Its been a long time coming for this review. Long story short, Oct 24, 2015 my dog was poisoned from accidentally eating potpourri, I immediately took her to Banfield Hospital for treatment. Banfied is not a 24 hrs hospital so I had to pick her up and bring her home, the next morning I brought her back in to seek more medical treatment. Later that afternoon when I cam to pick her up Dr. Zambella inform me her condition has not change nor has it gotten better so he felt it would be best to take her to an animal hospital for further testing treatment. I immediately rush her to CSAH where they kept her for 3 days. Each day I came in I was told something different by Dr. Joseph Kats, he informed me she suffered from neurological disorder because she wasn't using her back legs to walk, the next day I was told she maybe suffering from liver failure but they would need to do proper testing. In order for them to see if her liver was failing it would cost me more so of course I agreed for them to charge my care credit again another stupid charge, when they ran the test....oh I'm sorry, its not liver failure Everyday I came in to see my Barbie I cried my heart out like I was losing my best friend. She was in so much pain and had not eat, drink, nor did I feel like she recognize me. I think God and my family who persuaded me to take Barbie home to comfort her and that's exactly what I did. Dr. Kats and Dr. Whitsett tried their best to FORCE Euthanasia and did not want me to take Barbie home. They kept forcing me to kill my dog, KILL MY BEAUTIFUL DOG!. Thank God I walked out of that hospital with my Barbie and the next day I comfort her, forced her to eat by placing a syringe in her mouth to get some liquid food, even though she kept vomiting I reinforce it. I brought her back to banfield as I had to return back to work for 2 days and didn't feel comfortable leaving her home alone. I told Dr. Zambella how I felt and I need his help saving my dog. Today my thanks goes to Dr. Zambella from Banfield off of sawgrass and SPECIAL THANKS to Dr, Seth Kiser from Pet Emergency Center for placing a feeding tube in order for Barbie to intake food and her medicine. I can truly say today my Pomeranian is ALIVE! She's healthy, she's happy and I am Happy. I thank God for placing you at Banfield to meet Barbie, You are truly Amazing and I wish you nothing but the best. Read Less
