I will never take my cat anywhere else. Everyone in this building cares tremendously. I've had my cat hide and couldn't make appointments, and they are so understanding. Most recently I came in crying because I couldn't figure out how to give my cat oral medicine without him flipping out, and they patiently showed me the correct way. They even called the next day to see how it was going at home. I went from feeling like I was a crazy, dramatic cat mom to feeling like it was going to be okay. You can tell they love kitties and their customers!

Wow! Amazing. Can't recommend this place enough! My cat needed emergency care this morning. I was not a previous client of The Cat Doctors but they immediately treated me like my cat was one of their family. They let me bring him in as soon as the doors opened and provided him with immediate SUPERIOR care. From the staff to the veterinarian, I couldn't have received more compassionate, wise and thoughtful care. The veterinarian took so much time to explain what they were doing to help my cat and Sam was amazingly kind to send me pictures and text updates as things progressed. There was no sales pressure at all and no surprise fees. They laid the treatment plan out for me in such a clear way.Boy did it put this mama's heart to rest knowing that her baby was getting such great care! I won't go anywhere else! Such a great place.

We have taken our cat to The Cat Doctors since he was adopted 10+ years ago. He is especially feisty when feeling stressed, so they provide great care to make him feel more calm on his visits. Everyone is so kind and you can tell they really love animals - it's not just a job to them! Recently, our kitty had to have a cyst removed and the surgery went great, stitches healed perfectly, and he didn't seem bothered by any part in the process. I attribute that to the great team at The Cat Doctors.

When this business was on swann ave I brought a cat to them that I wanted a leukemia test done on the cat. When I went to go pickup the cat they told me the cat was dead and they drained all of the cats blood out of the body. Apparently somebody didn't know what they was doing. They still wanted to be paid. They didn't seem to care about my cat being dead and they got away with killing my cat because Timothy Lassett owns the business and he is also on the board of the humane services. I am not surprised because this is the corrupt state of Florida where anybody especially politicians and government officials can commit a crime and still run for office. The law does not pertain to these kind of people. This is my opinion.

When I called they were really nice and set up the appointment for the first available time. Today we had our appointment and once we arrived everyone was nice and seemed to really enjoy cats. WOW! We just had a wonderful experience with Cat Doctors. We were able to catch a feral cat we had been feeding that was very sick. We called Cat Doctors and they were happy to look at the cat without an appointment. We dropped off the cat (which all the other vets we called would not let us do) and Dr Vaughn called us an hour or so later. After gently explaining the cat's condition, it was agreed it was best if we put her to rest. Not only was the entire staff considerate and genuinely compassionate, they refused to charge us. We were so touched by their kindness we intend to pay it forward. Thanks, Ladies.

The vet was knowledgeable, thorough, and great with my 3-yo cat. The prices seem higher than average, but worthwhile in my experience.

Office cat, Socks, had a gash on her foot that needed immediate attention. After calling area vets, Cat Doctors were the only ones that said bring her over, everyone else was too busy! Office is in a residential neighborhood and has very inviting, cosy offices. Doctor Savarese was absolutely wonderful with Socks and she loved the doc! Major points there! Socks got stitches and even a free ear clean. Jessica was wonderful in going over the bill and medication that was to be given. Ladies at the front were very friendly. All in all, excellent, excellent experience and if you have a kitty that needs a doctor, this is certainly the place to take them to!

This past Saturday was the first time for our cat, Cookie, to visit this vet. Cookie has been going to their sister hospital, North Bay.It was easy enough to request an appointment on their website and the staff there responded quickly. They were also able to get the records transferred over from their sister hospital with ease. Therefore, they were ready for us, knowing Cookie's entire medical history, when we arrived on Saturday.The entire staff really took great care of us and Cookie the whole time. They made sure we were comfortable waiting and also made sure if Cookie was doing well.They are "Cat" Doctors and so they only see "cats" in here. This is actually a big difference. I didn't even realize that they recommend only one year vaccines instead of the common three year vaccines for cats. This is not something a normal vet would've mentioned. These guys are AAHA vet, so they follow a higher standard of care.Since we are actually going to be moving soon, they emailed us a pdf copy of Cookie's entire medical history for us to take to our new vet.I would highly recommend taking your feline friends here for any medical needs!

