I have been taking my dogs here for years now and the service is amazing. Every time I call they answer the phone without putting me on hold, they seem to have my chart pulled up before I even ask my question and Dr. Quarterman is always available to talk to right away. A wonderful veterinarian. Long story short we were traveling with our elderly dog when he became ill. Hundreds of miles from home we needed help very early Saturday morning. This veterinary hospital was able to get us in right away. They were able to quickly and accurately diagnose Stewie and treat him effectively. Their rates were very reasonable and the staff was friendly, professional, empathetic and most importantly gentle and caring with our pet. Fantastic facility! My Aussie eagerly attends the doggie daycare about once a week and comes home happy and exhausted. The staff is wonderful - attentive, thorough, and caring. I am pleased with Dr. Quarterman and the staff here. I usually have only a very short wait, and the office is rarely crowded.  My only complaint is the charges.  I asked the receptionist what the total charge would be before I picked up my dog, and she told me about $95.  When I got there, it was over $280.  Their prices are probably competitive, but it still was a lot more than I expected to pay. Dr. Quarterman & the staff at Tallahassee Regional Animal Hospital are FANTASTIC!! I cannot say enough about the place. My English Bulldog loves to see Dr. Q and the staff groomers. Every time we walk in, my dog runs & jumps on the scale because he knows he will get a treat from the staff. :) Dr. Q is knowledgable on bulldogs & their special needs and truly cares about the animals & their owners. Dr. Q will steer you right regarding your pet's care & the prices are very reasonable. More importantly, he is not one of those vets that will nickel & dime you or recommend unnecessary expensive treatment. Read Less
