I found 4th Street Pet Hospital on Yelp. I was shocked to learn at the first visit that my beloved cat was very ill. Over the next couple of months, Dr. Montor and the staff were incredibly caring. I can't imagine how much more difficult the experience would have been had I not been so blessed to find this wonderful office. Even on the very worst day, they were so loving towards my cat and to me. If I ever adopt another cat, I will definitely take them to 4th Street Pet Hospital.

My dog had an on and off ear infection for years that three other vets couldn't solve. One visit with Dr.Cottin and her ears clear up three days later. It's been a few weeks since and they're still looking good. All the employees I've interacted with have been very friendly and loving to my animals. They're pretty busy, I had to schedule two different days for my dog and cat a week apart, but they aren't crowded. They got them up to date on vaccines and on proper heart worm and flea prevention after explaining different options. I'm happy with their care. They accept CareCredit.

I've tried several times this week to write this review and I haven't been able to find the words. Here goes... A month after we moved to St Pete our 11 year old black lab mix developed a lump about the size of a golfball on her throat. I came to Yelp to find a vet -- 3 days later when we got her in it was the size of a baseball. They took samples and a couple days later they called with the news. It was cancer. They provided us with a treatment plan, but the tumor was aggressive. Three weeks later it was almost the size of a football and we found ourselves back and having the discussion about our options. The next day, we came back with our other dog and sent Lucy onto her next adventure. There are a lot of reviews about how great this office is with their ongoing care, but I we haven't had that experience yet with them and our other pets. What I can tell you is how amazing they are when you have to make one of the most difficult decisions of your life. I want to recognize them for the love and compassion they showed our family in this heartbreaking limited interaction. We are new to their area, Lucy was not their long term patient and we are not their long term clients. It was above and beyond and our family will continue to use them for many years I think.

My dogs are over 15 and 11 years old. Dr Kelley takes his time, there is no rushing through an appt. , ask as many questions as you like and the office staff calls after appts that may require new meds or more serious issues than a physical. I took my 3 year old boxer mix Lola here for some pain she was having in her knee. Dr Kelly was kind, professional and very informative. He really listened to my concerns and provided thorough answers. I could really tell that he and his vet tech not only love animals, but know their stuff! I will never go to another vet again- on top of all this they were super affordable and didn't push extra medicine or procedures. They even called the next day to check on Lola. The entire staff, from receptionists to technicians to the vets are all wonderful! I have found every one there to be kind, caring and compassionate. All are knowledgeable and helpful. They have seen us through two pets passing on to Rainbow Bridge. Dr. Kelley has to be the most compassionate and empathetic vet I have ever met, and I've had dogs for over 40 years! He is not afraid to show that he, too, is human. That, to me, is what sets 4th street vets apart from all the others.

Although my golden retriever's life was taken by cancer, 4th Street did everything they could over the past 2 years to keep him living and healthy as long as possible. Dooger LOVED Dr. Kelly and all of his support staff. They treat your pets like kings and queens over there. I would go out of my way to bring my future dog to 4th Street.

I have an old dog 14 years old and she was given a drug that made her act crazy and have racing heart to the point she was losing her ability to hold her bladder and she didnt sleep for over a week, poor doggie. I called to talk to them about it and was told to "put her back on the medicine" by the receptionist. No Dr call!! Wouldnt you think that if someone was told this that they would take the 5 minutes to call me back to discuss whats happening BEFORE telling me to just put her back on the medicine. Really not cool! Im so upset because I really thought this place was high integrity. Id never tell someone to go ahead and keep taking something that clearly was giving a bad side effect. I plan to pick up the records of all the money Ive spent in getting her tested and take them elsewhere. Ill never bring my 3 animals back here again.

I love this place! Dr Montor was great and gentle with our special need rescue and Lindsey was super sweet. We received a discount for extra wait time and my fur baby and I were both offered something to drink while waiting. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I had to wait 5 days for a response back from Dr Montor regarding a non ER question. It was her birthday weekend so I hope you had a great time Doc. Just never had my Vet take a vaca so it took me by surprise. Guess this is why she is so patient and great with her fur clients and their folks.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Dr. Montor has seen all three of my cats. She is generous with her time and answers questions thoroughly. When our youngest cat had an issue, Dr. Montor did the lab work at her hospital and when she was had concerns about the results and wanted more detail, she not only sent the specimen to a pathologist, but she ate her cost of the lab work that she had done at her hospital. When Dr. Montor got the results (good news for our cat), she took her personal time on a Saturday to call us to let us know the results so we wouldn't spend the weekend being anxious. Dr. Montor and her staff are so kind and compassionate. Dr. Montor's staff are attentive and diligent. They submit all of Dr. Montor's notes to our pet insurance company, saving us the trouble. It's easy to get an appointment and Dr. Montor's costs are very reasonable.