My cat Doode just had an exceptional boarding stay at The Cat Doctors while I went out of town! He was recently diagnosed as a diabetic and requires twice daily insulin shots so I couldn't leave him at home for his 'babysitter' to check on him like we used to do when I traveled. I called several places trying to find someone or some place that would board him and give his insulin but no one could accommodate his special needs. Luckily I was referred to The Cat Doctors by another facility. In addition to boarding they also provide veterinary service so I was comforted knowing they could well manage his insulin and keep an eye on his health since he was just newly diagnosed. I knew immediately that they were extremely professional and thorough since they obtained his medical record prior to his arrival. The night I was scheduled to drop him off his feline intuition kicked in and he hid under the bed and I couldn't lure him out. I called and talked to Samantha (Sam) and she gave me several ideas about how to get him out. She also assured me that she wouldn't leave at 7:00 pm even though they close at 7:00 knowing I was on my way. Once I finally arrived she gave me a tour of the facility which is adorable and very clean. She allowed me to help her get Doode settled into his kitty condo which made me feel more at ease to leave him. She asked all the right questions about his daily habits and insulin administration and I could tell that she was a true professional and that Doode was going to be well taken care of. She asked me if she could send me text photos of him while I was gone and I really enjoyed seeing those while I was away. I got a report card about Doode's behavior and eating habits when I picked him up which was a nice touch. They have thought of everything and I am surprised and impressed by how awesome this place is. They have my highest recommendation. I am so glad to have found them! Thank you Sam, Dawn, Amanda and Christina for taking such great care of Doode! See you again soon!

I can only speak of Dr. Simon, as I havent met the other Doctor. Dr. Simon is one of the most compassionate vets I have ever had. We have been taking our cats there for nearly 20 years. It has been my experience that Dr. Simon will recommend testing if an issue arises, and most of these diagnostics are not cheap. As a cat owner you have the right to refuse any test, but what Dr. Simon is telling you is the most accurate information backed up by tests. It is the owners decision to test or not, but Dr. Simon is telling you for optimum results sometimes tests need to be performed to make a more educated diagnosis of your pets issue. I do think The Pet Doctor is a little higher than most vets, but the level of professional care is very high, perhaps the best in Tampa. This is a premium vet service with modern facilities and treatments....do you want something less for your cat ? I dont, so I continue to be a customer, and greatful to have access to such good caregivers. Thanks for being there Dr. Simon!

My cat, Pico, loved spending time at The Cat Doctors while I was out of town for a few days! I was definitely nervous to board him, but it ended up being great. The staff sent me lots of pictures and took him into the playroom every day. I didn't have to worry about him at all, and he came home so relaxed! I'm so grateful to The Cat Doctors for taking such great care of my little man. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a safe and clean place to board your kitty.

Dr. Simon and the staff members were EXCELLENT!! We’ve never seen Elvis so calm at a vet appointment before!!! 😺
We have dogs at home as well however it was so very REFRESHING to visit the vet who specializes in cat care ONLY!!

I have been taking my 6 cats for the past year and half to these doctors. They provide good service as to boarding, but in the past two weeks we sadly realized they give more importance to getting the most money out of us then trying to help us get the best treatment for our cats. We took our 14 year old cat for respiratory issues. The doctor first supplied us with a $2,000.00 estimate for tests that ranged from asthma to heart worm disease (totally irrelevant to the reason of the visit). After we asked questions that required 3 employees to answer us so we could prioritize the required tests we decided to test my cat for asthma. After the tests, the doctor stated she would have treated our elder cat for asthma anyways regardless of the results. So the tests made no difference to her treatment plan. Two weeks later and $800.00 less our cat never had asthma it was all part of her respiratory infection. Thinking this was fluke, last week we brought in another cat to treat a chronic condition she has in her eyes. We took her old medical records that show the treatment she has received throughout her 7 years and the doctor prescribed her a different medication than what she usually received. The doctor indicted that she would change back the medication if it what she prescribed did not work. The medication was not working and we called the doctor. The doctor stated, contrary to her first statement, that they needed to do further testing before they could prescribed the usual medication our cat always received. Clearly, the priority of this office is not the cats, or the customers but how much they can charge you. Keep in mind a regular visit fee is $60 compared to the average in Hillsborough that ranges from $45 to $48. We did not know this being new to the area until we found a new veterinarian.

