We took our dog in because he was suffering and should have been put down immediately. However Dr. Ricker insisted on doing useless costly pain meds and acupuncture treatments. Not once did he recommend having him put down. We had to watch our dog suffer 2 days and nights until we couldn't take it anymore. I had to put our dog down myself. After questioning Dr. Ricker multiple times as to why he wouldn't even suggest to have him put down he refused to answer my questions and then stated he had nothing more to add. He would not refund one cent of our costly and useless bill.
If your pet is suffering please do not take it there. We are very heartbroken, disappointed and dissatisfied.

I have had animals all my life, and I have never had such a good experience at a vet. EVERYONE was incredibly friendly including the lady at the front desk, the vet techs, and Dr. Ricker himself. They took their time with my cat because she was terrified to be at the vet. She got her shots and her dewormer for the year and was calm through the whole thing! Like I said, I've never had this experience before and I will definitely be coming back!

We just transferred to this area and even though my dog was up to date on most of her shots, I noticed what looked like the beginning of an abscess around her back end. I called Bradford Pet Hospital and they got her in the same day I called. The vet and staff were great. Will definitely be my vet as long as we are in this area. The prices were also very reasonable compared to what I have paid as we have been in 4 states in 3 years with my husband's job.

The Dr. Rickers are amazing! They both have such a passion for animals, and it is clear in their work. The clinic is clean and organized, and the staff is very kind and helpful. They spayed my cat about a year ago and it was probably the best recovery process a pet of mine had been through. After the surgery, they gave me a call or two just to check up and see how everything was going and to tell me that if I had any questions to call or come by. I would recommend them to anyone!

Dr.'s Mike and Linda Ricker are the most caring people, and the best vets I've ever known. They both are thorough and have the animal's health as the top priority, always. They have taken care of 4 of my dogs through their whole lives, and also one neighbor dog who had a back leg ran over by a vehicle. That dog recovered, at my home, completely with their expert care. i highly recommend this clinic and all of their wonderful staff.

We took our dog in because he was suffering and should have been put down immediately. However Dr. Ricker insisted on doing useless costly pain meds and acupuncture treatments. Not once did he recommend having him put down. We had to watch our dog suffer 2 days and nights until we couldn't take it anymore. I had to put our dog down myself. I have had animals all my life, and I have never had such a good experience at a vet. EVERYONE was incredibly friendly including the lady at the front desk, the vet techs, and Dr. Ricker himself. They took their time with my cat because she was terrified to be at the vet. She got her shots and her dewormer for the year and was calm through the whole thing! We just transferred to this area and even though my dog was up to date on most of her shots, I noticed what looked like the beginning of an abscess around her back end. I called Bradford Pet Hospital and they got her in the same day I called. The vet and staff were great. Will definitely be my vet as long as we are in this area. The prices were also very reasonable compared to what I have paid as we have been in 4 states in 3 years with my husband's job.

The Dr. Rickers are amazing! They both have such a passion for animals, and it is clear in their work. The clinic is clean and organized, and the staff is very kind and helpful. They spayed my cat about a year ago and it was probably the best recovery process a pet of mine had been through. They have taken care of 4 of my dogs through their whole lives, and also one neighbor dog who had a back leg ran over by a vehicle.
