Dr. Adams and Sarah are the best! After A neighbor dog broke through my fence and bit my baby(his lip was in pieces and his nose was a mess) I was a very scared dog mom. She was thorough and un-rushed, explained everything in detail, including pricing. Most importantly, it was obvious she LOVES what she does. Who could ask for more. From my first phone call to Stuart Sound, ever single person I encountered there was caring, professional and really nice! I called Stuart Sound after I was turned away by Federal Animal hospital who I had used for over a decade. They turned me away because my sick pet hadn't been there in over a year, so they deemed her a "new patient", and told me that because it was "in season" and they were busy, they were not accepting any new patients. I was appalled, but it turns out they did me a great favor. If they hadn't callously turned away a formerly loyal customer, I never would have discovered Stuart Sound. What a great animal hospital! Super staff - able to easily calm down nervous pets. Exceptionally clean facility. Cat and dog families sit in separate waiting areas, close to the entrance and reception desk. Full line of cat and dog food too. I love this place - so does my cat. Our 10 month old pup had some issues we were concerned with. Lisa the receptionist greeted us warmly and gave me the forms to fill out.   The Vet assistant, another friendly professional, checked the pup over and said DR Rowley will be right in. DR asked a few questions, examined the pup, gave the pup a shot and said the pup should be OK. I have been to many animal hospitals over the years. This one is in the top of the list. An absolutely incredible staff from front to back. The receptionists and technicians are all so sweet and professional. They are always so warm and kind every time my cat and I go to the office. My old man sees Dr. Rowley for acupuncture, and I'm so thankful for all of her help and advice throughout his treatments. She treats him so well and has so much patience with him. We brought a lost dog that we had found over to this hospital and they were more than happy to scan him for a microchip. When he didn't have a chip, they went out of their way by posting on Facebook and taking our info to help us find the owners. Everyone here is very friendly and Dr. Myles is very personable and makes you feel welcome. It's not about just the animal it's about your entire family when you go here. We've taken our dog and two cats to Dr. Steers and Dr. Carlson for 12 years.  There is no vet in the area that gives your pet more personal attention.  They have caring, compassionate staff, reasonable prices, and an array of services that includes grooming and boarding.  Open M-F 8am-5pm and Saturdays 8am-noon.  After-hours emergency services are through a partner facility a few miles away.