Our cats have been coming to The Cat Doctors for all of their medical needs since ~2015.Everyone on the staff is very professional and their passion for the well-being of our feline friends shows in how they interact with the animals. The office and examination rooms are very clean, organized & well-maintained. There's two large windows in the one we usually go into and both of our cats jump up on the exam table to get a good look at the neighborhood animals & scenery.Unless we move away, this is where we will continue bringing our cats.

My cat has been going to see Dr. Simon for over a year. Dr. Simon is attentive, knowledgeable, and kind. I love that this practice is all about cats as the staff are all very caring toward my cat. I have boarded her with them several times and trust the staff to take good care of her. I am never worried to leave her as she seems to enjoy boarding there and taking advantage of their large playroom. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful especially Jay, Jasmine, and Alayna. I just love the vet Techs Sam, Holly, and Jennifer. The prices are slightly higher than other places but I gladly pay them as the quality of care is unparalleled. I firmly believe that you get what you pay for and I will never scrimp on care for my previous feline. I highly recommend this practice!!!

Have been a client of the Cat Doctors South Tampa for I don't know how long! I first used the practice to board my cats and then started to bring them in for their health care. I can't say enough about everyone, from the doctors to the staff. My cats have seen Dr. Simon and I have never been more pleased. All of the staff meet the cats at their level (sometimes getting on the floor with them!). The care has been wonderful. Their compassion is also top notch when I come in for the "bad" news as well. Even though their sister hospital is only a couple of miles from my home, they are worth my drive from the Temple Terrace area.

They even have catnip in the rooms as well as a cushioned catnip mat on the tables for the cats to lay on. My cat and I loved it there. The doctor was very knowledgable, helpful, thorough, and gentle with my baby. I'm so glad I found this vet.

I am so impressed. My cat, Jack, was acting very strangely (lethargic, trouble breathing) and I was really worried. Naturally, I went right to google and found it could be something serious, so I found The Cat Doctors online and called to make sure I wasn't overreacting. The girl I spoke to on the phone expressed genuine concern and told me this was an emergency and said I should bring him in as soon as possible. I had to be at work, but she let me know that I was able to drop him off and pick him up later on, once they evaluated him.The facility was cozy yet clean, and the staff was absolutely terrific. My cat was panting when we arrived, as he does not enjoy car rides. They helped me get him out of the car and put him on oxygen right away. Dr. Simon reached out to me while I was at work (I was worried sick) and explained everything, including her recommended treatment. Every staff member I encountered expressed genuine care for Jack and I knew I'd brought him to the right place. My cat is now behaving normally and eating well. I hope to never have a sick cat again, but will absolutely recommend The Cat Doctors to all of my fellow "cat moms". They are wonderful people who will make your baby a priority. I had previously gone to a place around the corner from my house, but I'll never bring Jack to anyone but The Cat Doctors again.

I love The Cat Doctors!! I had a senior kitty that was 19yrs old and had developed a tumor on her head near her ear and it was affecting her equilibrium. She was a funny kitty that was no less than Queen of her universe. To allow her the modesty and peace without suffering they came to my home to allow her a restful passing in her own environment; for that I can never be so grateful. I fell to pieces but Dr Simon and assistant ( I think Kayla) were so very compassionate. I now have another kitty that we rescued and he is now the King of our home and they assist in his annual shots and any needs in between. I HIGHLY recommend this vet practice.