Bedside manner - 5/5 Reception - 5/5Effective treatment - 5/5I took my 5-month-old Aussie in because her eyes were red and itchy. She is a little shy, but the vet sat on the floor to get on her level and she came up to him right away. After a few minutes of getting to know my dog, the vet took a look at her eyes to make sure she didn't have a scratch or any trauma to the eyes. He explained in great detail how the eye drops he prescribed worked and how we should use them now and if the allergic reaction comes back. Within one day, my pup was feeling 100% better. The next day, I got a follow up phone call to check in and make sure my dog was doing ok. The only possible caveat here is the price. Nothing unreasonable, but a vet visit fee is $55 for a sick pet, plus the cost of treatment. You can get cheaper treatment at a low-cost clinic if you need to. But if you can afford to spend a little more on vet care, it pays off in the experience here and peace of mind.

I have brought both of my dogs to this vet and it was such a great experience both times! We started by taking our 4 year old dog, Dakota, a couple months ago and were welcomed by such a friendly staff and lots of helpful information. They are not pushy and I didn't feel pressured to buy anything but they provided a lot of good insight on products that Dakota could benefit from. We recently got a new puppy, Archer, and brought him in for his boosters and we received the same excellent care from the staff! They also helped by giving us some puppy training tips which is great. I would recommend this vet for anyone who is looking for a friendly place to take their pet - you will be taken care of here!

The next day my dog could not bark and she developed a broken blood vessel in her left eye. Apparently, they were very rough with her. She could not get out of their office fast enough. Please, Please, do not bring your beloved best friend to his horrible vet. And I use that word very loosely. I called to talk to the vet and left messages and she has not called back.

Worst experience ever!!!! I took my beagle in for a routine exam on March 14, 2016. The next day my dog's bark was raspy and she developed a broken blood vessel in her left eye. For two days I tried to get in contact with the vet, no call back. I suspect that they were very rough with her and she is a total sweetheart. She literally ran out of the office, when I went to pick her up. In addition, they try the hard sales pitch. My dog needed joint supplements and 6 month supply of flea and tick medication. "They kept telling to be careful where I buy it because it can sit in a warehouse that is too hot." Please, Please do not bring your beloved dog to this so called "pet hospital." My dog is still suffering. Her eye is tearing blood.

I've been taking my pets to Dr. Montor and her staff since they opened their office in St. Petersburg. I believe I was one of their first clients! My pets and I are always treated with kindness and professionalism. It is obvious that the love animals! The office is warm and friendly and I never have to wait long. Someone usually asks if my dog needs a bowl of water or if I need some coffee. they have a wonderful quiet room that I have seen on two occasions. Once when bringing in a newly found dog that was so scared she wouldn't walk on her own and once when I had to put my old, very sick pup down. Both times we were not rushed, were checked on regularly with concern and support and on both occasions, Dr. Montor and her staff sat on the floor to accommodate my loved pets. The office is very clean and well organized. I have recommended Dr. Montor to family and friends who have continued to benefit from their services. Dr. Montor is a kind and compassionate veterinarian.

We moved here from out of state a little over a month ago with our baby, a 10 year old miniature Yorkie named Zoe. Finding a new Vet after using the same one for the last 30 years was very important to us. I searched Yelp for guidance and ended up choosing 4th Street Vet Hospital. We have now had Zoe there twice. 1st trip for vaccinations, 2nd trip for dental cleaning and check up. The Vet, Dr. Montor, was very thorough with her examinations of Zoe, did X-rays of her teeth and made recommendations of how to proceed with future care. Dr. Montor sat and talked to me for quite a while after Zoe's appointment and let me ask all kinds of questions. The office always calls the day after treatment to check on how she is doing. We are extremely happy with our choice of Veterinary care! The office is very nice and clean with a great team of professionals staffing it. Can't say enough good things about 4th Street Vet Hospital. Thanks for taking such great care of our baby!

