Our services are designed to assist in routine preventive care for young, healthy pets; early detection and treatment of disease for older pets; and complete medical and surgical care as needed during their lifetime.
We understand the special role your pet plays in your family and are dedicated to becoming your partner in your pet's health care. We treat your pet as we would our own. Our goal is to practice high quality medicine and surgery with compassion, and an emphasis on client education.

I could write a book about the confidence, compassion, and management I have seen in and that I have in Dr. Eric and staff at Northampton for my fur-babies. After many years of going in with my fur babies when they were ill and needed attention (and they got it straight away), I had never needed it like I did this past January 5, 2021. Due to the quick decision making and actions of Dr. Eric and his well-trained staff my, mini-schnauzer is alive today. She needed immediate life-saving action and Dr. Eric knew exactly what to do because little did I realize my precious puppy that I love so dearly was in heart failure. Lauren and a tech were with me outside as I explained how she had been over the weekend and she was better and this was a check to be sure she was okay. As the 3 of us talked, Belle began her "hacking" like she had from the weekend and the tech decided she needed to go in right then to Dr. Eric; when the tech got inside and as it was conveyed to me; Belle's tongue turned blue and needed immediate techniques that saved her life. Prompt attention to save her was administered, there was no time to go into a book review of what to do, and only experience, care, and decision making has us able to love and care for her today. I shutter to think and know, that if I had been at home that minute and not there, she would have passed. Over the weeks that have followed, Dr. Eric and his wonderful staff have made certain that I understood, after many qts on my part, which medications and the time of each to give her. We can now have her with us longer. I'm sure this review is a little more lengthy than it should be, and hopefully it will help someone with knowledge and information that Dr. Eric and his staff are prepared for emergencies and they love your pet as you do. Outstanding. I can't say enough for them!

I’ve used the services of the Doctors and Staff at Northampton Animal Clinic since I bought my English Bulldog, Harley, there some 14 years ago. The care they gave Harley was both impressive and impeccable. Harley passed last Valentines Day and I’ve moved on to a smaller breed of dog, (I have two of them), and I’m continuing on with my new pups with the excellent services that NAC provides.

Amazing and truly compassionate doctors and staff. They have helped me through the saddest time, with the passing of my eldest cat, and then through the happiest times, with the arrival of my 2 adorable puppies. They always make me feel comfortable. I never feel like they are pushing me to do something or dictating what happens with my pets. They are wonderful at laying out all the options and helping make the right decisions for my pets and me. They definitely don't take advantage of their clients financially, either. I am always pleasantly surprised when I pay the bill after a visit no matter what services are performed. I honestly wouldn't take my fur babies anywhere else!

Dr. Kitty was amazing!! She was very nice, professional and great with my cat. The staff didn’t push any unnecessary shots or medications like some places do. All of the staff was nice, friendly and helpful. They got me in quickly for an appointment, as well.
My cat HATES the vet. He bit one doctor and another had to put a calming towel over him BUT he definitely felt comfortable with Dr. Kitty. His eyes were his normal happy blue instead of red and angry, no biting and he even rubbed on me right after his shot was done. He even got treats 😊
I’m so happy to have found a vet that my cat approves of and that takes good care of him! Thank you Dr. Kitty and staff!!

Our very old dog, Pumpkin has been a patient of Dr. Wallace Randall for several years now. That is human years, not dog years (more significant).She has come through so much and Dr. Randall never gave up on her. She had lost most of her hair and he did enough testing to figure out what she needed to get her thyroid back to production. She now has a thick, beautiful coat and she no longer scratches herself. He removed a non-malignant 5 1/2 lb. fatty tumor from her side. In a very old dog, that takes so much skill. She has come back from the general anesthesia, and she acts like a new dog. Also Dr. Randall has done much work on her old teeth over the years. The staff there is very supportive, attentive to detail, and fun!Dr. Randall specializes in very tough cases like Pumpkin. Tallahassee is fortunate to have this clinic!