Had our first visit here with Dr. Simon today for our diabetic cat. Very welcoming as soon as you walk in the door. Dr. Simon sat with us for over an hour explaining everything we wanted to know about diabetes. She was only diagnosed about 3 months ago so we are fairly new to this whole thing. She made us feel comfortable and the most important thing is that our kitty felt the same way. She answered a lot of questions we had that no one else could or wanted to answer. We found out more in that one visit than 3 months of research and other vets have told us. Awesome vet and staff. Very friendly. Will definitely not go anywhere else! Thank you!!!!!

Just had our first visit to The Cat Doctors. Loved it! Really like that there were no dogs in the waiting area. Nothing wrong with dogs, I love them, but it's a nice atmosphere tailored to cats and that's appreciated. The wait was very short, the staff was very friendly and caring, and Dr Simon was gentle and very knowledgeable in the advice she gave me for my 4 month old kitten. Tippy had to have a leg amputated 3 weeks ago and I was very reassured that she was healing well. The prices were very reasonable and it was very nice that they took the time to give me all the prices before any treatment so I could either approve the treatment or schedule it out so as to stagger the payments. I will be going back and I would definitely recommend The Cat Doctors.

They have consistently provided great, friendly service. My cat is very anti-social and typically starts howling upon entering a vet's office. At the Cat Doctors though, he only gets irritable once procedures are being performed, and even then he doesn't howl like he does at other places.

I am very happy with the care and service that Cat Doctors provides. The entire staff is extremely helpful and treat my cat and me like family whenever we visit. This is significant since my cat is never happy to go the vet and acts out constantly - yet the team welcome us with big smiles and really seem to care about Betty's health. Dr Simone is not only capable but has a great bedside manner. She spends lots of time with us explaining any health issues and their options for treatment. I cannot say enough about The Cat Doctors! I have been a client of theirs since 1996 and I feel like Dr. Christine Simon and Amber are practically family. The Cat Doctors is a full service vet clinic and the office facilities are very clean. The staff here is very friendly, efficient, and attentive. If you have an emergency, they will always fit you in. If it wasn't for Dr. Simon, Amber, and The Cat Doctors' staff, I would have been completely and utterly devastated with the deaths of my two late cats a few years ago. They made an otherwise painful process a little bit easier on my heart. The prices are towards the high-end here but the loving care The Cat Doctors and their staff will give your cat is priceless.

What an excellent vet clinic!! Dr. Simon is probably the nicest, most genuine veterinarian we have ever had treat any of our animals. She listened to us and made us feel like she truly cared what was going with our beloved cat. She is very knowledgable and was able to get results quickly. Dr. Simon and all of the staff was very loving and caring to our cat and treated him gently. Everyone was also very warm and kind to us.The clinic is very clean and quiet and about as welcoming to a cat as it can be.Even with getting not so good news about what was going on with our cat, we left feeling that we got the absolute best treatment possible!! We are so glad we went to the Cat Doctors and we will for sure be making them our vet for all of our kitty cat needs!!!

I was referred to Cat Doctors by a longtime client of theirs and although I've only brought my kitty here once to spend a weekend in the pet resort, I can honestly say there is no better place to bring a cat. They were all WONDERFUL with him, and although he cried when I dropped him off, he cried when he left because he had so much fun and got so much love while I was out of the state! They also sent me updates throughout my trip with pictures of my cat and how happy he was, in addition to giving me a full rundown upon picking him up. It is safe to say my kitty will never be going to another vet, I've found one that he loves, trusts and is not afraid of at Cat Doctors. :) He's so excited to be coming back for a night this weekend!

So, I went here when my 16 lb cat, Biggie Smalls was having urinary issues. He is now on prescription food from The Cat Doctors & I call ahead on the day that I'm picking up when we need replenishing..I'm in & out, they're ready for me. The facility is lovely and very kitty & people friendly! They have treats & toys around for the kitties & a stocked mini fridge / snack basket for the humans.