WE MISS HEATHER!!!! My family and I started going to this vet in 2012, what sold us was the ad, "same vet every visit" and also the front office manager Heather. Well, Heather is gone and every time we come in now we have a different vet. 3 different vets now. Our last experience with Dr. Fisher wasn't too pleasant. We felt rushed during the exam and we were quickly removed from the exam room out to the lobby by the nurse. The great attention that once was given to my furry family member is gone. The lobby was FULL and there was no where for my family of two to sit, we waited out front in the summer heat and with the smokers from the restaurant next door. Prices have gone up, and we understand that this needs to happen for some businesses, but WHOA!!!! 260$ for a ear infection diagnosis and treatment. It was told to me as well that they would need to a recheck on the ear in a few weeks to make sure the infection is gone, I would need another exam and a test at that time. Too much money.Heather was always pleasant at the front desk and took her time to educate us on flea medicine and other services that we were unfamiliar with. She took time to listen to my family and our needs at the office and she always greeted us by our first name and made sure to give our pup a loving hug! Pup always gave kisses on her face and she paid no attention to the extra sloppy love!! The receptionist up front are very young and don't seem to have the right touch as Heather did. By their interactions with us and other clients I firmly believe they don't even want to be there. BOTTOM LINE: customer service is poor. Vet care is okay but rushed and left with many questions. Prices are sky high and unreasonable.

While on vacation with our family, our German Shepard injured her mouth and had a large gash on it. From the moment we walked in our dog was at ease. The ladies behind the desk came out to welcome our dog and pet her. Once we were in the exam room Kendall was wonderful! She sat on the floor with our dog and helped her relax. The Dr. was very warm and friendly. Ultimately our dog needed to have surgery to fix her wound. The staff kept us informed throughout the day, and fixed our baby girl up. They even did a follow up call the next day. We could not have been more pleased with the service we received here!

I can't say enough good things about this office and the amazing people who work here! I was referred by a close friend who knew how over protective I am about my dog Nahni. I walked in and she was instantly very comfortable, which of course put me at ease. The office is very clean and we were even offered coffee or tea while we waited, which wasn't very long, maybe 15mins.We went in for our first visit to have an annual exam and shots but by the end of the day Dr.Kelley had to tell me my dog has an aggressive bone cancer. What happened next is why I gave them 5 stars and would give them a million more. Dr.Kelley stayed past closing hours and took his time to explain each x-ray, go into detail of what all of my options were and answer every one of my questions. He was very compassionate and when giving me my options was very factual and honest. I never felt rushed. He even hugged me as I started to absorb everything. As I was paying, the vet techs were so kind and talked with me and shared their own pet stories. Everyone made sure that if I had any questions going further to not hesitate to call or come by and they would take care of us.I feel like Dr. Kelley and his staff really went the extra mile for me and Nahni and we were brand new patients. Our previous vets never even came close to making me feel so comfortable and well taken care of. I can't thank them enough for the excellent care of both me and my dog.

As soon as my dog and I walked in, I felt welcome and comfortable. The waiting area is nice and clean- not smelly lol. EVERYONE that helped me while there was so friendly-not like, fake plastic smile friendly but genuinely nice and helpful.Dr. Montor- wonderful! I loved how extremely thorough the exam was for my fur baby. Her and the tech that assisted (I"m so horrible with names, sorry!) asked many good questions and expressed real interest in my dog's well being. I did not feel as if we were being rushed out of there like I have at other places. I liked that everything that was being done that day was itemized out by price so I knew exactly how much I was paying. The ladies in front were awesome! I learned a lot about the resident kitties lol. And Mr. Montor is so caring! He offered us beverages while we were waiting- I declined but my dog got some fresh water. It was very sweet of him to do that for her. I even got a phone call to check and see how my dog was doing after her vaccinations. Wow! Now that's customer service! I am thrilled to have found 4th Street Pet Hospital and will continue to come here for all of my dog's needs. Thanks Dr. Montor and staff! :)

I found 4th Street Pet Hospital on Yelp. I was shocked to learn at the first visit that my beloved cat was very ill. Over the next couple of months, Dr. Montor and the staff were incredibly caring. I can't imagine how much more difficult the experience would have been had I not been so blessed to find this wonderful office. Even on the very worst day, they were so loving towards my cat and to me. If I ever adopt another cat, I will definitely take them to 4th Street Pet Hospital.