My family and I have been taking our pets to the Randell's since 2005 and I do not plan on taking them or future pets anywhere else. I feel comfortable taking my pets to Dr. Eric, Shannon, and Wallace because they take the time to talk and explain exam procedures, outcomes of tests, and diagnosis to me rather than just seeing my animal and rushing me out the door.
We’ve had a couple pets pass away and a couple medical emergency that Northampton handled with the utmost respect and urgency. I feel at ease if I ever have to leave my pet in their hands for an extended period of time. I am a huge worry-wart and obsessed “dog mom” (I think the whole Northampton staff is fully aware of that) yet, no one makes me feel silly about it. Instead, the staff is always friendly and helpful.
Thank you Northampton for everything you have done. We appreciate you!

★★★★★ in the last weekMy best friend ever, DAISY LEE, was in terrible condition from numerous tumor like growths one of them dragging the ground from her belly. Another Tallahassee Veterinarian nearly killed her in a failed attempt to perform corrective surgery. After 10 days of intensive recovery and I was seriously considering having to Euthanize her as the tumor was about to rupture. She was miserable, looked bad and was about to give up on life. Dr. Eric Randell took an unsolicited interest in her tragic situation and offered their assistance. I reluctantly agreed to attempt the surgery again instead of putting my baby to sleep.HOORAH! Dr. Wallace operated for over 2 hours, removing all of Daisy Lee's growths and then sewed her up like a giant beanbag. She survived the operation and has now gotten her stitches out and is working hard everyday to grow new beautiful shiny fur. In the meantime her youth has returned. She is happy, energetic and silly. It is so nice to have my dog back. They quite literally saved her life. It is a new Spring for her after a dark, cold, terrible Winter.We want to think the entire staff and Dr. Wallace, O'reilly, and especially Eric for the love, compassion and professionalism that they displayed. They are wonderful in every possible way.

I have taken my cats to Northhampton for more than 20 years. Dr. Randall, Dr. Kitty, Dr. Eric and Dr. O'Reilly have all treated my cats and my mom's cats at one time or another. The vets and the technicians love the animals and are empathic about their human and feline patient concerns. My current cat had a significant heart murmur. Dr. Eric referred her to a specialist for care to make certain she had the best chance for life. She is at almost 2 years additional happy kitty life in our home with needed heart medication. I do not think she would be alive today without his referral. thanks to the entire staff at this great vet practice!

I had a wonderful experience at Northampton Animal Clinic today. I haven't been in a couple of years, because I tried a veterinarian closer to home. I was pleasantly greeted in their nice new offices....
I had a wonderful experience at Northampton Animal Clinic today. I haven't been in a couple of years, because I tried a veterinarian closer to home. I was pleasantly greeted in their nice new offices. The staff was friendly, gave me all the attention I needed to update Blackie's records and listen to my current concerns. Dr. Randell was equally as great.
I left with complete confidence that my cat had the best medical care available. Even though Blackie sometimes bites he is family.

I've gone to them twice, once for a pre-dental appointment, and again for the actual dental. My dog is extremely anxious and usually acts out at vets due to aggression towards other dogs. I warned them on the phone before I even showed up, and they advised me about a less busy time so the odds of her running into another dog would be slim. They checked the halls before I walked her into a room, they checked the place they took her for blood work, made sure the coast was clear when we walked out. It was so nice! Dr. O'Reilly said my girl was fine even though I know she gets extremely vocal when someone else touches her. I am so thankful for this vets office and I look forward to having my dog treated by them.

I first started going to North Hampton Animal Clinic about 9 years after another local vet almost killed my shar pei due to their lack of knowledge. I sought out Dr. Wallace Randall, due to his knowledge of english bulldogs, a breed which is also known to have a slew of health issues. Dr. Randall has never failed to give expert advice and provide fantastic treatment. I never had to worry when my dogs were in their care. Since then his son, Dr. Eric and his son's wife, Dr. O'Reilly have joined his practice and I couldn't be more thankful to them. It is because of Dr. Eric that my other dog, Mister T, is still alive. During a routine exam, Dr. Erik found a tumor the size of a softball on his spleen. Surgery was scheduled immediately and was performed by Dr. O'Reilly. Thankful the tumor was benign, but it is because of their diligent care that both my dogs are healthy seniors (12 years old and 13). I cannot recommend Dr. Randall, Dr. Eric and Dr. O'Reilly enough!