They were wonderful. They explained everything to me, gave me my special time with her while she passed and were very sincere in their concern of how upset I was. They sent me a follow sympathy card as well. I just today rescued a cat from the animal control services and plan to use Dr. Simon again for all the treatments that may be necessary for my new ""son"" Sir Gonzo. I will never take my cat anywhere else. Everyone in this building cares tremendously. I've had my cat hide and couldn't make appointments, and they are so understanding. Most recently I came in crying because I couldn't figure out how to give my cat oral medicine without him flipping out, and they patiently showed me the correct way. They even called the next day to see how it was going at home. I went from feeling like I was a crazy, dramatic cat mom to feeling like it was going to be okay. You can tell they love kitties and their customers!

Wow! Amazing. Can't recommend this place enough! My cat needed emergency care this morning. I was not a previous client of The Cat Doctors but they immediately treated me like my cat was one of their family. They let me bring him in as soon as the doors opened and provided him with immediate SUPERIOR care. From the staff to the veterinarian, I couldn't have received more compassionate, wise and thoughtful care. The veterinarian took so much time to explain what they were doing to help my cat and Sam was amazingly kind to send me pictures and text updates as things progressed. There was no sales pressure at all and no surprise fees. They laid the treatment plan out for me in such a clear way.Boy did it put this mama's heart to rest knowing that her baby was getting such great care! I won't go anywhere else! Such a great place.

We have taken our cat to The Cat Doctors since he was adopted 10+ years ago. He is especially feisty when feeling stressed, so they provide great care to make him feel more calm on his visits. Everyone is so kind and you can tell they really love animals - it's not just a job to them! Recently, our kitty had to have a cyst removed and the surgery went great, stitches healed perfectly, and he didn't seem bothered by any part in the process. I attribute that to the great team at The Cat Doctors.

When I went to go pickup the cat they told me the cat was dead and they drained all of the cats blood out of the body. Apparently somebody didn't know what they was doing. They still wanted to be paid. They didn't seem to care about my cat being dead and they got away with killing my cat because Timothy Lassett owns the business and he is also on the board of the humane services. I am not surprised because this is the corrupt state of Florida where anybody especially politicians and government officials can commit a crime and still run for office. The law does not pertain to these kind of people. This is my opinion.

We called Cat Doctors and they were happy to look at the cat without an appointment. We dropped off the cat (which all the other vets we called would not let us do) and Dr Vaughn called us an hour or so later. After gently explaining the cat's condition, it was agreed it was best if we put her to rest. Not only was the entire staff considerate and genuinely compassionate, they refused to charge us. We were so touched by their kindness we intend to pay it forward. Thanks, Ladies.

Office cat, Socks, had a gash on her foot that needed immediate attention. After calling area vets, Cat Doctors were the only ones that said bring her over, everyone else was too busy! Office is in a residential neighborhood and has very inviting, cosy offices. Doctor Savarese was absolutely wonderful with Socks and she loved the doc! Major points there! Socks got stitches and even a free ear clean. Jessica was wonderful in going over the bill and medication that was to be given. Ladies at the front were very friendly. All in all, excellent, excellent experience and if you have a kitty that needs a doctor, this is certainly the place to take them to!

This past Saturday was the first time for our cat, Cookie, to visit this vet. Cookie has been going to their sister hospital, North Bay.It was easy enough to request an appointment on their website and the staff there responded quickly. They were also able to get the records transferred over from their sister hospital with ease. Therefore, they were ready for us, knowing Cookie's entire medical history, when we arrived on Saturday.The entire staff really took great care of us and Cookie the whole time. They made sure we were comfortable waiting and also made sure if Cookie was doing well.They are "Cat" Doctors and so they only see "cats" in here. This is actually a big difference. I didn't even realize that they recommend only one year vaccines instead of the common three year vaccines for cats. This is not something a normal vet would've mentioned. These guys are AAHA vet, so they follow a higher standard of care.Since we are actually going to be moving soon, they emailed us a pdf copy of Cookie's entire medical history for us to take to our new vet.I would highly recommend taking your feline friends here for any medical needs!

