Every time I call they answer the phone without putting me on hold, they seem to have my chart pulled up before I even ask my question and Dr. Quarterman is always available to talk to right away. A wonderful veterinarian. Long story short we were traveling with our elderly dog when he became ill. Hundreds of miles from home we needed help very early Saturday morning. This veterinary hospital was able to get us in right away. They were able to quickly and accurately diagnose Stewie and treat him effectively. Their rates were very reasonable and the staff was friendly, professional, empathetic and most importantly gentle and caring with our pet. We've been clients for more than a decade and are now on our 3rd dog with Dr. Quaterman. He and his staff are always friendly, accessible, and responsive. He clearly knows his profession and is able to make accurate diagnoses and prescribe effective treatments. We've managed perennial ear and skin problems with one dog, behavior problems with another, and so far no problems at all with our current dog. Dr. Quarterman is frank and clear in his advice. We've avoided many, many visits by being able to call and get med refills or advice over the phone. we've also had our dogs groomed there and are always satisfied. I brought my dog here for for what was supposed to be a FREE exam for new patients; on my way out the door a brunette receptionist tells me i have over $100 in charges to pay. I couldn't believe it! I am now disputing the credit card charge. If you bring your pet here for the first time DEMAND they give you something in writing saying your first EXAM and all TESTS PERTAINING TO THE EXAM ARE FREE!! However, even with the issues regarding payment, all of the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and the Vet was extremely friendly and professional. I WILL be bringing my pet back once I've cleared the payment dispute and secured insurance. Read Less