My dog had an on and off ear infection for years that three other vets couldn't solve. One visit with Dr.Cottin and her ears clear up three days later. It's been a few weeks since and they're still looking good. All the employees I've interacted with have been very friendly and loving to my animals. They're pretty busy, I had to schedule two different days for my dog and cat a week apart, but they aren't crowded. They got them up to date on vaccines and on proper heart worm and flea prevention after explaining different options. I'm happy with their care. They accept CareCredit.

I've tried several times this week to write this review and I haven't been able to find the words. Here goes... A month after we moved to St Pete our 11 year old black lab mix developed a lump about the size of a golfball on her throat. I came to Yelp to find a vet -- 3 days later when we got her in it was the size of a baseball. They took samples and a couple days later they called with the news. It was cancer. They provided us with a treatment plan, but the tumor was aggressive. Three weeks later it was almost the size of a football and we found ourselves back and having the discussion about our options. The next day, we came back with our other dog and sent Lucy onto her next adventure. There are a lot of reviews about how great this office is with their ongoing care, but I we haven't had that experience yet with them and our other pets. What I can tell you is how amazing they are when you have to make one of the most difficult decisions of your life. I want to recognize them for the love and compassion they showed our family in this heartbreaking limited interaction. We are new to their area, Lucy was not their long term patient and we are not their long term clients. It was above and beyond and our family will continue to use them for many years I think.

My dogs are over 15 and 11 years old. Dr Kelley takes his time, there is no rushing through an appt. , ask as many questions as you like and the office staff calls after appts that may require new meds or more serious issues than a physical. If you ask to speak to Dr Kelley, he has returned my call as late as 9pm. I wish he was my doctor. So give it a try only you can decide. Thankfully Sandy Lloyd

I took my 3 year old boxer mix Lola here for some pain she was having in her knee. Dr Kelly was kind, professional and very informative. He really listened to my concerns and provided thorough answers. I could really tell that he and his vet tech not only love animals, but know their stuff! I will never go to another vet again- on top of all this they were super affordable and didn't push extra medicine or procedures. They even called the next day to check on Lola. The entire staff, from receptionists to technicians to the vets are all wonderful! I have found every one there to be kind, caring and compassionate. All are knowledgeable and helpful. They have seen us through two pets passing on to Rainbow Bridge. Dr. Kelley has to be the most compassionate and empathetic vet I have ever met, and I've had dogs for over 40 years! He is not afraid to show that he, too, is human. That, to me, is what sets 4th street vets apart from all the others.

Although my golden retriever's life was taken by cancer, 4th Street did everything they could over the past 2 years to keep him living and healthy as long as possible. Dooger LOVED Dr. Kelly and all of his support staff. They treat your pets like kings and queens over there. I would go out of my way to bring my future dog to 4th Street.

I have an old dog 14 years old and she was given a drug that made her act crazy and have racing heart to the point she was losing her ability to hold her bladder and she didnt sleep for over a week, poor doggie. I called to talk to them about it and was told to "put her back on the medicine" by the receptionist. No Dr call!! Wouldnt you think that if someone was told this that they would take the 5 minutes to call me back to discuss whats happening BEFORE telling me to just put her back on the medicine. Really not cool! Im so upset because I really thought this place was high integrity. Id never tell someone to go ahead and keep taking something that clearly was giving a bad side effect. I plan to pick up the records of all the money Ive spent in getting her tested and take them elsewhere. Ill never bring my 3 animals back here again.

I love this place! Dr Montor was great and gentle with our special need rescue and Lindsey was super sweet. We received a discount for extra wait time and my fur baby and I were both offered something to drink while waiting. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I had to wait 5 days for a response back from Dr Montor regarding a non ER question. It was her birthday weekend so I hope you had a great time Doc. Just never had my Vet take a vaca so it took me by surprise. Guess this is why she is so patient and great with her fur clients and their folks.

First visit. Everyone was friendly and professional and treated Jack well. Doctor was excellent, explaining everything. And they let you know about costs every step of the way. So far, I am liking them very much. He goes back in 10 days, we'll see if the good ride continues.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Dr. Montor has seen all three of my cats. She is generous with her time and answers questions thoroughly. When our youngest cat had an issue, Dr. Montor did the lab work at her hospital and when she was had concerns about the results and wanted more detail, she not only sent the specimen to a pathologist, but she ate her cost of the lab work that she had done at her hospital. When Dr. Montor got the results (good news for our cat), she took her personal time on a Saturday to call us to let us know the results so we wouldn't spend the weekend being anxious. Dr. Montor and her staff are so kind and compassionate. Dr. Montor's staff are attentive and diligent. They submit all of Dr. Montor's notes to our pet insurance company, saving us the trouble. It's easy to get an appointment and Dr. Montor's costs are very reasonable.