My cat Doode just had an exceptional boarding stay at The Cat Doctors while I went out of town! He was recently diagnosed as a diabetic and requires twice daily insulin shots so I couldn't leave him at home for his 'babysitter' to check on him like we used to do when I traveled. I called several places trying to find someone or some place that would board him and give his insulin but no one could accommodate his special needs. Luckily I was referred to The Cat Doctors by another facility. In addition to boarding they also provide veterinary service so I was comforted knowing they could well manage his insulin and keep an eye on his health since he was just newly diagnosed. I knew immediately that they were extremely professional and thorough since they obtained his medical record prior to his arrival. The night I was scheduled to drop him off his feline intuition kicked in and he hid under the bed and I couldn't lure him out. I called and talked to Samantha (Sam) and she gave me several ideas about how to get him out. She also assured me that she wouldn't leave at 7:00 pm even though they close at 7:00 knowing I was on my way. Once I finally arrived she gave me a tour of the facility which is adorable and very clean. She allowed me to help her get Doode settled into his kitty condo which made me feel more at ease to leave him. She asked all the right questions about his daily habits and insulin administration and I could tell that she was a true professional and that Doode was going to be well taken care of. She asked me if she could send me text photos of him while I was gone and I really enjoyed seeing those while I was away. I got a report card about Doode's behavior and eating habits when I picked him up which was a nice touch. They have thought of everything and I am surprised and impressed by how awesome this place is. They have my highest recommendation. I am so glad to have found them! Thank you Sam, Dawn, Amanda and Christina for taking such great care of Doode! See you again soon!

I can only speak of Dr. Simon, as I havent met the other Doctor. Dr. Simon is one of the most compassionate vets I have ever had. We have been taking our cats there for nearly 20 years. It has been my experience that Dr. Simon will recommend testing if an issue arises, and most of these diagnostics are not cheap. As a cat owner you have the right to refuse any test, but what Dr. Simon is telling you is the most accurate information backed up by tests. It is the owners decision to test or not, but Dr. Simon is telling you for optimum results sometimes tests need to be performed to make a more educated diagnosis of your pets issue. I do think The Pet Doctor is a little higher than most vets, but the level of professional care is very high, perhaps the best in Tampa. This is a premium vet service with modern facilities and treatments....do you want something less for your cat ? I dont, so I continue to be a customer, and greatful to have access to such good caregivers. Thanks for being there Dr. Simon!

My cat, Pico, loved spending time at The Cat Doctors while I was out of town for a few days! I was definitely nervous to board him, but it ended up being great. The staff sent me lots of pictures and took him into the playroom every day. I didn't have to worry about him at all, and he came home so relaxed! I'm so grateful to The Cat Doctors for taking such great care of my little man. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a safe and clean place to board your kitty.

I have been taking my 6 cats for the past year and half to these doctors. They provide good service as to boarding, but in the past two weeks we sadly realized they give more importance to getting the most money out of us then trying to help us get the best treatment for our cats. We took our 14 year old cat for respiratory issues. The doctor first supplied us with a $2,000.00 estimate for tests that ranged from asthma to heart worm disease (totally irrelevant to the reason of the visit). After we asked questions that required 3 employees to answer us so we could prioritize the required tests we decided to test my cat for asthma. After the tests, the doctor stated she would have treated our elder cat for asthma anyways regardless of the results. So the tests made no difference to her treatment plan. Two weeks later and $800.00 less our cat never had asthma it was all part of her respiratory infection. Thinking this was fluke, last week we brought in another cat to treat a chronic condition she has in her eyes. We took her old medical records that show the treatment she has received throughout her 7 years and the doctor prescribed her a different medication than what she usually received. The doctor indicted that she would change back the medication if it what she prescribed did not work. The medication was not working and we called the doctor. The doctor stated, contrary to her first statement, that they needed to do further testing before they could prescribed the usual medication our cat always received. Clearly, the priority of this office is not the cats, or the customers but how much they can charge you. Keep in mind a regular visit fee is $60 compared to the average in Hillsborough that ranges from $45 to $48. We did not know this being new to the area until we found a new veterinarian.