Dr. Reynolds went out of his way to provide the information we needed in a kind and humane way - as free advice I might add. And offered his services if we needed it at a very reasonable rate. His gesture was out of concern as a caregiver of animals, and with concern for our wellbeing as well through this difficult time.

Several months ago my husband and I found a little mother dog and her two puppies that had been abandoned out in the country. They were hiding in a culvert and were scared of humans. We were finally able to catch them and get them in to Northampton to get them checked out. They needed cleaning up and shots and spaying and neutering and heart worm treatment for the mom. The doctors and staff took excellent care of them and checked on them after surgery and answered our questions and concerns like they were their own pets. Recently we had to go out of town and boarded them at Northampton for the first time. They came home healthy and happy, and we feel confident leaving them there if we need to board them again. All in all, the doctors and staff are fantastic, and I would highly recommend Northampton Animal Clinic if you are looking for excellent pet care.

The vet tech (I wish I could remember her name) was so kind and knowledgeable and treated my dog and self fabulously. Dr. Eric Randall was the vet I met with and he was so kind and receptive to all questions and concerns, he was one of the most personable veterinarians I have met. He seemed to understand concerns regarding monetary costs of medications and puppy care and willing to work with me as much as possible. I will be coming back to this practice because of the kindness and caring attitude I received from staff!

Northampton has been my dogs doctors for years. Dr. Eric Randall and Dr. Kitty Remington took care of my sweet diabetic schnauzer Teppe over the years. Dr. Wallace Randall gave her two and half more years after she had mast cell cancer surgery. The doctors, techs and staff are the best. I recommend Northampton to anyone that want excellent care for their pets.

Got an email to have a Jr panel done on my Frenchie, Josey. She had to have a drop off appointment, so Dr. Eric called me about her skin cultures. She had her blood drawn, poor babe! Now Dr. Eric is calling to let me know that the lab won’t pickup the blood even though the storm Ian is far from Tallahassee. By the way she is 11&1/2 years old.

I could write a book about the confidence, compassion, and management I have seen in and that I have in Dr. Eric and staff at Northampton for my fur-babies. After many years of going in with my fur babies when they were ill and needed attention (and they got it straight away), I had never needed it like I did this past January 5, 2021. Due to the quick decision making and actions of Dr. Eric and his well-trained staff my, mini-schnauzer is alive today. She needed immediate life-saving action and Dr. Eric knew exactly what to do because little did I realize my precious puppy that I love so dearly was in heart failure. Lauren and a tech were with me outside as I explained how she had been over the weekend and she was better and this was a check to be sure she was okay. As the 3 of us talked, Belle began her "hacking" like she had from the weekend and the tech decided she needed to go in right then to Dr. Eric; when the tech got inside and as it was conveyed to me; Belle's tongue turned blue and needed immediate techniques that saved her life. Prompt attention to save her was administered, there was no time to go into a book review of what to do, and only experience, care, and decision making has us able to love and care for her today. I shutter to think and know, that if I had been at home that minute and not there, she would have passed. Over the weeks that have followed, Dr. Eric and his wonderful staff have made certain that I understood, after many qts on my part, which medications and the time of each to give her. We can now have her with us longer. I'm sure this review is a little more lengthy than it should be, and hopefully it will help someone with knowledge and information that Dr. Eric and his staff are prepared for emergencies and they love your pet as you do. Outstanding. I can't say enough for them!

I’ve used the services of the Doctors and Staff at Northampton Animal Clinic since I bought my English Bulldog, Harley, there some 14 years ago. The care they gave Harley was both impressive and impeccable. Harley passed last Valentines Day and I’ve moved on to a smaller breed of dog, (I have two of them), and I’m continuing on with my new pups with the excellent services that NAC provides.

