i was very nervous about finding a new vet after moving here from Arkansas,. My Monte isn't a bad boy as much as he is a scared boy. He came from a bad situation, and I do worry how he will react to new people. Everyone here was wonderful and kind, not just to him but to me as well. They were so good with him, and while they might not have noticed he took to them in his Monte way immediately. They also worke with me to keep things within my budget going over everything with me. On the way out he even made friends with a gentleman at the counter with me, and he never does that so I know he felt comfortable and safe I really made the right choice. I'm happy with our new Doctor and all the staff there!

Dr. Parra and all of the staff here, including the techs and front desk staff are top notch. They are thorough, knowledgeable, patient, and have great bedside manner with pups and anxious pet parents alike. I especially like that they will clear the lobby out, or let you know when it's clear, if you call from the parking lot and let them know that your pet doesn't do well around other animals. My dog can't handle cats or other large dogs, and this makes sure that the whole experience gets off on the right foot, rather than walking right into pandemonium. It may seem like a small thing, but it's so appreciated! I've never had trouble getting an appointment in a timely manner, and their location is very convenient. We're very happy we've chosen Parkview to take care of our two pups!

Of course this vet upselled me everything in the world one of which was Heartguard... me being a new Aussie mom said yes, yes yes.. little did I know the most active ingredient to heartguard is IVERMECTIN which is LEATHAL to aussies!!! Yes, I should have done my research but I put my trust into this vet to do right by my dog and they give me this?!? Absolutely unacceptable. They don’t care about you, or your dog; just your money. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Yes, thankfully my dog is still alive but cmon.. how irresponsible!!!!

Me and my kitty have been going to Parkview for about a year now and Dr Para is AMAZING. Her and her entire staff truly are animal lovers and are the most comprehensive, compassionate, and genuine people in the business. We go in every three months for testing and every week to pick up specialty food. And Melissa at the front desk is also AMAZING. She goes above and beyond and really makes you feel like part of the Parkview family!! Debbie,Debbie,Briana,Linda,Cynthia ..all the ladies on Dr Para's staff are AMAZING as well. I highly recommend if you are looking for a place for your loved pet,where you always feel welcome and they treat you like family. Then Parkview is definitely the place for you!!! Not to mention the pricing here is affordable and the kind of service you get here is priceless!!! Don't hesitate, you won't be disappointed this is the ONLY place I would bring my baby:)!!!

This place is amazing. I was having serious problems with my cat and although when I called there were no available doctors, the sweet lady who answered my call was more than willing to listen to try her best to help. She told me immediately to come in and as soon as I walked in she took my cat to start giving him oxygen. These people here did what they could and referred me somewhere else that was also amazing. I was waiting for my boyfriend to get done with prior engagements to leave all the way to this other vet hospital, and these sweet people set me up in a room with my cat to wait in. Wonderful place and wonderful people. The woman at the front desk was so amazing to me, compared to the other vet on 4th street I called for help and days later I still have no call back from their doctors. So grateful for this place!!!

Just moved to the area from Tampa. I was going to go back out to Tampa for my vet but I decided to give this place a try. I'm glad that I did. Piper had an ear infection and ended up having fleas! The vet and assistant were very caring and treated my dog so well. Piper knew she was in good hands as did I. They quoted me before any treatment and kept me informed the entire way. My dog felt loved and very complimented. I'm a protective mom and I knew she was in great hands. I will refer and return here with my other pets. Word of mouth goes a long way with us, Thank you very much.

If i could given them a million stars i would. I took my cat kibbles to them as she had been feeling poorly. the staff there is simply amazing. My kibbles had cancer and I could not have asked for a better staff of people who helped us that day. Kibbles last moments on earth were in a place she was treated like a princess.it was very hard for me to let her go. I had her for 10 years. I could not have asked for more kind or compassionate people. They even sent me a card and that really touched my heart. I will be using them again with my other animals. I am glad i went there.

I couldn't recommend this place more. I just wanted to say Dr Parra, Mickie and the staff at ParkView are one of the best. As a former employee here (moved across the state) it has been a pleasure to to work with each and every person. Dr Parra is a talented veterinarian with an amazing love for her work, patients, staff and clients that I've had the pleasure to of worked with for 3 years. She's smart, fair and honest. It is medicine, it costs to properly care for a furbaby, but they do it right here and you'll be working with a compassionate, well educated staff who all want your pet to be healthy and well cared for.

Dr. Parra, by far, is the best vet I have ever been to. She came highly recommended, and I used her at the previous clinic she was at. When she bought her own practice, I followed her to ParkView Animal Hospital. Over the years, we've been through a lot with my pets. My dogs, which have since passed to the Rainbow Bridge, each had a surgery in Dr. Parra's capable hands. Since coming to Dr. Parra, I have had 3 pets pass, and when I lost my first one, which was a very sick 9 month old kitten, Dr. Parra was crying right along with me. She treats her patients, human and furkids alike, like family. This past week, my little boy Ryder had a major blockage and could not urinate. Dr. Parra's quick actions and care, along with her staff, most notably Melissa, helped save Ryder's life and he's back home bouncing around playing with all of his feline siblings just like he was before he was sick. If you are looking for a wonderful vet that you can count on for a lifetime, Dr. Parra is #1 in my book. I have told her many times, and I will say it here in writing, Dr. Parra, you honestly have no idea how much I appreciate you. THANK YOU for all of your help and assistance over the years, through the good and the bad with my fuzzbutts.

i was very nervous about finding a new vet after moving here from Arkansas,. My Monte isn't a bad boy as much as he is a scared boy. He came from a bad situation, and I do worry how he will react to new people. Everyone here was wonderful and kind, not just to him but to me as well. They were so good with him, and while they might not have noticed he took to them in his Monte way immediately. They also worke with me to keep things within my budget going over everything with me. On the way out he even made friends with a gentleman at the counter with me, and he never does that so I know he felt comfortable and safe I really made the right choice. I'm happy with our new Doctor and all the staff there!