Our cats have been coming to The Cat Doctors for all of their medical needs since ~2015.Everyone on the staff is very professional and their passion for the well-being of our feline friends shows in how they interact with the animals. The office and examination rooms are very clean, organized & well-maintained. There's two large windows in the one we usually go into and both of our cats jump up on the exam table to get a good look at the neighborhood animals & scenery.Unless we move away, this is where we will continue bringing our cats.

My cat has been going to see Dr. Simon for over a year. Dr. Simon is attentive, knowledgeable, and kind. I love that this practice is all about cats as the staff are all very caring toward my cat. I have boarded her with them several times and trust the staff to take good care of her. I am never worried to leave her as she seems to enjoy boarding there and taking advantage of their large playroom. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful especially Jay, Jasmine, and Alayna. I just love the vet Techs Sam, Holly, and Jennifer. The prices are slightly higher than other places but I gladly pay them as the quality of care is unparalleled. I firmly believe that you get what you pay for and I will never scrimp on care for my previous feline. I highly recommend this practice!!!

Have been a client of the Cat Doctors South Tampa for I don't know how long! I first used the practice to board my cats and then started to bring them in for their health care. I can't say enough about everyone, from the doctors to the staff. My cats have seen Dr. Simon and I have never been more pleased. All of the staff meet the cats at their level (sometimes getting on the floor with them!). The care has been wonderful. Their compassion is also top notch when I come in for the "bad" news as well. Even though their sister hospital is only a couple of miles from my home, they are worth my drive from the Temple Terrace area.

I am so impressed. My cat, Jack, was acting very strangely (lethargic, trouble breathing) and I was really worried. Naturally, I went right to google and found it could be something serious, so I found The Cat Doctors online and called to make sure I wasn't overreacting. The girl I spoke to on the phone expressed genuine concern and told me this was an emergency and said I should bring him in as soon as possible. I had to be at work, but she let me know that I was able to drop him off and pick him up later on, once they evaluated him.The facility was cozy yet clean, and the staff was absolutely terrific. My cat was panting when we arrived, as he does not enjoy car rides. They helped me get him out of the car and put him on oxygen right away. Dr. Simon reached out to me while I was at work (I was worried sick) and explained everything, including her recommended treatment. Every staff member I encountered expressed genuine care for Jack and I knew I'd brought him to the right place. My cat is now behaving normally and eating well. I hope to never have a sick cat again, but will absolutely recommend The Cat Doctors to all of my fellow "cat moms". They are wonderful people who will make your baby a priority. I had previously gone to a place around the corner from my house, but I'll never bring Jack to anyone but The Cat Doctors again.

I love The Cat Doctors!! I had a senior kitty that was 19yrs old and had developed a tumor on her head near her ear and it was affecting her equilibrium. She was a funny kitty that was no less than Queen of her universe. To allow her the modesty and peace without suffering they came to my home to allow her a restful passing in her own environment; for that I can never be so grateful. I fell to pieces but Dr Simon and assistant ( I think Kayla) were so very compassionate. I now have another kitty that we rescued and he is now the King of our home and they assist in his annual shots and any needs in between. I HIGHLY recommend this vet practice.

Dr. Simon sat with us for over an hour explaining everything we wanted to know about diabetes. She was only diagnosed about 3 months ago so we are fairly new to this whole thing. She made us feel comfortable and the most important thing is that our kitty felt the same way. She answered a lot of questions we had that no one else could or wanted to answer. We found out more in that one visit than 3 months of research and other vets have told us. Awesome vet and staff. Very friendly. Will definitely not go anywhere else! Thank you!!!!!

Just had our first visit to The Cat Doctors. Loved it! Really like that there were no dogs in the waiting area. Nothing wrong with dogs, I love them, but it's a nice atmosphere tailored to cats and that's appreciated. The wait was very short, the staff was very friendly and caring, and Dr Simon was gentle and very knowledgeable in the advice she gave me for my 4 month old kitten. Tippy had to have a leg amputated 3 weeks ago and I was very reassured that she was healing well. The prices were very reasonable and it was very nice that they took the time to give me all the prices before any treatment so I could either approve the treatment or schedule it out so as to stagger the payments. I will be going back and I would definitely recommend The Cat Doctors.

