Long time ago brought in a pug I had gotten. And forgot what was in there for with her. But had her on the table. The tech said "you can let her go" meaning not keeping my hands on her. I said "you better put your hands on her then or she'll jump!" The tables are about 4ft high. Needles to say my pug that was a puppy. Jumped! Bloody nose and rest of her life she had seizures I believe because of this incident! My mom had our childhood dog. And like someone good. When our dog was suffering, couldn't see, wasn't eating. Brought her in to do what no one likes to do. Put their pet down. They RUFUSED and said she had more life to live! We have never been here since. Honestly I should have probably sued when my pug puppy went 4ft head 1st into their floor! I wouldn't bring a pet fly here! These people are awful with no care in the world! I wouldn't give them one star! Go to paws and claws. They'll listen work with you and get you in asap! Usually same day. Read Less

At 6 p.m. today, 3/2/18, our sweet, 16 year old dog, Pippin, crossed over the rainbow bridge. He has been a patient at BAH since he was 5 weeks old. His passing was so quick and peaceful thanks to Dr. Hankley and Brandy from Bradfordville Animal hospital. They made his transition so much easier for us. They have cared for all of our animals as if they were their own, and treated us more like family instead of just clients. Thank you for everything. We are so thankful to this wonderful facility! The service and staff were amazing! We had a scary episode with our sweet pup Samson, and they were so attentive to him and now he’s home with us after staying two nights in their hospital area. BAH takes great care of our pets. Harley, our diabetic cat sees them pretty regularly to check his blood sugar. And Wally (Boykin Spaniel) recently had surgery to remove a mass in his groin. **Debbie was her name** Awful customer service. My wife was ripped off and told we paid for our puppy to be spade. We never received a follow up and she called today bc we need to have it done. Lady said "I talked to my boss and there is nothing we can do"... they wanted $400 for the dog to be fixed... Asked to speak with the boss multiple times and the boss "was not there" even tho she just was told by the boss nothing could be done... hmmm... no call back all day, so getting my records and going down the road where we will get the annual check up, the puppy fixed, and much better customer service for $350... who ever runs the front desk needs a lesson in how to handle customer escalations and not be rude to people who are not heated. My wife is the nicest person in the world... I am not so hey, their loss. We have 3 animals costing $1000's a year. This place in short... DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Read Less

We have been bringing our dog to BAH for several years and really enjoy Dr. Steve and Dr. Justice.  Dr. Justice has worked with our pet longer and is very accommodating (always returns calls in a timely manner, explains tests results clearly, spends adequate time with us/our pet, etc.).  Almost all of the staff at BAH are excellent!I do, however, have a problem with Brandy, one of the vet technicians.  She is not personable, has poor bedside manner, and makes my dog uncomfortable.  My dog shakes when Brandy comes into the room!  I have witnessed her being rough with my dog, and I plan to ask that she not be allowed around him anymore.  She is snippy and has a very unpleasant disposition.  I don't recall ever seeing her smile.  If you decide to take your pet to BAH, you may want to consider asking that Brandy stay away.  In my opinion, she is not suited for this fine establishment. We are new to town and my fur baby became sick.They did not hesitate to  help from finding an appointment to giving advice.The staff was so kind and loving to him.I will definitely be back and will refer others to them.The pricing wasn't awful either.Just over 200 bucks for lab work visit and medicine. The front office staff and doctors are wonderful, now for the grooming staff not so much, even when I drop them off early 8/830am and pick them up after 5 they are not dry and certainly not brushed out, they always have excuses! I asked and asked to make sure they are dry and brushed out. So off to find another groomer/vet Read Less

These guys were incredible! We brought in our sick cat as a 1st time patient. Unfortunately he could not be saved, but they were very up front about costs associated with the test and treatments that may have needed to be done. They called me throughout the ordeal constantly updating me on what was going on. They were so caring and wonderful that, although I could not be there when he passed, I just know he was in good and compassionate hands. A week or two later I even received a sympathy card from them letting me know that they had made a donation on his behalf to a charity. Everyone had signed it. This is such a different experience than what I have had at other clinics in town who have run up $500.00+ bills without bothering to inform us that testing/treatment for other animals was going to be so expensive. I moved to the area from out of state and the sign I front of Bradfordville Animal Hospital caught my eye. First there was info about a pet costume contest for Halloween. Next, the sign read "Yappy Thanksgiving!". Our family needed to find a Veterinarian for our pet and I stopped in to check it out. Not only was the staff friendly and knowledgable, but they were enthusiastic about their jobs! I mentioned their sign and they showed me pictures of the costume contest winners. When my pet and I came back in for our appointment, we received amazing, timely care and had all questions answered thoroughly. What a great place! BAH is a wonderful place to bring your pet(s). The staff is super nice and always supportive of your needs. Drs. I have enjoyed the services provided by BAH since 2007. My two cats received competent and thorough care in their declining years. I was supported by the staff members when they died. After a five month period, I went to the rescue shelter and came home with a wonderful 3-4 year old, three legged long hair tabby cat. He continues in their practice.
