Dr. Amy and the entire staff are absolutely AMAZING! I had no idea they were there until I had no choice but to find a new vet. Appointments: new pet patients are seen T-Th only, which was perfect for me as I could plan accordingly. Staff: From the receptionist to Vet Tech to Dr. Amy: everyone is absolutely amazing. My dog will need to boarded (first time ever) and they double checked with the boarding facility to make sure they did everything correctly the first time to help me have a smooth boarding experience. If you're looking for a new vet or are new to the area, you can't go wrong with Countryside Animal.

Dr. Amy is genuinely one of the best things that has happened to us. My cat is an older Persian and has constant issues. The staff at countryside has always gone above and beyond to explore every possible avenue to help my best friend stay healthy. She honestly saved my cat's life at one point. I know it's not always possible for all vet visits to end happily, but I am so grateful for all of the efforts that are always made. Also, the entire staff is lovely, Lisa at the front desk has been my hero on multiple occasions. Go to this vet! They are great!

The staff here is phenomenal. We recently had to put our 15 year old dog to sleep and they were exceptional during our tough time. We received a card of sympathy from them as well as notification that they had made a donation in our dogs name to the national arbor day foundation. Small things like this just help emphasize the care and concern they have for their patients and the families of the patients.

Dr. Amy is the best! Unfortunately for my pets, I have been to see her and her staff countless times for various issues and each experience has been great. You can tell she truly cares about her work and loves animals. I have always been able to get an appointment within a reasonable time. The front desk staff, as well as the vet techs/assistants are equally as wonderful. The small waiting area can get a little busy at times, and a little overwhelming if you have a stubborn pet that isn't used to being around other animals, but hardly a big deal. I highly recommend.

We lucked out moving here and finding a great vet so close! Dr. Amy is wonderful! To the girl that had an emergency and didn't get in...I too have worked for a vet's office and I can tell you...if the vet office is not an "emergency vet clinic" they usually won't take you if your pet hasn't established a history there. Countryside Animal Hospital will take in an emergency IF they can handle it and have the time. Dr. Amy has a booming practice with a tight schedule (so tight she's no longer accepting new patients) My dogs are and have been patients there for a couple of years and I did have an emergency about a month ago and wasn't able to get in because they were booked with surgeries that day. I get it. That's why designated emergency vet clinics exist...

I find it ridiculous how this hospital does not take new clients! And not only new clients but the fact that it was an emergency because my pet was stung by a wasp, my pets leg was swollen and she could not walk and all the receptionist could tell me was "you're not even a client of ours"..horrible customer service! I work in the veterinary field for about 3 years and we alway take in pets even if that means we leave late, even if it's 2min before we close. Ridiculous ..I would never refer them!!

Appointments: new pet patients are seen T-Th only, which was perfect for me as I could plan accordingly. Staff: From the receptionist to Vet Tech to Dr. Amy: everyone is absolutely amazing. Dr. Amy is genuinely one of the best things that has happened to us. My cat is an older Persian and has constant issues. The staff at countryside has always gone above and beyond to explore every possible avenue to help my best friend stay healthy. She honestly saved my cat's life at one point. I know it's not always possible for all vet visits to end happily, but I am so grateful for all of the efforts that are always made. Also, the entire staff is lovely, Lisa at the front desk has been my hero on multiple occasions. Go to this vet! They are great!

You can tell she truly cares about her work and loves animals. I have always been able to get an appointment within a reasonable time. The front desk staff, as well as the vet techs/assistants are equally as wonderful. The small waiting area can get a little busy at times, and a little overwhelming if you have a stubborn pet that isn't used to being around other animals, but hardly a big deal. I highly recommend.