They have consistently provided great, friendly service. My cat is very anti-social and typically starts howling upon entering a vet's office. At the Cat Doctors though, he only gets irritable once procedures are being performed, and even then he doesn't howl like he does at other places.

I am very happy with the care and service that Cat Doctors provides. The entire staff is extremely helpful and treat my cat and me like family whenever we visit. This is significant since my cat is never happy to go the vet and acts out constantly - yet the team welcome us with big smiles and really seem to care about Betty's health. Dr Simone is not only capable but has a great bedside manner. She spends lots of time with us explaining any health issues and their options for treatment. I cannot say enough about The Cat Doctors! I have been a client of theirs since 1996 and I feel like Dr. Christine Simon and Amber are practically family. The Cat Doctors is a full service vet clinic and the office facilities are very clean. The staff here is very friendly, efficient, and attentive. If you have an emergency, they will always fit you in. If it wasn't for Dr. Simon, Amber, and The Cat Doctors' staff, I would have been completely and utterly devastated with the deaths of my two late cats a few years ago. They made an otherwise painful process a little bit easier on my heart. The prices are towards the high-end here but the loving care The Cat Doctors and their staff will give your cat is priceless.

I took my kitten here this morning for a check up and when I called to make an appointment the woman I spoke with told me about the free first visit. It was so nice of her to extend the offer to me.The vet I saw was Sarah and she is amazing! The veterinary technician, Jennifer, showed me how to give the medications I was prescribed to my kitten and she was so kind and knowledgable. You can definitely tell that these ladies care about your pets! Thank you guys!!!

What an excellent vet clinic!! Dr. Simon is probably the nicest, most genuine veterinarian we have ever had treat any of our animals. She listened to us and made us feel like she truly cared what was going with our beloved cat. She is very knowledgable and was able to get results quickly. Dr. Simon and all of the staff was very loving and caring to our cat and treated him gently. Everyone was also very warm and kind to us.The clinic is very clean and quiet and about as welcoming to a cat as it can be.Even with getting not so good news about what was going on with our cat, we left feeling that we got the absolute best treatment possible!! We are so glad we went to the Cat Doctors and we will for sure be making them our vet for all of our kitty cat needs!!!

I was referred to Cat Doctors by a longtime client of theirs and although I've only brought my kitty here once to spend a weekend in the pet resort, I can honestly say there is no better place to bring a cat. They were all WONDERFUL with him, and although he cried when I dropped him off, he cried when he left because he had so much fun and got so much love while I was out of the state! They also sent me updates throughout my trip with pictures of my cat and how happy he was, in addition to giving me a full rundown upon picking him up. It is safe to say my kitty will never be going to another vet, I've found one that he loves, trusts and is not afraid of at Cat Doctors. :) He's so excited to be coming back for a night this weekend!

So, I went here when my 16 lb cat, Biggie Smalls was having urinary issues. They were quick to get us in ASAP and when we arrived & had our appt. they were wonderful about giving options for how to treat Small. He is now on prescription food from The Cat Doctors & I call ahead on the day that I'm picking up when we need replenishing..I'm in & out, they're ready for me. The facility is lovely and very kitty & people friendly! They have treats & toys around for the kitties & a stocked mini fridge / snack basket for the humans.

My experience with Dr. Simon was wonderful and also with Ashley the assistant that came with her to my home at the most devastating of times, having to put down my 18.5 year old baby girl. They were wonderful. They explained everything to me, gave me my special time with her while she passed and were very sincere in their concern of how upset I was. They sent me a follow sympathy card as well. I just today rescued a cat from the animal control services and plan to use Dr. Simon again for all the treatments that may be necessary for my new ""son"" Sir Gonzo. Highly recommend this facility and staff. All very compassionate people. **FIVE STAR RATING**