Amazing and truly compassionate doctors and staff. They have helped me through the saddest time, with the passing of my eldest cat, and then through the happiest times, with the arrival of my 2 adorable puppies. They always make me feel comfortable. I never feel like they are pushing me to do something or dictating what happens with my pets. They are wonderful at laying out all the options and helping make the right decisions for my pets and me. They definitely don't take advantage of their clients financially, either. I am always pleasantly surprised when I pay the bill after a visit no matter what services are performed. I honestly wouldn't take my fur babies anywhere else!

Dr. Kitty was amazing!! She was very nice, professional and great with my cat. The staff didn’t push any unnecessary shots or medications like some places do. All of the staff was nice, friendly and helpful. They got me in quickly for an appointment, as well.
My cat HATES the vet. He bit one doctor and another had to put a calming towel over him BUT he definitely felt comfortable with Dr. Kitty. His eyes were his normal happy blue instead of red and angry, no biting and he even rubbed on me right after his shot was done. He even got treats 😊
I’m so happy to have found a vet that my cat approves of and that takes good care of him! Thank you Dr. Kitty and staff!!

Our very old dog, Pumpkin has been a patient of Dr. Wallace Randall for several years now. That is human years, not dog years (more significant).She has come through so much and Dr. Randall never gave up on her. She had lost most of her hair and he did enough testing to figure out what she needed to get her thyroid back to production. She now has a thick, beautiful coat and she no longer scratches herself. He removed a non-malignant 5 1/2 lb. fatty tumor from her side. In a very old dog, that takes so much skill. She has come back from the general anesthesia, and she acts like a new dog. Also Dr. Randall has done much work on her old teeth over the years. The staff there is very supportive, attentive to detail, and fun!Dr. Randall specializes in very tough cases like Pumpkin. Tallahassee is fortunate to have this clinic!

My family and I have been taking our pets to the Randell's since 2005 and I do not plan on taking them or future pets anywhere else. I feel comfortable taking my pets to Dr. Eric, Shannon, and Wallace because they take the time to talk and explain exam procedures, outcomes of tests, and diagnosis to me rather than just seeing my animal and rushing me out the door.
We’ve had a couple pets pass away and a couple medical emergency that Northampton handled with the utmost respect and urgency. I feel at ease if I ever have to leave my pet in their hands for an extended period of time. I am a huge worry-wart and obsessed “dog mom” (I think the whole Northampton staff is fully aware of that) yet, no one makes me feel silly about it. Instead, the staff is always friendly and helpful.
Thank you Northampton for everything you have done. We appreciate you!

★★★★★ in the last weekMy best friend ever, DAISY LEE, was in terrible condition from numerous tumor like growths one of them dragging the ground from her belly. Another Tallahassee Veterinarian nearly killed her in a failed attempt to perform corrective surgery. After 10 days of intensive recovery and I was seriously considering having to Euthanize her as the tumor was about to rupture. She was miserable, looked bad and was about to give up on life. Dr. Eric Randell took an unsolicited interest in her tragic situation and offered their assistance. I reluctantly agreed to attempt the surgery again instead of putting my baby to sleep.HOORAH! Dr. Wallace operated for over 2 hours, removing all of Daisy Lee's growths and then sewed her up like a giant beanbag. She survived the operation and has now gotten her stitches out and is working hard everyday to grow new beautiful shiny fur. In the meantime her youth has returned. She is happy, energetic and silly. It is so nice to have my dog back. They quite literally saved her life. It is a new Spring for her after a dark, cold, terrible Winter.We want to think the entire staff and Dr. Wallace, O'reilly, and especially Eric for the love, compassion and professionalism that they displayed. They are wonderful in every possible way.