I found the best clinic in town. Dr Kelly, Ashley & the staff were wonderful for my pre exam appointment for my boxers spaying. Dr Kelly got right on the floor with Ruby and made us both feel confident with the doctor. Ashley the vet tech was amazing in her skills to explain the pre and post surgery events in great detail. Bedside manner - 5/5 Reception - 5/5Effective treatment - 5/5I took my 5-month-old Aussie in because her eyes were red and itchy. She is a little shy, but the vet sat on the floor to get on her level and she came up to him right away. After a few minutes of getting to know my dog, the vet took a look at her eyes to make sure she didn't have a scratch or any trauma to the eyes. He explained in great detail how the eye drops he prescribed worked and how we should use them now and if the allergic reaction comes back. Within one day, my pup was feeling 100% better. The next day, I got a follow up phone call to check in and make sure my dog was doing ok. The only possible caveat here is the price. Nothing unreasonable, but a vet visit fee is $55 for a sick pet, plus the cost of treatment. You can get cheaper treatment at a low-cost clinic if you need to. But if you can afford to spend a little more on vet care, it pays off in the experience here and peace of mind.

I have brought both of my dogs to this vet and it was such a great experience both times! We started by taking our 4 year old dog, Dakota, a couple months ago and were welcomed by such a friendly staff and lots of helpful information. They are not pushy and I didn't feel pressured to buy anything but they provided a lot of good insight on products that Dakota could benefit from. We recently got a new puppy, Archer, and brought him in for his boosters and we received the same excellent care from the staff! They also helped by giving us some puppy training tips which is great. I would recommend this vet for anyone who is looking for a friendly place to take their pet - you will be taken care of here!

Dr. Montor has regulated her meds to give her the most optimal life with her condition. Dr. Montor contacted a vet pharmacy for me and saved me over $500/mo. on Rx. Beware!!!! Do not take your dog to this horrible place. I brought my Beagle in for a routine check up, on March 14, 2016. The next day my dog could not bark and she developed a broken blood vessel in her left eye. Apparently, they were very rough with her. She could not get out of their office fast enough. Please, Please, do not bring your beloved best friend to his horrible vet. And I use that word very loosely. I called to talk to the vet and left messages and she has not called back.

Worst experience ever!!!! I took my beagle in for a routine exam on March 14, 2016. The next day my dog's bark was raspy and she developed a broken blood vessel in her left eye. For two days I tried to get in contact with the vet, no call back. I suspect that they were very rough with her and she is a total sweetheart. She literally ran out of the office, when I went to pick her up. In addition, they try the hard sales pitch. My dog needed joint supplements and 6 month supply of flea and tick medication. "They kept telling to be careful where I buy it because it can sit in a warehouse that is too hot." Please, Please do not bring your beloved dog to this so called "pet hospital." My dog is still suffering. Her eye is tearing blood.

I've been taking my pets to Dr. Montor and her staff since they opened their office in St. Petersburg. I believe I was one of their first clients! My pets and I are always treated with kindness and professionalism. It is obvious that the love animals! The office is warm and friendly and I never have to wait long. Someone usually asks if my dog needs a bowl of water or if I need some coffee. they have a wonderful quiet room that I have seen on two occasions. Once when bringing in a newly found dog that was so scared she wouldn't walk on her own and once when I had to put my old, very sick pup down. Both times we were not rushed, were checked on regularly with concern and support and on both occasions, Dr. Montor and her staff sat on the floor to accommodate my loved pets. The office is very clean and well organized. I have recommended Dr. Montor to family and friends who have continued to benefit from their services. Dr. Montor is a kind and compassionate veterinarian.