Dr. Parra and all of the staff here, including the techs and front desk staff are top notch. They are thorough, knowledgeable, patient, and have great bedside manner with pups and anxious pet parents alike. I especially like that they will clear the lobby out, or let you know when it's clear, if you call from the parking lot and let them know that your pet doesn't do well around other animals. My dog can't handle cats or other large dogs, and this makes sure that the whole experience gets off on the right foot, rather than walking right into pandemonium. It may seem like a small thing, but it's so appreciated! I've never had trouble getting an appointment in a timely manner, and their location is very convenient. We're very happy we've chosen Parkview to take care of our two pups!

Of course this vet upselled me everything in the world one of which was Heartguard... me being a new Aussie mom said yes, yes yes.. little did I know the most active ingredient to heartguard is IVERMECTIN which is LEATHAL to aussies!!! Yes, I should have done my research but I put my trust into this vet to do right by my dog and they give me this?!? Absolutely unacceptable. They don’t care about you, or your dog; just your money. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Me and my kitty have been going to Parkview for about a year now and Dr Para is AMAZING. Her and her entire staff truly are animal lovers and are the most comprehensive, compassionate, and genuine people in the business. We go in every three months for testing and every week to pick up specialty food. And Melissa at the front desk is also AMAZING. She goes above and beyond and really makes you feel like part of the Parkview family!! Debbie,Debbie,Briana,Linda,Cynthia ..all the ladies on Dr Para's staff are AMAZING as well. I highly recommend if you are looking for a place for your loved pet,where you always feel welcome and they treat you like family. Then Parkview is definitely the place for you!!! This place is amazing. I was having serious problems with my cat and although when I called there were no available doctors, the sweet lady who answered my call was more than willing to listen to try her best to help. She told me immediately to come in and as soon as I walked in she took my cat to start giving him oxygen. These people here did what they could and referred me somewhere else that was also amazing. I was waiting for my boyfriend to get done with prior engagements to leave all the way to this other vet hospital, and these sweet people set me up in a room with my cat to wait in. Wonderful place and wonderful people. The woman at the front desk was so amazing to me, compared to the other vet on 4th street I called for help and days later I still have no call back from their doctors. So grateful for this place!!!

I had been thru a lot but since I found these wonderful,caring people I haven't gone anywhere else! Just moved to the area from Tampa. I was going to go back out to Tampa for my vet but I decided to give this place a try. I'm glad that I did. Piper had an ear infection and ended up having fleas! The vet and assistant were very caring and treated my dog so well. Piper knew she was in good hands as did I. They quoted me before any treatment and kept me informed the entire way. My dog felt loved and very complimented. I'm a protective mom and I knew she was in great hands. I will refer and return here with my other pets. Word of mouth goes a long way with us, Thank you very much.

If i could given them a million stars i would. I took my cat kibbles to them as she had been feeling poorly. the staff there is simply amazing. My kibbles had cancer and I could not have asked for a better staff of people who helped us that day. Kibbles last moments on earth were in a place she was treated like a princess.it was very hard for me to let her go. I had her for 10 years. I could not have asked for more kind or compassionate people. They even sent me a card and that really touched my heart. I will be using them again with my other animals. I am glad i went there.

I couldn't recommend this place more. I just wanted to say Dr Parra, Mickie and the staff at ParkView are one of the best. As a former employee here (moved across the state) it has been a pleasure to to work with each and every person. Dr Parra is a talented veterinarian with an amazing love for her work, patients, staff and clients that I've had the pleasure to of worked with for 3 years. She's smart, fair and honest. It is medicine, it costs to properly care for a furbaby, but they do it right here and you'll be working with a compassionate, well educated staff who all want your pet to be healthy and well cared for.

Dr. Parra, by far, is the best vet I have ever been to. She came highly recommended, and I used her at the previous clinic she was at. When she bought her own practice, I followed her to ParkView Animal Hospital. Over the years, we've been through a lot with my pets. My dogs, which have since passed to the Rainbow Bridge, each had a surgery in Dr. Parra's capable hands. Since coming to Dr. Parra, I have had 3 pets pass, and when I lost my first one, which was a very sick 9 month old kitten, Dr. Parra was crying right along with me. She treats her patients, human and furkids alike, like family. This past week, my little boy Ryder had a major blockage and could not urinate. Dr. Parra's quick actions and care, along with her staff, most notably Melissa, helped save Ryder's life and he's back home bouncing around playing with all of his feline siblings just like he was before he was sick. If you are looking for a wonderful vet that you can count on for a lifetime, Dr. Parra is #1 in my book. I have told her many times, and I will say it here in writing, Dr. Parra, you honestly have no idea how much I appreciate you. THANK YOU for all of your help and assistance over the years, through the good and the bad with my fuzzbutts.
