Blown away by their compassion. Had an emergency and could not go to my regular vet, they saw me right away and Dr. Leanne Browne Feldman was so patient and kind during the experience of having to put our pet down. All the staff there were super sweet. I will be bringing the rest of my animals to her for sure. I was also super impressed by the cost, it was extremely reasonable.

I can not tell you enough wonderful things about this practice... EVERYONE here is so amazing...right down to the lasting impression that will stay with me forever..when my Pity.panther died this office, this team were beyond amazing...and after the heartache was over they send me a really personalized sympathy card . ..wring a very specific note..not just signatures on a card..but very heartfelt...words..and Dr Mary Hauser..she is brilliant.

Arrogance and on their time. First, they cancelled a set appointment with my wife. So we rescheduled. I got there 15 minutes early for to drop off as I had a situation where I needed to get to another...
Arrogance and on their time. First, they cancelled a set appointment with my wife. So we rescheduled. I got there 15 minutes early for to drop off as I had a situation where I needed to get to another place. They wouldn't take our pets until exactly their appointment. The receptionist was as cold as ice and could care less. Just stone faced. So I asked for our pets records and left.
Since Dr. Tarpley sold the practice a few years back, I feel the warmth, caring, empathy, and understanding, for the client has vanished. They are understaffed. Not a place I wish our loving animals to be at especially if we needed help in an emergency situation.

Dr. Hauser is outstanding! We switched from another vet after getting an estimate for dental work that was exorbitant, and we've been taking our 16 year old Bengal cat to her ever since them. She is knowledgeable and compassionate and the charges are very fair. We won't take our furry friend anyplace else for care anymore.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Mary and her staff. The extra care, time, and effort they put in to my animals, you would think they are their own dogs. My oldest dog has a rare disease, Dr. Mary has come in on her off days to deal with problems that have arisen. They personally rushed her to a specialist in Ft. Lauderdale, when she had an episode that needed an specialist. I consult her on every aspect of my dogs health and her knowledge is always impressive. I am very grateful to have the Cypress Staff on my team and will not use anyone else..

Wow where do I start... I went to see my younger sister today and when I got to her house we noticed that her cat was limping. We both panicked since it looked like the cat was in a lot of pain by the sound of his meow. We quickly searched for a reputable vet to take him to. We headed to cypress animal hospital and when we got there they immediately started to look at our kitty even though we arrived at a very short notice. They were super gentle with him and at the same time they made us feel like we would be taken care of without having to spend a ton of money no matter what the case was. It took them about 20 minutes to figure out the problem and they had our kitty all fixed up with meds. The price was very affordable. I am so grateful for cypress animal hospital. I would highly recommend them for anyone else's pets. If I ever have another emergency with one of our fur babies, I will definitely be taking them here.. Thanks again!

My last visit to Cypress Animal Hospital was incredibly disappointing. I have been here several times for my pet€s vaccinations and health check-ups with no issues. I saw a new vet I had never met before, Dr. Barton to get health certificates for my two dogs to fly out of the country. He instructed me I needed more than the health certificates and that I was going to have to get a letter from the USDA, he said he does this all the time in his West Palm office. I trusted him and went along with what he instructed. He gave several vaccines to both of my dogs adding up to $445, I went on my way with plans to go to the USDA office the next morning. He called me later to tell me the dogs need to receive these vaccines 10 days prior to travel and he would give me free health certificates the next time I need them, which were $90 for two, basically saying I was out $355. I would not have gone through with these vaccines and fecal tests had I known this but I trusted him as he told me he does this all the time. I ended up having to pay for boarding on top of the $445 I was charged for vaccinations right before Christmas. One of my dogs was really sick from the vaccinations as well. Incredibly disappointed with the dishonesty of Dr. Barton, I will never be coming to Cypress again.

We have generally felt disappointed in the quality of veterinarian services in the Jupiter area for some time now (have gone to many clinics). The last several times we have called Cypress Animal Hospital they could not help us for one reason or another and when we finally saw Dr. Hauser we felt the charges were very high for what was done. Regardless, I called Cypress Friday afternoon needing immediate attention for a cat. The receptionist stated that, "Dr. Hauser was out sick." I asked if they could take/keep the cat until Dr. Hauser could see it in the morning and Receptionist replied Dr. Hauser may or may not be in the next morning...out of frustration, I stated, "Why is it when I call you never seem to want to help?!" The Receptionist started laughing. I said my situation was not funny. I will not be back.

We feel SO fortunate to have found Dr. Mary Hauser. She is exactly the caring and VERY knowledgeable veterinarian we were searching for. And all of her staff that we have dealt with so far have been just as caring and skilled! Our rescued beagle has issues and it was such a relief to find the perfect vet who would take the time and had the knowledge to help her and us with her issues. And, to put the icing on the cake, we later found she is a graduate of the excellent veterinary college from our alma mater!

I have been so impressed with Dr. Mary and her staff. She is very thorough and has an excellent manner with both the human and animal clients. She is up-to-date on all the latest studies and a incredible amount of knowledge. I have Newfoundland dogs, which are a giant breed. Giant breeds are quite different from other dogs and require a very knowledgeable veterinarian. I am very particular about who I will trust with the care of my animals and I trust Dr. Mary completely. I highly recommend her and Cypress Animal Hospital to everyone I know.

Dr Mary is fantastic and her staff is wonderful! Dr Mary has a keen knowledge of veterinary medicine and a unique ability to bond with the animals. She also has the patience to explain to pet owners the state of their animals health, and what needs to be done step by step. She saved my dogs life. She goes above and beyond and truly cares about each pet she treats. I have had several pets in my life and she is the best vet I have ever had. I highly recommend her with the utmost confidence in her abilities.

Dr. Hauser's extensive background and training in emergency veterinary care helped me decide to choose her practice for my new puppy. I'm so happy to say, I find her not only very skilled and encyclopedically informative, but also a genuinely warm and loving caregiver. She is patient and takes great care to assure this little puppy is not frightened, but rather, is happy and comfortable with her. (even when he's getting shots!) We feel SO fortunate to have found Dr. Mary Hauser. She is exactly the caring and VERY knowledgeable veterinarian we were searching for. And all of her staff that we have dealt with so far have been just as caring and skilled! Our rescued beagle has issues and it was such a relief to find the perfect vet who would take the time and had the knowledge to help her and us with her issues. And, to put the icing on the cake, we later found she is a graduate of the excellent veterinary college from our alma mater!

I have been so impressed with Dr. Mary and her staff. She is very thorough and has an excellent manner with both the human and animal clients. She is up-to-date on all the latest studies and a incredible amount of knowledge. I have Newfoundland dogs, which are a giant breed. Giant breeds are quite different from other dogs and require a very knowledgeable veterinarian. I am very particular about who I will trust with the care of my animals and I trust Dr. Mary completely. I highly recommend her and Cypress Animal Hospital to everyone I know.

Dr Mary is fantastic and her staff is wonderful! Dr Mary has a keen knowledge of veterinary medicine and a unique ability to bond with the animals. She also has the patience to explain to pet owners the state of their animals health, and what needs to be done step by step. She saved my dogs life. She goes above and beyond and truly cares about each pet she treats. I have had several pets in my life and she is the best vet I have ever had. I highly recommend her with the utmost confidence in her abilities.

Dr. Hauser's extensive background and training in emergency veterinary care helped me decide to choose her practice for my new puppy. I'm so happy to say, I find her not only very skilled and encyclopedically informative, but also a genuinely warm and loving caregiver. She is patient and takes great care to assure this little puppy is not frightened, but rather, is happy and comfortable with her. (even when he's getting shots!)