They always take great care of her, always playful with her, and call to check up when she's feeling ill. We moved here from out of state a little over a month ago with our baby, a 10 year old miniature Yorkie named Zoe. Finding a new Vet after using the same one for the last 30 years was very important to us. I searched Yelp for guidance and ended up choosing 4th Street Vet Hospital. We have now had Zoe there twice. 1st trip for vaccinations, 2nd trip for dental cleaning and check up. The Vet, Dr. Montor, was very thorough with her examinations of Zoe, did X-rays of her teeth and made recommendations of how to proceed with future care. Dr. Montor sat and talked to me for quite a while after Zoe's appointment and let me ask all kinds of questions. The office always calls the day after treatment to check on how she is doing. We are extremely happy with our choice of Veterinary care! The office is very nice and clean with a great team of professionals staffing it. Can't say enough good things about 4th Street Vet Hospital. Thanks for taking such great care of our baby!

WE MISS HEATHER!!!! My family and I started going to this vet in 2012, what sold us was the ad, "same vet every visit" and also the front office manager Heather. Well, Heather is gone and every time we come in now we have a different vet. 3 different vets now. Our last experience with Dr. Fisher wasn't too pleasant. We felt rushed during the exam and we were quickly removed from the exam room out to the lobby by the nurse. The great attention that once was given to my furry family member is gone. The lobby was FULL and there was no where for my family of two to sit, we waited out front in the summer heat and with the smokers from the restaurant next door. Prices have gone up, and we understand that this needs to happen for some businesses, but WHOA!!!! 260$ for a ear infection diagnosis and treatment. It was told to me as well that they would need to a recheck on the ear in a few weeks to make sure the infection is gone, I would need another exam and a test at that time. Too much money.Heather was always pleasant at the front desk and took her time to educate us on flea medicine and other services that we were unfamiliar with. She took time to listen to my family and our needs at the office and she always greeted us by our first name and made sure to give our pup a loving hug! Pup always gave kisses on her face and she paid no attention to the extra sloppy love!! The receptionist up front are very young and don't seem to have the right touch as Heather did. By their interactions with us and other clients I firmly believe they don't even want to be there. BOTTOM LINE: customer service is poor. Vet care is okay but rushed and left with many questions. Prices are sky high and unreasonable.

While on vacation with our family, our German Shepard injured her mouth and had a large gash on it. From the moment we walked in our dog was at ease. The ladies behind the desk came out to welcome our dog and pet her. Once we were in the exam room Kendall was wonderful! She sat on the floor with our dog and helped her relax. The Dr. was very warm and friendly. Ultimately our dog needed to have surgery to fix her wound. The staff kept us informed throughout the day, and fixed our baby girl up. They even did a follow up call the next day. We could not have been more pleased with the service we received here!

I can't say enough good things about this office and the amazing people who work here! I was referred by a close friend who knew how over protective I am about my dog Nahni. I walked in and she was instantly very comfortable, which of course put me at ease. The office is very clean and we were even offered coffee or tea while we waited, which wasn't very long, maybe 15mins.We went in for our first visit to have an annual exam and shots but by the end of the day Dr.Kelley had to tell me my dog has an aggressive bone cancer. What happened next is why I gave them 5 stars and would give them a million more. Dr.Kelley stayed past closing hours and took his time to explain each x-ray, go into detail of what all of my options were and answer every one of my questions. He was very compassionate and when giving me my options was very factual and honest. I never felt rushed. He even hugged me as I started to absorb everything. As I was paying, the vet techs were so kind and talked with me and shared their own pet stories. Everyone made sure that if I had any questions going further to not hesitate to call or come by and they would take care of us.I feel like Dr. Kelley and his staff really went the extra mile for me and Nahni and we were brand new patients. Our previous vets never even came close to making me feel so comfortable and well taken care of. I can't thank them enough for the excellent care of both me and my dog.

EVERYONE that helped me while there was so friendly-not like, fake plastic smile friendly but genuinely nice and helpful.Dr. Montor- wonderful! I loved how extremely thorough the exam was for my fur baby. Her and the tech that assisted (I"m so horrible with names, sorry!) asked many good questions and expressed real interest in my dog's well being. I did not feel as if we were being rushed out of there like I have at other places. I liked that everything that was being done that day was itemized out by price so I knew exactly how much I was paying. The ladies in front were awesome! I learned a lot about the resident kitties lol. And Mr. Montor is so caring! He offered us beverages while we were waiting- I declined but my dog got some fresh water. It was very sweet of him to do that for her. I even got a phone call to check and see how my dog was doing after her vaccinations. Wow! Now that's customer service! I am thrilled to have found 4th Street Pet Hospital and will continue to come here for all of my dog's needs. Thanks Dr. Montor and staff! :)
