Dr Tim & all the clinic staff are devoted to the care and treatment of our furry family members. The love & concern shown to our animals over the past 25 years+ has been excellent and even in those times when difficult decisions had to be made, they were supportive and compassionate. Though we live on St George Island now, we didn't (and still don't) hesitate making the drive to Dr Tim's office for our little Oliver....I wouldn't trust his life in the hands of anybody else - even though he is quite a handful! Our heartfelt gratitude for the impeccable clinic you've all created.

My animal companions have only very rarely had the quality of compassionate and completely professional care they consistently receive at this clinic from all the staff.(I'm trying to convince my health care plan to have Dr. Mountain as my Primary Care Physician!)

Beyond pleased with the exceptional care my puppy and kitten received at Animal Medical Clinic! Dr. Mountain and his staff are highly skilled professionals that demonstrate an extraordinary ability to care for my pet family as well as explain all aspects of their care to me. It is quite apparent how much they truly care about each individual animal! I am looking forward to many happy years as my fur babies continue to grow with the quality care of Dr. Mountain!

OVER THE TOP IMPRESSED! My sincere gratitude and thanks to such a wonderful animal clinic. I have been bringing my animals to this clinic for years and always feel great comfort when I drop off for services or procedures. Everything is explained in detail of what I should expect. One of my animals is a very scared cat with claws that will kill. From past experiences the vets and techs have explain what they need to do with my situation. They take care of everything and never make me feel bad for having such a challenging cat. My dog has different behavioral issues and again, they do the necessary things to cater to our needs. I feel comfortable boarding with them as well when on vacation. Several times they even sent me a video of my dog showing me how excited and happy he was. Who does this??? Animal Medical Clinic that's who! I don't normally do reviews unless I'm displeased with a business or over-the-top impressed. In this case it's OVER THE TOP IMPRESSED!!

BUTCHERS! If I could post this review without a star, this rating would be zero. I took my dog in to get spayed, they "NICKED" HER SPLEEN. The words "accidentally" and "nicked" should never be a part of your post-op review! The main vet was not even in the OR until the damage was done. Our baby, our beautiful white German Shepherd is laying here, moaning in pain with a foot long suture up her belly that looks like it was done in the dark. To top it all off, they tried to charge me for it! DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE! While I do somewhat sympathize with the staff that were a part of this "accident", I get that it was an "accident", but you have to see how upsetting this is for dog and our family.

Wonderful and friendly service. They treated me and my kitty Sheena very kindly. I'm glad I chose this clinic. My kitty was a foster kitty of one of the employees, and they were all so happy to see her again. Either way this is a clinic with great service, and very nice and competent veterinarians and assistants. Glad to have Sheena be a client at this clinic.

I am sorry to see such a negative review about the Animal Medical Clinic and as with all stories I'm sure there is another side to that one. Our personal experience is that we have been with Dr. Mountain over 20 years and we'd be absolutely lost without him and his unbelievable staff! Over the many years we have gotten more and more involved with cat rescue and fostering -- we downsized to a neighborhood I have named "Cat Hell" and the dear things just keep coming. And some of them have come with some very serious conditions that Dr. Mountain has expertly diagnosed and treated. He is so patient with us and our questions --- he is a "teaching vet" as he will explain things in detail and draw pictures so that we can get a full picture of what we are dealing with. He lays out all our options and gives us guidance on the best course of treatment based on the best results and most humane thing for the kitty. We would be absolutely lost without Dr. Mountain and his staff. They don't treat us like casual clients -- they have embraced us and our animals like family. They have stood beside us crying too as we've had to say goodbye to some of our precious kitties. These people care deeply about their clients and the animals they treat. So many times people forget that even though veterinarians and their staff love and care for animals, they are still in business to make a living. They are doctors and medical staff and as we all know medical care whether for animals or humans costs -- and you get what you pay for. And I know from person experience and from other rescue folks that Dr. Mountain does a lot of pro bono work for animals in need. There is no doubt I get my money's worth and more and I am so so grateful to have these wonderful people in our lives and caring for all our fur babies!!

Our dogs are family & choosing who we partner with for their care is a decision we dont take lightly. We chose Dr Mountain 26 years ago and cant imagine going anywhere else. The facility is always neat & clean, and its in a safe location. But the relationship we have developed over the years is far more important.
With Dr Mountain & his staff we know our pets are receiving the highest quality care. It's obvious he stays current on the newest treatment protocols & at the same time brings in years of experience to thoughtfully assess our situation & come up with the best plan for our individual pets.
Each and every member of his staff is helpful and friendly although we have to give special recognition to Tracy who is an absolute angel.
The folks at Animal Medical Clinic have celebrated the joy of a new puppy with us, and they have shared the tears when we've had to say goodbye. We think they are second to none and we'd never dream of going anywhere else!

Dr. Mountain, Dr. Douglass and the staff at Animal Medical Clinic are "paw-some'! All are so friendly and obviously care about the animals they treat. They are always very thorough and conscientious in the treatment and care they give while focusing on Bear's overall health and well being. Each time we are seen we are greeted with smiles and warm hellos -- and Bear with hugs and pets! When Bear needed surgery they were attentive not only to his needs but mine also - calming any fears I might have had and insuring I was well informed of the procedure, risks and recovery needs. Truly a staff dedicated to the loving care and treatment of all animals.

The love & concern shown to our animals over the past 25 years+ has been excellent and even in those times when difficult decisions had to be made, they were supportive and compassionate. Wonderful and friendly service. They treated me and my kitty Sheena very kindly. I'm glad I chose this clinic. My kitty was a foster kitty of one of the employees, and they were all so happy to see her again. I am sorry to see such a negative review about the Animal Medical Clinic and as with all stories I'm sure there is another side to that one. Our personal experience is that we have been with Dr. Mountain over 20 years and we'd be absolutely lost without him and his unbelievable staff! Our dogs are family & choosing who we partner with for their care is a decision we dont take lightly. We chose Dr Mountain 26 years ago and cant imagine going anywhere else. The facility is always neat & clean, and its in a safe location. But the relationship we have developed over the years is far more important.

Dr. Mountain, Dr. Douglass and the staff at Animal Medical Clinic are "paw-some'! All are so friendly and obviously care about the animals they treat. They are always very thorough and conscientious in the treatment and care they give while focusing on Bear's overall health and well being. Each time we are seen we are greeted with smiles and warm hellos -- and Bear with hugs and pets! When Bear needed surgery they were attentive not only to his needs but mine also - calming any fears I might have had and insuring I was well informed of the procedure, risks and recovery needs. Truly a staff dedicated to the loving care and treatment of all animals.