I have taken my cats to Northhampton for more than 20 years. Dr. Randall, Dr. Kitty, Dr. Eric and Dr. O'Reilly have all treated my cats and my mom's cats at one time or another. The vets and the technicians love the animals and are empathic about their human and feline patient concerns. My current cat had a significant heart murmur. Dr. Eric referred her to a specialist for care to make certain she had the best chance for life. She is at almost 2 years additional happy kitty life in our home with needed heart medication. I do not think she would be alive today without his referral. thanks to the entire staff at this great vet practice!

I had a wonderful experience at Northampton Animal Clinic today. I haven't been in a couple of years, because I tried a veterinarian closer to home. I was pleasantly greeted in their nice new offices....
I had a wonderful experience at Northampton Animal Clinic today. I haven't been in a couple of years, because I tried a veterinarian closer to home. I was pleasantly greeted in their nice new offices. The staff was friendly, gave me all the attention I needed to update Blackie's records and listen to my current concerns. Dr. Randell was equally as great.
I left with complete confidence that my cat had the best medical care available. Even though Blackie sometimes bites he is family.

I've gone to them twice, once for a pre-dental appointment, and again for the actual dental. My dog is extremely anxious and usually acts out at vets due to aggression towards other dogs. I warned them on the phone before I even showed up, and they advised me about a less busy time so the odds of her running into another dog would be slim. They checked the halls before I walked her into a room, they checked the place they took her for blood work, made sure the coast was clear when we walked out. It was so nice! Dr. O'Reilly said my girl was fine even though I know she gets extremely vocal when someone else touches her. I am so thankful for this vets office and I look forward to having my dog treated by them.

I first started going to North Hampton Animal Clinic about 9 years after another local vet almost killed my shar pei due to their lack of knowledge. I sought out Dr. Wallace Randall, due to his knowledge of english bulldogs, a breed which is also known to have a slew of health issues. Dr. Randall has never failed to give expert advice and provide fantastic treatment. I never had to worry when my dogs were in their care. Since then his son, Dr. Eric and his son's wife, Dr. O'Reilly have joined his practice and I couldn't be more thankful to them. It is because of Dr. Eric that my other dog, Mister T, is still alive. During a routine exam, Dr. Erik found a tumor the size of a softball on his spleen. Surgery was scheduled immediately and was performed by Dr. O'Reilly. Thankful the tumor was benign, but it is because of their diligent care that both my dogs are healthy seniors (12 years old and 13). I cannot recommend Dr. Randall, Dr. Eric and Dr. O'Reilly enough!

Dr. Reynolds went out of his way to provide the information we needed in a kind and humane way - as free advice I might add. And offered his services if we needed it at a very reasonable rate. His gesture was out of concern as a caregiver of animals, and with concern for our wellbeing as well through this difficult time.

Several months ago my husband and I found a little mother dog and her two puppies that had been abandoned out in the country. They were hiding in a culvert and were scared of humans. We were finally able to catch them and get them in to Northampton to get them checked out. They needed cleaning up and shots and spaying and neutering and heart worm treatment for the mom. The doctors and staff took excellent care of them and checked on them after surgery and answered our questions and concerns like they were their own pets. Recently we had to go out of town and boarded them at Northampton for the first time. They came home healthy and happy, and we feel confident leaving them there if we need to board them again. All in all, the doctors and staff are fantastic, and I would highly recommend Northampton Animal Clinic if you are looking for excellent pet care.

The vet tech (I wish I could remember her name) was so kind and knowledgeable and treated my dog and self fabulously. Dr. Eric Randall was the vet I met with and he was so kind and receptive to all questions and concerns, he was one of the most personable veterinarians I have met. He seemed to understand concerns regarding monetary costs of medications and puppy care and willing to work with me as much as possible. I will be coming back to this practice because of the kindness and caring attitude I received from staff!

Northampton has been my dogs doctors for years. Dr. Eric Randall and Dr. Kitty Remington took care of my sweet diabetic schnauzer Teppe over the years. Dr. Wallace Randall gave her two and half more years after she had mast cell cancer surgery. The doctors, techs and staff are the best. I recommend Northampton to anyone that want excellent care for their pets.
