel that is way too small for her. Her temperment was completely opposite of the usual. She appeared to be laboring and in pain. Her paws were knawled off. In analyzing my dog while walking the car, it appeared she had many, many small gnat-like flies all over her. I suspect the kennel she was in was not clean and she was itchy and biting on herself during her stay. Even before picking her up, I was curious about the conditions in which she was staying so i made a request to the front desk upon arriving at the clinic to see what those conditions were like for the dogs being boarded there. I was informed by a lady named Juliana at the front desk that I would have to wait for the doctor to arrive to do so. No problem to me. I sat and waited. The doctor came into the clinc from the back entrance about a hour later but never came to the waiting area to address any concerns. She COMPLETELY REFUSED to allow me to see the conditions in which my dog was being boarded. She did not even have the empathy or care to come to the waiting area to address the fact that my dog was in a completely different condition than what i dropped her off in. All communication I had with the clinic was through Juliana at the front desk who looked to be something like a meth head. She also showed no empathy and actually told me that i should of looked at the conditions before trusting them to take care of my dog. At this point, others are in the waiting room and they are hearing this. No professionalism whatsoever. Now, i have to take my dog to Banfield Animal Hospital to get checked as something as obviously gone very wrong while she was boarded at this vet. Front the front desk receptionists all the way up to the Vet, they do not care about your animal. I want to re-emphasize.. IF YOU LOVE AND VALUE YOUR ANIMAL, DO NOT TAKE THEM TO THIS CLINIC. I have learned the hard way.

I have been bringing my Dog to All About Animals for 11 years. I absolutely love Dr. Liz she is very thorough and took the time to diagnosis my ridgeback and treat him. I now live an hour away and still only bring my dog to them. The hospital had to move with the road construction and they went into a smaller building but the new building should be open soon. I also really like that they can fill the prescriptions on the spot. I love my dog so much and I am so thankful he is well!

All About Animals is top notch when it comes to vet clinics. I got my puppy about 2 years ago, and have always taken him here. Dr. Hughes is the best, and she has put together a great team over there. Every time I bring Oscar in we are both always treated like family. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and Dr. Hughes always goes out of her way to explain any medication or procedures that Oscar needs. You know it's good when my dog is actually EXCITED to go to All About Animals, instead of being stressed about going to the vet like some dogs are at other clinics. I highly recommend bringing your pets here. I will tell you there is no one else I would trust with Oscar. You should feel confident when bringing your pet to All About Animals because you can expect professionalism and service like no other.

We rated all about animals 5 starts, but truly we would rate them much higher if we could. Our story: At 1:00 am we woke up in panic after seeing our 2 1/2 year old golden Retriever not able to move and barely breathing. We immediately rushed him to an ER, Emergency Center for Animals, that's only open after hours. That night at the ER they started our dog on Iv fluids because his heart rate jumped over 200 and they wanted to give him an X-Ray. They thought he must have ate a poison frog but they never tried to flush his stomach out. At 8:00 am the next morning we called All About Animals because the ER would soon be closing (as it is an over night facility only) we explained to All about Animals what happened and they told us to bring him right in. When we brought him at this time he was in critical condition. His heart rate was extremely high, he still wasn't able to walk and now he was bleeding internally and the blood was coming out of his stool very heavily. A few days later he was still not better and Dr Hughes wanted to run a few tests. She found that our dog was in heart and liver failure and felt he got into poison, possibly rat poison. At this point we felt there was no hope, but Dr Hughes encouraged us to stay strong. She said because he was healthy and young there was a possibility she could still save his life with proper care and medication. She started him on heart and liver medication and continued the his iv fluids, Dr Hughes was doing everything possible to save his life. A few days later we noticed our golden start to respond to the medication and us as well. His numbers were starting to look a little better and each day we noticed him getting stronger and stronger. A few days later we were able to bring him home again. He is still recovering at home, but without the knowledge and the fast actions of Dr Hughes our sweet golden Retriever would not have made it. Many days we walked in crying thinking no way he is going to survive this, but thanks to the care he received at All About Animals he did. We also wanted to thank her staff for the love, support and the extra special care he received. Thank you all for staying late and coming in on your days off caring for our golden Retriever we greatly appreciate all your help and thank you all for saving his life.

