I like Dr. Bustter. I was originally with Dr. Jaar who owned this practice and then sold it to Dr. Bustter.
She is a very compassionate and capable vet. She always spent a good deal of time with me and my dog.
Unfortunately, my dog had a persistent UTI that was not improving, and this clinic is an hour from my home, so I sought a second opinion before returning to Dr
Bustter to perform the surgery to remove a cancerous tumor in my dog's bladder.
Prior to this surgery, my dog's prognosis was not good, but she has just had her 6 month check-up, and so far is cancer free.
I do attribute this to the capable hands of Dr. Bustter, and the kind folks who work at this vet hospital.

We couldn’t be happier with Dr Bustter. She is very caring and compassionate. She takes her time with all of our pets at every visit. When we had to put our old man down, she actually came to the house so that he could fall asleep in the comfort of his own bed. She loves our pets like they’re her own.

I recently brought my dog Chopper in for a second opinion since he has been having vomiting and diarrhea on and off for months and his previous vet couldn't find what was wrong . Dr. Bustter was very thorough in her exam and after few test send me home with some pills and recommended a new diet. She explained things very well and she as well as her staff was very friendly. Since then he is back to normal. I thing Dr. Bustter is the best vet in the area and Chopper loves his new vet. Will definitely recommend her to my friends and family.

We feel quite fortunate to have found Dr. Bustter. She has given plenty of tender loving care to my dog, Jackson. We found her on a whim, since her office is centrally located right next to Publix. She provides her honest and sincere opinion and that is such a positive quality in a vet. I feel lucky to have her as part of our team! She is even open on Saturdays which was a definite plus for us. Can highly recommend!!!

Common courtesies and friendliness are important to me, especially when I'm spending money on any service but especially for my pet. Office staff are not friendly, their phone skills are incredibly lacking and they never return calls. Vet was not warm or friendly to my sweet dog or to myself which is a huge turn off considering that she dedicated her life to caring for animals. I went several times in hopes that they would warm up a little but that never happened. After speaking with a few other animal owners who have visited this office, it is evident that I am not the only person who feels this way. I switched to another vet and I couldn't be happier.

Best Vet I have found in S. FL. Dr.Jaar is a super caring vet that truly loves all animals. She goes out of her way to find the right remedy for each problem and illness. I have been taking my dog Teddy to her for over 10 years and she has always delivered the best care. He has had numerous problems with allergies and kidney stones and she has always made him feel better. I feel lucky to have found such a good vet! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a good and honest vet that will love your pet like it is her own. Also, the office staff is very professional and caring just like her!

I can't say enough about the staff at Bow Meow they are exceptional. They have cared for my dog since he was a puppy. I think his actions speak the loudest about Bow Meow. When we arrive he can't wait to get inside and see his friends (the staff). When it's time to leave I have to practically carry him out to the car. I have never in my life witnessed this from any of my dogs with their Vet. We've moved away and only hope the staff at the next Veterinarian we choose is half that of Bow Meow. Bear and I will miss all of you!!!

i have been going there for both of my dogs for the last 10 years....she is the only dct that doesn't feed me bull about my dogs allergies & try to sell me thousands of dollars of special foods etc......

We use them for boarding as well, and when the dog sees our suitcases and knows he's going, he hops in the van and wags his tail the whole way because he knows he's in for a week of pampering and TLC from all of his buddies.

I had the worst experience with them, I was one of their regular clients and they treated me so badly when my dog broke her leg in front of everyone because I didn't have the complete balance and I told them they would have it the next day. Being a long term good paying client you would think that would be fine but no they humiliated me again and and treated my dog while treating me badly. I went the next day paid my balance got all my records and I am never returning!!!!!

Office staff are not friendly, their phone skills are incredibly lacking and they never return calls.
