VetCare has been our primary care vet for over 15 years. In that time, there has been very little staff turnover, which speaks volumes to me. When unplanned urgent care is needed, they work us in and make it seem like it was no trouble, when I know it was. I highly recommend them and any/all of the vets there. Read Less

The staff working here are very personable and compassionate and in my opinion care for not only the animals, but the owners as well. Everyone was friendly and very thorough in their work. The wait time was surprisingly quick, however I did have an early appointment. Services are a little pricey compared to other vet hospitals, but I believe you get what you pay for and I highly recommend this facility. Definitely one of the best vet experiences I've had by far!! He is kind and always willing to answer any questions or concerns I may have. I've been a VetCare Village customer for 20 years now. They cared for my first beagle from the time he was a pup until he passed away and now they have been caring for my two new beagles for the past 4 years. Their staff is always warm, friendly, professional, and compassionate. They have very little turn over in staff, as many folks have been there the full 20 years I've been coming there. They give excellent care to my dogs and I plan to stay with them as long as I own dogs. I have other vets that are closer to me, but it's worth it to me to drive a little bit farther for the care I receive. Read Less

VetCare Village Animal Hospital has been taking care of our pets since 1980. Dr. Simon and Dr. Flicker are both excellent veterinarians and they have taken wonderful care of all of our animals of the past 35 years. Have been taking my dog Duker there for about 8 years. The service is fantastic, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the office is accommodating for a teacher with difficult hours. I absolutely adore Dr. Simon and his amazing staff! He has saved two of my fur babies and was so compassionate when I lost another. I live a distance from the office, but would drive however long it took to see them. I adore Nancy at the front desk, all the vet techs and Yun, the surgical assistant.