Dr Hugh's is the nicest vet I've had. She really cares about all the animals no matter what condition they are in. My German Shepherd does really well there and likes her a lot. She has correctly identified a couple problems other vets did not look into. I have found her pricing to be very competitive as I took my dog to a plant City vet and was charged 1500 to tell me she had a not serious limp and for some shots. She dies get very busy and it's best to drop your animal off if you want her to have time to go over things with it. Then pick up a few hours later. Just make sure and ask for what you want and discuss cost beforehand to make sure everyone is on the same page. If you want the bare minimum say so. I prefer them to be as thorough as possible but not everyone does - so be clear about that.

Dr Hughes has no communication with the pet owner at all and when you ask a question you have to talk to the receptionist, they are completely clueless about animal care and they run and go ask the veterinarian your question, and then come back with an answer then you still have another question they had to run and go back to talk to the vet. I asked to speak to the vet she never came out. The vet has no idea how to care for an animal. My puppy has a problem with mites and I did exactly what she told me on how to care for him, nothing happened he got worse and the mites spread to different areas on his body. And her response to me two appointments later is “well did you even google what mites were, and read articles on it!” I was shocked! Like of course I look it up google, but I’m not a veterinarian I don’t know what to do, sure I can get more knowledge on it but you are the veterinarian YOU should know how to take care of the animal!!!! Will never ever go here again, The Veterinarian doesn’t know what she is doing. Take your animal to a different place. Now I have to take my puppy to a different place because he is still having problems with mites.

I was excited cause this place was about 5 minutes from my home but im super disappointed in their services. I dropped off my dog on a Thursday because they do Not neuter on fridays however my dog stayed over night because he wasn’t neutered when I was told I could pick him up later that day, mind you he didn’t eat because I was told not to feed him after midnight. I was told I could pick up my dog after 1 on Friday, I got there at 1:50 and no final paper work was done, the front staff was completely clueless, i didn’t leave with my dog until 2:40. I didn’t get an e collar and I wasn’t properly instructed on how to care for my dog, thank God I can read but considering my dog is like family I would like to feel like he’s in hands of a responsible vet office. The doctor was very nice but her staff needs to get it together. One mistake they make can cause anyone to loose their loved one, I do not feel comfortable going back and do not recommend this office.

I truly wish my friend had listened, He would still have his best friend at his side. SOOOOO SAD! They couldnt find instruments they needed. They didnt use basic care procedures. They had the owners trying to revive the dog who had a reaction to medication given. Now the dog is dead! Unbelievably horrible! Stay away people!

I dropped my dog off to be spayed. They told me that I could pick her up by 7 o'clock that day. I didn't hear anything from anyone by 630 so I called and it was the answering service. I explained the situation and the answering service had a back up number that they could call and see if they could get them to answer which they did not. I then drove up to the vets office and a man came out and I told him I was there to pick up my dog and he said I should have called first. I told him I did and there was no answer and I was told to pick up my dog by 7 o'clock. My dog reeks of cat urine from wherever they laid her all the hours after the surgery to recover and I mentioned it and he said no she doesn't. The girl that was there I had smell my dog and she admitted there was urine smell so she got a paper towel and tried to wipe her off. She has long hair. That did absolutely no good so now my dog has to Reek of urine from a cat for the next six days because I cannot bathe her due to the surgery. I would definitely not be going back there. Not even mention of pain medication and she seems like she is in discomfort. I will get her through this myself. I do not recommend this veterinarian office. There are other complaints of the urine smell and I wish I read them first. I think the place is very dirty.

Love this place! I have taken my Maggie here are couple of times now and found both Dr. Hughes and Dr. Gonzalez to be wonderful. Your pet will receive quality care here at affordable prices. They will not order a bunch of unnecessary tests and procedures unlike many other places do. I appreciate that and think it speaks volumes in and of itself. The staff is friendly, the facility is super clean and they have the most adorable Cockatoo in the waiting room that will entertain you while you wait.Try "All About Animals" if you are new to the area or looking for a new vet. I'm sure you will be pleased.

I can am and was floored at how great the staff was. I did an exam but they offered me a starter package for our new addition to our family, it was extremely reasonable. They are truly a blessing. I would recommend them to all of my friends. Couldn't ask for a better vet.

They are the nicest, friendliest people I have encountered in a long time. There is no question or problem they can't solve. They are always available to help your pet. The professional attitude is comforting. My two boxers are not afraid to go there. They are welcome with open arms. All the employees seem eager and anxious to help. Everyone goes out of their way to assist you.

Our dog had surgery last week at All About Animals in Seffner. I could not believe today when someone called the house to make sure he was doing alright. I felt the compassion from Dr. Hughes after the surgery was over. She was truly concerned and happy that our dog came through surgery with no problems. I don't believe I have ever been to a veterinarian and had such a pleasant experience.

I called a 24-hr vet office and was told to call the Animal Pound so they could pick it up and dispose of it. I called my vet and was told that she would in at 11 am. So I started calling vet offices ...
I called a 24-hr vet office and was told to call the Animal Pound so they could pick it up and dispose of it. I called my vet and was told that she would in at 11 am. So I started calling vet offices and found a vet open and willing to see this kitty. While driving to the vet office I saw All About Animals office and decided to stop there and see if someone there could help the kitty. I walked in the office a little past 7 am. To cut a long story short both Drs Hughes put this kitty back together. First the Kitty was stabilize for a few days then they put in 2 titanium pins to connect the separated leg bone and pieced together his fragmented jaw bones. They explained the treatments, always let me know the cost of each treatment up front. Kitty has been named Billy and he's alive due to both Drs Hughes. Billy is a healthy happy cat with no leg or jaws issues. He runs, jumps, and has a good appetite. Also, considering the treatments they performed on him the total bill was reasonable.

I went there the first time today. In response to another poster, I didn't smell any urine. The staff are a bunch of early 20-somethings but they were all nice enough. I gave them 4 stars because the place is very noisy. Whoever picked out laminate floors with no soundproofing plan made a dumb mistake, but they're moving into a new place next door soon, maybe they can lose the lost star. I saw Dr. Nicols today and she was very pleasant. Despite all the negative reviews, I won't have a problem bringing my animals back.

Just left and their new location at 712 has an overwhelming smell of urine. So overwhelming you become light headed spending any amount of time there. That was enough to ask for my records so I may leave. What made matters worse was the very unprofessional staff of young girls at this location. When asked twice why I wanted my medical records I finally fessed up and told her the smell of urine in here is so strong I cannot be in here not to mention I don't want my child in here. So the two girls stepped into a back room to devise a rather silly plan where one asks the other if it smells like urine and they would comeback with some smart answer in return. All seems very silly and childish, so one stood behind me making whispering to other to "do it now" and when I turned around and caught her she scurried out. The other girl then asked the blue haired male working if it smelled like urine and since he wasn't involved in the plan much to her regret he answered truthfully and said "yeah it kinda does". This was, by far, the most unacceptable experience at a vet clinic. First of all I made and appointment at 11 AM to get my dog euthanized. I wasn't put into a room until 12 PM (not exaggerating) and there we're only two other people there waiting. Then I sat in the room for another 45 minutes waiting on a vet tech who then proceeded to take his temperature (anally) without gloves on (unprofessional and just down right disgusting?) His temperature read 108.6 (which is a fever) and told me that it was normal. Normal temperature for a dog is between 100 and 102. After being there for another 45 minutes just to be seen by the vet she says she has to dig back in the archives for my dogs records. Even though he was there a month prior to this. Needless to say my dog is now suffering for another TWO WEEKS because of the unprofessional behavior of Dr Hughes. As I was letting her know I was fed up and leaving she then stated to me "you wanna just get it over with now? I can do It real quick". ARE YOU SERIOUS?! Unnacceptable and extremely unprofessional. I will NEVER take my dog or any animals here for that matter and I recommend you do the same. A GREAT and EXCEPTIONAL veterinarian is Meadow Run on Lithia Pinecrest with Dr. Fishbach. He's amazing and loves and cares for every single animal as if they we're his own. All About Animals should be forcibly shut down due to UNprofessionalism.

Even during their most stressful times with their unfortunate battle with their location, due to the expansion on MLK blvd, All About Animals still finds a way to provide the best care possible for your pet.
Dr. Hughes (and the fill in Doctors) are always kindly open to work out anything with their patients.
Although their prices have increased in the last years, its only to try to advance their abilities to better care for your pet. I was a former employee and although I have moved on from working at AAA, I would like to thank them for the opportunity to expand my knowledge to better care for my pet and further my career.

Staff was really nice, and took time to love on my dogs so they would be more comfortable. Can not beat the price either. Will definitely be back!

If we're going to you for a spay/neuter with a voucher for low cost, trying to charge $50 per animal we bring in isn't right. The point of having the voucher is to try and do the right thing for the animals.
In my case, we look after some stray kittens who were born our doorstep. They're very hospitable to human contact and we haven't managed to get them homes outside of ours. We wanted to get them all fixed and get them rabies shots, as this is the responsible thing to do. If we could afford $50 fees for every single one of them, we'd just pay the full price to get them fixed at our regular vet.
Completely terrible practice.
